Enjoy this convenient Old Town Location.  Located a block from Duval and a short walk or bike ride to everything Key West has to offer.   

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a bathroom located en suite.  The bathroom is tiled and has a large single sink vanity.  The guest bedroom is equipped with a King sized bed and en suite bath as well.  Both bedrooms have closets and drawer storage.  If your looking for additional sleep space, there is a sofa sleeper located in the living room.  

AMENITIES...
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for the group or family that chooses to dine in.  The kitchen has a dining table that seats 6 and additional counter seating so everyone can be together.  The living room is located off the kitchen and has plenty of comfortable seating around a large flat screen TV.  Travel up the stairs to where both bedrooms are located.  The bedrooms both conveniently include en suite baths with tub/shower combos.  There are TVs located in both bedrooms as well as plenty of space to store your belongings.  

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Step out the rear sliders to your private pool and large outdoor space.  There is a covered deck with a table that can seat 6 which makes a great area to eat, play cards or just relax with a cocktail.  If your looking to get some sun then you can lay in one of the loungers by the pool.  A propane grill is also provided and ready to grill your catch.

This was our 2nd stay in Mango Margarita, and it was even better than the first! It's close to the "Southern Most Point" on Key West, and like every thing in "Old Town", a very short distance from most of the "attractions" and beaches. It's also on a quiet street, so it's easy to "sleep in" when you want. And the backyard pool it Perfect! It's shallow all around, and the Noon Sun fully shines directly on it. And the people at Wendy Zintsmaster are wonderful. They were very nice and helpful throughtout our time there.

My family and I had a wonderful time. A beautiful home with plenty of room. All modern and updated, big kitchen, king size beds and best of all, a private in ground pool set in a yard that was like a beach bar. Absolutely wonderful.

We stayed here June14-18 and loved it! It's near the quieter side of Duval St. Still a lot to walk to but not as crowded. We had another couple with us, so we enjoyed both of us having a master suite with private bathroom. The pool was fabulous! We used it a lot more than we thought. Even though there were people staying next to us we never heard them or even saw them. It was nice to have a little driveway for drop offs and pick ups from our Ubers. The new bed in the (actual) master was awesome!! Very comfortable!! It was very easy to communicate with the property manger. She was very nice and it was very convenient to text with her. The only thing that needs a little TLC is the master bathroom glass shower door and the cable for the tv in the main room. Other than that it was perfect!! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect walking distance to everything, but far enough to avoid the noise of Duval Street. Two parking spaces were perfect for our vehicle & golf cart rental. There were some minor cosmetic repairs needed, but nothing that hindered our enjoyment. The beds are firm, but I slept like a champ!! The pool needs to be resurfaced, but we still loved having the privacy! We will definitely stay here again in the future! xoxo

\ Hi I am writing to send you our review of mango margarita. We found the property easily and had an amazing stay! The property didnt mention a view of the car park so initially we were a little surprised but this quickly became unimportant. The house was a fantastic 5 from all of us, but there were a few things they could make the stay perfect. If the house could leave a small selection of starter things such as salt and pepper, coffee and sugar...washing up liquid...and maybe some water in the fridge.and a pack of games....as we flew from the uk and you really dont want to be buying basics on your holidays! The other factor was that our eldest daughter used the sofa bed as she got tired of sharing with her sister, but the sitting room has curtains but the other huge windows in the kitchen has none(which makes sleeping tricky).Lastly the house was to accommodate 6 people but only provides 2 sun beds..maybe if they dont wish to squash more in then you could provide beach chairs for 4 to add a little comfort. We loved this property which is convenient for everything! We had a car (it has parking), we rented bikes (lots of fence space to lock them up), and we walked everywhere including to all our dinners are nearby locations. Super clean super comfy and great heated pool! The upstairs bed on the left does sag in the middle but for a few nights it wont kill you and the bedding was really soft and comfy! Also concierge service is really convenient and frankly fabulous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!!

Central Location; Terrific Management; comfortable little house with nice outdoor area; could use some updates (paint, outdoor furniture, technology) and I would recommend putting two single beds in the second guest room - you can always push them together - this is really set up for a couple with kids or 3-4 friends, and having two king beds is a mistake. But we loved it - when you walk in, the first thing you notice is a wall of glass to a jewel box backyard with cocktail pool - very private, very comfortable, easy to walk or bike to everything.

The house is great, about 1 1/2 blocks to Duval Street, on a quiet street. A short walk takes you to all the action of Key West one could want. Pool is great and private. My wife and I would stay at this location again. Overall a nice home and a good alternative to staying in a hotel. Privacy, clean modern bathrooms, and kitchen and overall lovely atmosphere at a decent price.

Notes

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).

EVENT/ HOLIDAY/ FESTIVAL PRICING:
We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.

BOOKING NOTES:
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

HOSTING EVENTS/ PARTIES:
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.

***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
