The kitchen has all the bells and whistles that a culinary artist could dream of and features high end stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Share lively conversation and fine wine at your dining table for six or an intimate chat at your kitchen bar seating for 3. Sink into your plush couch for hours of guiltless binge watching on your large wall-mounted tv with loved ones or gaze out of the huge sliding doors with a view of your backyard paradise. A full-size washer/dryer closet is located under the stairs for your ease and convenience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
This home features two luxurious bedrooms and two spa bathrooms to accommodate each room. The primary king suite is located upstairs, boasting a stunning vaulted ceiling design, writing desk, gorgeous ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and glass-door shower, giant walk-in closet with extra storage and a private porch with seating overlooking the pool. The downstairs second bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite shower bathroom. The living room has a pull out sofa sleeper that converts to a double bed.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
The most coveted space may be the lush backyard sanctuary with a heated dip pool and waterfall feature, overflowing with abundant foliage and luxuriant landscaping that lulls you into ultimate tranquility. The covered patio with small table and various seating options beckon you to dine and recline under the tropical stars and balmy breezes.

Dogs are considered at this home at 30 lbs or less. Please include the size and breed when inquiring.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)
Pet fee (if applicable)

PARKING...
This home comes with off street parking for two vehicles.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
