SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.....
Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people so it is ideal for a family or couples traveling together.
The Master Suite is a queen with en suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub.  The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom with tiled shower.  The 2nd floor bedroom has two twin size beds (which can be doubled to create a King size bed) and a full en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.  And there is also a queen size sleeper sofa.

3 patios..kids had own rooms and bathrooms,cooking was great they had everything you need but a colander for pasta make sure you bring one..the place was a steal.and the pool view was amazing loved this place.

The house isnt on Key West proper but its close enough. We dont really care for Duval so this wasnt an issue for us. We were just a short ride to all our favorite places. The house is spacious and clean and the pool is quiet and very pleasant! Lots of space and great for families!

I stayed at this home with my son, brother, niece, and nephew, and it was great. The home and property is very nice with an excellent swimming pool. It is a nice gated community of townhomes in the midst of an otherwise depressed neighborhood. The location is a convenient drive to Key West and other Keys. We prepared nice meals in the kitchen and on the grill. The place is very clean and well-kept. There are a lot of rules and documents to sign, but the expectations were reasonable.

My friends and I rented this condo to attend a wedding I. Key West. Overall the condo was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the multiple decks/balconies. There is a CVS super close which was very convienent. The only this I was disappointed in was how far it was actually from key west but that has nothing to do with the condo itself. Would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the condo and enjoyed the fact the unit was within walking distance to several eating establishments and a CVS. There was a little noise from across the street (outside the condo) on one night. Too much partying I guess. Brian, our property manager, made sure that all of our needs were met. Stock Island itself is a little run-down. That was the only negative. The island is home to Hog Fish Grill, a restaurant I would highly recommend.

The townhouse, Casa de Vino, is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and well appointed for a vacation home. We were very pleased with our choice and our 5 day stay was exceptional. Great location on Stock Island but just a few minutes from downtown Key West. Though we never actually met Brian, our property manager, that was because he did such a wonderful job taking care of us. Though we made the reservation before Hurricane Irma was even a breeze, the management company kept us fully updated to any circumstance that would affect our trip. The property was ready for a our arrival, and a couple of minor details were taken care of ASAP once we texted Brian and make him aware. Would recommend this accommodation and this company in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making our vacation so smooth.

The layout was perfect for our family of 5, which includes two teenagers. House backs up to the pool area which was great; the pool provided a great opportunity to recharge and relax after a morning out snorkeling or fishing before heading out for the evening. An easy drive into town (parking garage on Grinnell in Old town), but be sure not to ignore the Hogfish Grill on Stock Island. Classic Key West, great food and close. Having the property coupled with such a great property manager as Brian was an added plus; he was a great resource for information, was readily available to answer questions and made us feel welcome.

I spent a week at Casa De Vino and the pictures are an excellent depiction of the property. I loved the home, spacious enough for all of us, kid friendly and the pool and gym area were great! The house furnishings were great and had cleaning supplies so we could wipe things down after ourselves if we wanted. Rental staff were great to work with. I would definitely rent here again, especially when Uber hits Key West :)

To us, this location was ideal. We were right off HWY 1 with easy access to a red light to re-enter the road. The pool area was beautiful and so very peaceful. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Our balcony/porch were private with easy access to the pool area. The area is NOT a typical residential area but we felt quite safe with no noise.

We definitely would rent this property again. We had a fabulous stay, the home was perfect for our family and the pool was definitely an added plus. The only addition I would suggest would be beach chairs, otherwise this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated-3 bathrooms a plus and there was so much room for our family of 7.

Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay comfortably at your property. We never rented a house before and this was the best choice for a family of 6. I enjoyed having to pool right in our back yard. This made entertainment for the kids a blast. The only few negatives were a few bugs that we quickly killed the first night. This mostly likely happen when we were bringing out stuff inside. I reminded my family we are in the south and you have to quickly close the door. I would certainly recommend this property; it was well kept and the property manager was easy to communicate with. The bed downstairs was rather hard and creeky, but we managed through the stay. I fell in love with the pots and pans. I quickly found the pots and pans at my local Costco. I was so happy to have those. We would certainly rent again the next vacation we have. The rules to checkin and out was so manageable that my whole family pitched in and wanted to ensure we were out by 10am. Thanks again, Erica Edwards

Property is exactly as stated. Everything you need is there. House is extremely clean and well equipped. The outside deck(s) and pool areas are an added bonus. Also, one of the best pizza places in the Keys is right across the street. Oh.... and the property manager, she's the BEST!!!! ( She deserves a raise!) Highly recommend this property .......

Notes

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).

EVENT/ HOLIDAY/ FESTIVAL PRICING:
We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.

BOOKING NOTES:
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

HOSTING EVENTS/ PARTIES:
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.

BOOKING FLIGHTS:
***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
