You will enjoy two very comfortable bedrooms, a king suite with an ensuite shower bathroom and another with 2 twins (can be converted to a king upon request) with a shower bathroom adjacent to it.

This home comes with 1 parking space. There is a designated area within the community to park a trailer. There is an overflow parking lot on premises which is first come first serve at $5.-$10/night.

The place was exactly as described except for the bedrooms which were smaller than expected. The rental is fully equipped with everything you need. The decor is really nice & inviting. The ocean views awesome! I would recommend a small dresser with a mirror and lighting for make-up in the bedrooms. Perhaps a couple of more towel hooks in the bathroom as well. Other than that, everything was perfect. Management right on point with communication. Excellent service. This property is not designed for individuals with disabilities since guests must climb a set of stairs. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

There is a difference staying at a HomeAway or VRBO property that is a residence versus one that is just an investment property. Coconut Telegraph is an investment property. The location was everything we expected. The rest left a lot to be desired. The magic of staying in Venture Out is that you can step out your back door and jump in the Atlantic Ocean. We couldn't do that at this property, as there was no swim ladder. I also wouldn't want to tie up my boat here. The back concrete deck/dock area was old and cracked. It was missing mooring whips and had badly rusted dock cleats. The stairs down to the dock were obstructed by stones that had been washed over the steps, who knows when? The sliding door blinds were broken and were not even mounted properly. The window treatments did little to keep light out. Even the dishwasher was not installed properly. Having owned a home at Venture Out for ten years, we know what a 5-Star experience looks like at this resort. Despite the excellent location, this property has a long way to go to reach 5-Stars.
The management company was great with communication and very accommodating. The house was very clean.

Robert thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, we are sorry to read you felt this property did not deserve a 5 star rating. Although the side of the water the unit is sitting on has spectacular views, the current is too unpredictable to safely use a ladder to get in. We will bring your concern to the attention of venture out however about the state of the mooring equipment which we are not responsible for.
The blinds inside the unit are being replaced and we will have someone look at the dishwasher although we've not had issues with it before. We are glad you found the unit to be very clean and hope you will reach out to us to find you the perfect unit next time you visit the Keys!

What a nice water view this house is blessed with. The front gate personnel were very friendly and informative. The keys property manager was attentive to our needs. Great resort and would stay again!
