A beautifully furnished and comfortable home, located just 5 short blocks to Duval Street. Have bikes delivered and you will rarely need your vehicle to get around the Island if at all!

FURNISHINGS...
Updated furnishings throughout this charming 2 bedroom home. The living room features vaulted ceilings and has several French doors which open to the deck and pool. The kitchen is located off the living room and is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs. There are ceiling fans and flat screen TVs located in each bedroom as well as closets to store all your belongings.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and is outfitted with a comfortable king size bed and full tiled bathroom en suite. The guest bedroom in on the first floor and has two twin beds which can be conveniently converted to a king to meet your needs. There is also a full bath located next to the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed located in the living room for additional guest sleeping.
POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open the rear French doors and step out to a private small heated pool where you can cool off. The deck is equipped with two loungers and a small table for two.
PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

The home was very clean and perfect for our family. We liked the experience better than staying in a hotel as we did the previous visit to Key West. It was nice to have a “home” to go to after sight seeing. This home is perfect for a small family. The rental process is super easy and Whitney did a fantastic job communicating with us about our stay. I wish we had booked an extra couple of days!

Thank you for our stay! The home was clean and in a great location near the town of Key West. It is a quiet area & that's what we wanted. You could ride bikes into town. The Conch Train was fun for our 7 year old to ride with us and hear about Key West.The property manager responded to our questions quickly and we were able to check in a bit early.Since we drove from Buffalo, NY we were really ready to unpack. The description of the property was spot on. We rented bikes during our stay which made getting to and from the heart of town very easy. We had no issues during our stay so did not have to contact the property manager, but they were communicative and responsive prior to our arrival. We loved the heated cocktail pool for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. I would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family.

If you want to stay in old town Key West this is the place. Clean and very nice. Close to walk for coffee and breakfast. 10 minute walk to Duval street. Full of character. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and everything was excellent. Will stay there again.

It was our first visit to Key West and the house was absolutely perfect. It was in old town so it was quiet, except for the roosters lol but still close enough to walk to Duvall. We had so much fun and we were able to come back and relax each night. Absolutely, if we ever go to Key West again, we will stay in this home every time.

First the pictured pool was creative photography. It was 4x6 or even less. Not what we planned. The raft was bigger than the pool and we never used it.
There was a smell of mold. The house manager was great and treated the house with an ionizer yo correct the problem. Otherwise location great and was comfortable.

The house is charming, on a quiet street a 15-minute walk from the nightlife on Duval, but with a couple of little restaurants and bakeries within only a few blocks. The upstairs room and bath are spacious, while the downstairs bedroom is fine for a couple but a bit cramped for two singles. The house was immaculate with a cute little backyard and plunge pool.

We were two families traveling with toddlers, the cocktail pool was perfect for the littles during the day, and adults lounging at night. The Conch Heaven cottage was exactly as it is portrayed in the photos and description on VRBO. There were no surprises; only delights. The house is a quick bike ride or walk to most of Key West, and the free shuttle service, the Duval Loop, has a stop just a block away. If you're heading to Dry Tortugas National Park, the Yankee Freedom ferry is docked 2 blocks away. The house was spotless, and the beds were comfy.

Enjoyed this lovely little condo. Plenty or room for a couple (or two couples). The living space is open and comfortable and the little pool is a really nice bonus. While it isn't within walking distance of Duval Street, it is a quick Uber ride to get to anywhere on the island. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and there is a little grocery store on the same block, which is handy for snacks.

The property was exactly as described and pictured online. Perfect location, close enough to the best bars, restaurants and activities but far enough away to escape the noise and activity when ready. The property manager was very responsive and great to work with. Be sure to rent bikes, it's the best way to get around the island. Brunch at Blue Heaven is a must. The highlight of our trip was a full day charter with Captain Mike and Aquaholics Charters.

Place is cozy but small. It needs a little love and TLC to look and feel more like the pictures. Walls are scuffy and things are starting to show some wear and tear. Kitchen could use a bit more of everything. It was well stocked with supplies to get our 10 day stay off and running which was nice. Brian the Prop Mgr was a great communicator and treated us with ultra white gloves as well.

The house was located out of the fray, but near enough to walk anywhere. We rented mopeds to maximize our touring, and it was hands down the best choice. Another bonus was the Azur Restaurant, a block away. We enjoyed this Italian delight so much, we wished we hadn’t eaten anywhere else.
The house is very well appointed with everything you need, and you won’t find a better host!

Easy check in, we were fortunate enough to even get in a few hours early! Well appointed, we had everything we needed for light cooking. Very clean! A easy walk to Duvall Street. No problem finding street parking in the area.

This house is perfect! 2 couples stayed and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is a quiet neighborhood and has a store right down the street to get food and essentials. The pool is small but it was so fun to dip in and hang with friends. The property manager was easy to talk to when arriving and leaving. We will definitely be keeping this gem on our list to return to in the future!

The home was spotless upon arrival. It had more than everything we needed. We stopped and bought food and cooked a lot of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We loved the washer and dryer. The bed upstairs was extremely comfortable. The showers were awesome. Our favorite part was the privacy of the back deck and the cocktail pool. We enjoyed that every day. We were able to walk to Duval quite easily. I will absolutely stay here again! Thanks to Brian for staying up to date with me they texting and being so kind and courteous!

