A beautifully furnished and comfortable town home, located within the prestigious President's Walk at Truman Annex.

FURNISHINGS...
The first floor includes a covered porch, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a full bath.  The sitting area includes a comfortable sectional, coffee table and chair but is arranged to keep the floor plan open. The beautifully crafted wood dining table is a perfect place for meals, playing cards or spreading out your office should you have to bring work with you. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The second floor is outfitted with the Master bedroom that fits the comfortable king bed, a full bathroom with shower and the guest room with twin beds that can be converted to a King (twin doubler) and a full bath with a shower. 

POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING...
Relax on the patio in the hot tub or take the bikes out for a spin. The Weber grill is ready to cook your fresh catch then dine outside under the umbrella amongst the palms.  The heated community pool is just a short walk from the home and this Old Town location is convenient to Duval Street, waterfront sunsets at Mallory Square and the best beach at Fort Zachary Taylor. It's also within walking distance to Fausto's (small supermarket with beer/wine) CVS, and Walgreen's.

This property was perfect for our week stay in Key West. Covered parking was nice. Unit located just a very short walk to Duval Street which is where all the action is. However, Truman Annex is very quite. Nice waterfront recreation area with water park just a short walk. We loved our daily puppy walks to this area. Unit came with two bikes we used everyday. Also equipped with beach chairs and floats great for our day at the beach. Unit had everything needed, nice linens, and great court yard area. Hot tub was nice but some jets did not work. ( I am sure owner will fix). Property manager was excellent. He was immediate to react when we needed some lights bulbs and a tire repair. I highly recommend!!!!! Living room furniture might be limited for large family but is perfect for 4-5 people.

This property has everything you need for any time of year you visit. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows and the beds were comfy. Even though it came with 2 bikes, everything was well within walking distance. Because of the open stairwell on one side, I wouldn't recommend bringing toddlers, but ages 5+ shouldn't have any issues. The property manager was great with communication & accommodating early check-in. The location in the complex is actually pretty quiet & we slept in every morning. I'd rent this property again. Everything about it was too easy. In fact, I l left a back up cell charger in an outlet. The property manager was all too helpful in getting mailing that back to me before the wheels even touched down on my return flight.

We found the cute little "cottage" to be all we expected & more. Very, very clean and well appointed. It is situated in a very quiet area of the Annex (relaxing) & has easy walking access to downtown (the car stayed parked). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cups, glassware, pans etc, all of excellent quality. Everything anyone would need for a full week's stay. Also a seemingly "new" stainless steel stove, refridgerator & a front load washer/dryer combo, all super clean & beautiful. An abundance of "soft & fluffy" towels were provided along with large "soft" pool towels for use with the Hot Tub. The property manager during our stay was Brian Yoest. Brian was extremely helpful both before & during our stay & made our time at "Dancing Palms" & Key West stress free & enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning again next year, thank you Brian. We loved it. The only 2 things that weren't perfect was the water hose on the deck leaks which would get the outside rug wet & we think the air conditioner may need freeon. Neither of these things really affected our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a great, clean & safe place.

Great location. Lovely accommodations. It felt like being in a treehouse when sitting on the upstairs porch. A quiet respite just a short walk from all the excitement Key West has to offer. Notes

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).

EVENT/ HOLIDAY/ FESTIVAL PRICING:
We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.

BOOKING NOTES:
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

HOSTING EVENTS/ PARTIES:
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.

***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
