This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private single family home is a sweet surprise just off Duval St. It's a breath of fresh air as you escape reality and bask in the tranquility of the tropics. Tucked away on a vibrant lane just a stone's throw to all the desirable destinations, this island retreat offers the ultimate serenity.

A bright and cheery greeting from this saltwater abode welcomes you as you step into your slice of Paradise. Sink down into the cozy sectional in the Great Room area with a flat screen TV for movie nights. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers a bar area for 4 so you can whip up your favorite cocktails and snacks before heading out on the town. A washer/dryer is available.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Move upstairs to the king bedroom room which is outfitted with clean, crisp linens, a flat screen TV and access to an outdoor balcony to soak up your peaceful surroundings. Steps away is a bathroom with a shower to wash off the sea and sand. A sofa sleeper resides in the Great Room for additional sleeping convenience.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Enjoy lounging out on your private back deck in the island breeze with good conversation and not a worry in the world. Grill up your fresh catch on the outdoor grill and dine al fresco followed by a peaceful swing in the hammock beneath the stars. This island gem is perfectly located for walking or riding your bike downtown to all the local galleries, bars and restaurants and is just minutes to the sandy beaches of Key West!

This home does not have designated parking. There is limited street parking as guests may only park in spaces that are unmarked and not those marked as "Residential Permit." There is also a pay lot at the corner of United and Duval (3 blocks away).

This is the perfect house if you enjoy being in the middle of your vacation experience. Parked our car upon arrival and never had to use it during our stay. We were in walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment. The house was perfect for a couple with dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay at Kate's Krawl.

Perfect location-5 minute bike to Ft. Zach beach, next door to the outstanding Rum Bar, short walk to our fav restaurant Banana Cafe. Quiet end of Duval. Beautiful and very private backyard. Clean and accommodating interior. I could go on & on. Excellent customer service - they even logged out my Direct TV account for me after we left! We will book again next trip to Key West without a doubt.

We had a fantastic vacation at Kate's Krawl. The house is located steps from Duval and it was perfect for us and our pup. The yard was peaceful and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property; however, no parking for a rented golf cart & street parking is very expensive. Toilet is in a very narrow recess in the wall & was not easy to use. Location was generally quiet, but there was an early morning mugging outside the front door.

This unit was ideal for our stay- close to everything on Duvsl St. yet quiet in the evening. We loved the private backyard. We were able to bring our dog and she thoroughly enjoyed being outside with us. The unit inside is just as described in the pictures. We loved it all and would definitely want to stay here when we come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the extraordinary Kate’s and I cannot express enough how exceptional this experience was. From the moment I stepped foot on the property until the day I reluctantly checked out, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. Here's why this property deserves every praise:

Nestled just off Duval street, this property was perfectly located in the heart of everything within walking distance to Higgs Beach (1 mile), Sunset Pier (1 mile), and a 24 hour Circle K (200 feet) - Circle K was a must for midnight water and morning coffee. The convenient proximity to nearby attractions and activities also ensures that you'll never run out of things to do.

Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by the impeccable cleanliness and tasteful décor. The property was super comfortable. The property's layout provided ample space for relaxation, making it perfect for a couple or an individual needing someplace to drop their stuff between adventures. The thoughtful amenities provided made me feel right at home, and the modern appliances and well-equipped kitchen were an added bonus.

Location, location, location! Our stay in Key West was perfect and this rental was a big part of that... though it is literally steps from Duvall street, it was quiet at night and we slept well. The bathroom is a tight squeeze, but it was expected so we were ready for it. Bed was comfy! I would definitely stay there again!

The location is great, literally a few steps from the quieter south end of Duval St. Very little noise from the main street. Apartment is clean, well equipped although we did miss a pair of scissors and a chopping board in the kitchen. The apartment is in good condition, the floor tiles have a few cracked ones which will need sorting soon but it was very clean throughout, Air cooling system worked great and the TV had a good choice of channels. A great place for a couple to stay.

This rental property was perfect for myself, my husband and our dog. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.The property has a small yard and is great for your dog and to eat your meals. There is a great kitchen and BBQ to cook if you don’t want to eat out. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is great for one person at a time!! The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere! We found free parking and didn’t use our vehicle again until we left. We would stay here again for sure!

Cute, 2-story home just off Duvall. Well maintained with a full kitchen and private deck. Just one bath, so probably best for a couple or small family. There was just 2 of us, so it was perfect! It’s a 2 min walk to the Southern Most Point and a 15 min walk to Mallory Square. There are plenty of restaurants near too. Everything is so close, you don’t need a car! And our property manager, Brian, was very helpful. We would certainly plan to stay here again!

The home was great ! Excellent location, fully equipped kitchen, nice fenced in yard with a fence , perfect for dogs ! The home was very clean ! Easy check in and check out . Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants , and the Southernmost point . The only negative comment was the windows in the bathroom have blinds that didn’t cover the windows completely and we felt exposed, we ended up covering the windows with black trash bags and tape , same thing with the French doors in the bedroom, they need curtains, it gets bright in the morning and no privacy and there was no parking near by , but not a big deal . The rest was wonderful and we will come back !

Great location, just off Duval st. Can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends, but it is located on the quieter side of Duval to the south. While there aren't as many bars, the nightlight life still rages regardless if you like it or not. Call it a perk, call it a downside. It is just reality of Duval Street.
We enjoyed being able to walk to all the historical sites Key West has to offer, from Southernmost, to Hemmingway's House, to the Truman White House. All easily walkable from here.

We arrived later in the night, and there were lights on so we could see where we were going. The place was very clean, simple and supplied with the main things we needed. It listed a grill was provided, but we didn’t find one. After talking to the property manager, he arranged to have a brand new grill delivered the next afternoon which was beyond what we expected! It’s a great location and a comfortable place to stay. The only negative is the toilet location which others have pointed out too, but we made it work no problem. I’d recommend :)

The description say’s it all! This lovely little two story is literally A few steps away from all the amazing restaurants and bars on Duval Street. Walking distance to the beach too! This place was perfect for me, my husband, and 2 fur babies. We had some friends come for a visit so the pull out couch was Perfect. Kate’s is very simple but has everything you need. There are no assigned parking spots for this place but it’s not too hard to find something along the street. A week before your arrival, Brian the property manager, will send you a message to welcome you and give you all the information you need. He’s very nice and alway responds right away. We already booked Kate’s for next year’s vacation! Unless, we end up buying our own place because we love KW so much lol