Nice little home. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Our main reason for renting this place was the heated pool since this was January trip. It was a really nice amenity. It's a quick walk to Duval street and there is a little store on the corner. The only complaint is parking, or lack thereof. Parking is nearly impossible. There is no designated parking spot and most are reserved for permit holders. On arrival we spent almost 90 minutes circling the neighboring blocks looking for a parking place. Once we found one a block away we left the rental car in the same spot for the whole visit. Even during the weekdays all of the spots on the block were filled or reserved.

The place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with plenty of linens, beach towels, and kitchen needs. The back is very private. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and far enough away from Duval that you don't get any disruptions, though a nice, easy walk when you want to head that way. Parking was easy - there was always a nearby available space on the street. We will look to book this place again next year, or at least with this company. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly to all of our questions.

We were in Key West for my wife’s Birthday and wanted to be close enough to Duval and the other attractions that we could walk comfortably, yet far enough away to insure peace and quiet. Conch Heaven was a 100% match. The house is well appointed and everything works, The property manager, Brian, was very attentive and knowledgeable. We always felt that whatever our need, he would be available to accommodate. We didn’t expect the pool to be important, but we ended up enjoying it every afternoon after our activities. We would definitely recommend Conch Heaven to anyone.

We were a part of six with a four year old. The house was immaculate. Beds were comfy. Kitchen has full cooking capabilities & utensils. We cooked every meal for three days. Washed our clothes. Rocking chairs on front porch for chilling. Back deck w/pool & gas grille was perfect also. Uber drivers flood the island and respond in 5 minutes. Although it's a very short walk to Duval. Fleming St is a central as you can get. For a family house, you can't beat iit.

We came down with another couple. It was great having the bedrooms on separate levels. This place was very clean. More than enough towels and beach towels. Our concierge Brian was awesome! He responded immediately! The cocktail pool was great to come back
to and cool off in after a long hot day in Key West. The only thing I would recommend is the owner needs to put a larger stand up mirror over the master bath sink. The mirror by the toilet was awkward. By no means would I say this was a deal breaker to stay
here. Just a recommendation. Great place to stay!!!

Rented house for a birthday trip with family. Was able to check in early and the house was very clean. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Kitchen was small but had full size appliances and a washer/dryer. The back deck was small but enough room for us and the pool was great for relaxing. Very private out on deck. Stairs to upstairs were a little narrow but the room was great. Location was quiet and not far from shopping and dining, most in walking distance. Also the Duval Loop free bus stop was just a short walk from house. Would definitely recommend this house!

We went down with another couple to celebrate my birthday and had the absolute best time. The house is even cuter in person.
We walked almost everywhere that we needed to go and took full advantage of the kitchen. It is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking tools.
We thought that the pool might be too small from the pictures, but it turned out to be the perfect size for lounging. We had 4 adults staying on site and for the most part, we fit 3 people in the pool at a time and one person sun bathed. It was perf.
Brian, the home manager was stellar and made our stay very easy. Would definitely rent from both this company and this specific house again.

Loved this place. Located in a charming neighborhood. The dipping pool is the perfect place to relax. We lucked out and found one of the few free parking spots nearby, so we just left our car parked and walked everywhere. (Just be sure the spot does not say resident permit) Perfect for two couples.

This was our second year staying in Conch Heaven for our annual girls getaway. We nicknamed it the our Barbie Dream House. The house and the neighborhood are perfect for our group of four. Easy walk to the crazy fun on and around Duval, but a quiet clean escape at the end of the night. The little pool was perfect for morning dip with coffee and evening dip before bed.

Our party of 5 women totally enjoyed this home! We felt the location was perfect to all things to enjoy in Old Town Key West. It was clean and totally met our needs in the way of household necessities. The "dipping" pool in the back felt more like a spa minus the jets, but perfect for having a cocktail and gathering in and around. We rented bikes, which for our group was the best way to get around. Any questions, or issues were answered immediately by a local contact and even a concierge service was available to assist with planning and arranging things to do. I would highly recommend this property!

This house was great. It was well stocked, clean, great location and really comfortable. The services of the management company was outstanding. Brian was attentive and very helpful. Everyone we encountered on the island was friendly. We felt perfectly safe in all areas and being by the harbor was outstanding. Eaton bikes was prompt and friendly, the bikes really nice. We were a bit worried about not having a parking space, but a car is really not needed there as long as you have the Uber app. The pool is really more of a large hot tub but we enjoyed it in the evening when it was cool. Grill was easy to use. We really enjoyed how dog friendly the island is, we were able to take the little guy almost everywhere. The house location in Old Town was convenient to everything that mattered.

The private pool is small but PRIVATE! We felt completely comfortable our entire trip and our host, Brian was easily accessible. I loved it and if I return to Key West I will either stay here again or try to buy it ;)

We loved every minute of it! Coffee on the porch, watching the world go by. Cocktails in the plunge pool... Amazing location within walking distance to everything. Very comfortable house, perfect for our needs. The upstairs bath is a little funky and missing a proper mirror but fine for a week's stay. The house could use a full length mirror somewhere too. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back!!
The entire thing as far as the house itself went was A-plus! It was perfect for us. It had it all. The two down sides were the pool which was only a dipping pool was not clean. There was mold around the edges and inside. Yuck. Also, there was no allotted parking and we had to literally walk blocks to park. Not fun.
