SOUTHERNMOST BELLE ~ Grand!

Our family visited Key West during Spring Break with a mixture of first time visitors and repeat visitors. This house set the bar high for the first timers. The location was perfect for all plans. The pool was perfect for the grownups and the kids. There was plenty of space and the house had everything we needed in terms of supplies. Everyone in our group would sincerely love to come back again! Communication with the rental company was incredibly easy, there were absolutely no issues or concerns. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!!!

We selected the Southernmost Belle due to its layout as well as the location to downtown. Everyone loved their separate bedrooms as well as the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room.
Additionally, working with the Best of Key West Concierge was an added bonus. They were able to suggest great restaurants, bakery for my wife's birthday cake as well as bike rental.

Stayed here over Christmas with family, including 3 children under 10. Great location and tucked back from the street giving a quiet, oasis feel to the house and pool. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Kitchen well supplied with enough wine glasses to serve the adults and quality pots and pans to make a great Christmas dinner. Adequate, well appointed seating, seating to watch TV or open presents. And places to be when away from the rain. Easy walking or biking to town and all
that it offers, including a cute coffee shop and food store.

We had a wonderful time with extended family in this lovely home. Tucked away in the perfect location - we had room for everyone to be comfortable and were just a very short walk from restaurants, coffee shops and the marina. Already planning to stay again in the future.

This was a beautiful house in a perfect location in Key West. Shana, the manager, could not have been more helpful, and the house was in spotless cipondition. There were five of us in our group, so there were plenty of bedrooms for everyone.

The Southernmost Belle property was fantastic! The house was every bit as nice as the photos we saw on the Internet. Our group consisted of three couples. We were all impressed how clean the house was, and enjoyed everything being in perfect condition. The property manager representative was Shana. Both before and during our stay she stayed in touch to make sure everything was perfect.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The house and yard were absolutely stunning! The pictures of the property are beautiful but it is even more stunning in person! I was impressed by the degree of privacy we had being right in the middle of old town.

We had a party of nine, 5 adults and 4 kids. Though we spent time at Mallory Square and in the shops, the kids just wanted to hang out in the yard and and enjoy the cozy pool.

The interior of the house is beautifully decorated and the house had everything we needed, even beach towels!

Lastly, I cannot say enough about the property management team. Quick to answer questions and keep me apprised of things.

When we return to Key West, we're staying here again.

Nine childhood girlfriends spent 4 days lounging in the pool and on the porches to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The property was in a spectacular location (walking/biking distance to everything), but was still private and quiet at night. We highly recommend this property!!

The location of this property was absolutely perfect. Just a few blocks from duval made walking or a golf cart ride super easy to get anywhere. We loved being tucked back in and not directly on the main road , just a little path to get to the house made you feel like you were in your own paradise with no one around. The property manager team was quick, responsive, catered to any need you had or question. This was absolutely amazing !!! Will be back !!!

We stayed in th home as a group of friends looking to celebrate our husband's tunring 40. The house was in the perfect location, we were able to walk anywhere that we wanted to go and ubered anywhere we didn't want to walk. It is an old home so it definetley has some charming characteristics but overall we really loved it.

The Home was as beautiful as the pictures. The location could not have been any more convenient. It was a short walk in two direction to great destinations and completely void of street noise also. We used the concierge to stock up for our arrival as well as sunset cruise reservations. The only warning i would give is if you are a lounge by the pool sun worshiper, the secluded property can be a little shaded. More than enough space for everyone to be spread out and comfortable inside and on the porch. I would recommend this property anytime as well as book it again. The property manager I dealt with handled everything quickly, which thankfully was not much at all. Overall it was exactly what we wanted, expected and greatly needed for our week away

What a great time in Key West! We stayed here during Fantasy Fest and were able to walk everywhere. The location is perfect - 2 blocks off Duval. We could party on the street then a quick walk back to this private getaway. We jumped in the refreshing pool each day to cool off before heading back out for the festivities. Very clean and beautiful inside and out - highly recommend!!!

Great place. Great location. Would book again. It would be a 10/10 if not for these things: one of the bedrooms sheets had sand in them, no hand towels in the kitchen and only 1 extra paper towels. The third floor is really only good for kids; too small for adults. Because of that, it’s a 9/10. Property management company was the best and very responsive. Satisfied all of our requests. If you can afford it, they can do it.

This place certainly lives up to its name. It is spacious, beautiful, and conveniently located. Our party of 8 adults and a 2 year old had plenty of room. We walked to most places, and we rented golf carts through the concierge service provided by this listing to explore the island. The concierge service also helped us to rent a stroller, car seat, and a pack n play for the 2 year old. This property most certainly receives 5 stars.

The house was beautiful and had everything needed to cook a meal. Beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance of almost everything and there was plenty of parking for our golf carts! We used the pool every day. It was always nice to get back to the house and cool off from the hot day!

This is a great house! We had 6 adults and 3 small children. Location was fantastic - 2-5 blocks from everything. The yard area was surrounded by beautiful trees and was very private and quiet. Pool was wonderful for kids. Two washers/dryers located in 1st floor bedroom. Plenty of room inside. 3rd floor bath on 2nd floor, but not a problem. Agents were very responsive. No issues during stay. Had a very good time.

A group of 10 family and friends, ages 3 to 70, enjoyed this property over spring break. You cannot beat this location, 2 blocks from the water, 2 blocks from duval street, everything we wanted to see was perfectly walkable. We had bikes delivered to the house which were a really fun way to get to the southernmost point (highly recommend the Southernmost Beach Cafe and a tour of the Hemingway House). The rental group’s concierge was WONDERFUL in arranging lunch and dinner reservations for our large group and a custom private charter (ask for Captain Andy, he was amazing). We were so sad to check out. The house has a great layout, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and extra linens, and each bedroom Has a separate climate control, which is really wonderful. The outdoor space is unbelievable. Gorgeous lush landscaping, private pool, lots of comfortable patio furniture, and it’s set back from the street offering plenty of privacy. We didn’t cook much, but the kitchen was very well appointed - the separate refrigerated drawers were a nice touch to keep all our beverages cool. The property manager with accessible and responsive to any questions we had. Top to bottom, a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Words cannot describe this location ! My family and I stayed here for our wedding and took amazing pictures here before we left for Hemingway house. If you are a bride to be this is the place to stay! The pool was amazing and heated! Bathrooms were great ! Loved the porch and balcony ! Everything was truly perfect and I will definitely be coming back again !

Family had a great time in Key West! The central location of the Southernmost Belle was just perfect. So easy to walk to any destination we wanted. It was close enough to everything, but felt secluded too. We loved the front porch time: AKA Cocktails before cocktails :) The pool was warm and inviting. Loved the living spaces and the bedrooms were perfect for our group of 8. Even got in a little exercise going up and down the steps. Would definitely go back.

The house was perfect. Very clean, management was super responsive. There were 5 couples and the house fit us all terrific. The location can't be beaten. We walked everywhere. My only suggestion would be to supply a few cleaning products and dishwasher pods so we could clean a little more other than that no complaints.

This property feels secluded yet is right in the heart of the action! It is truly elegant.
We did experience a serious plumbing problem which was taken care of by the property manager as quickly as possible - considering some unfortunate circumstances. My son staying up until 1:00 am to greet the plumber, who shut off the water. The problem was corrected the next morning.

Our family had a great time. The outside space is like a little private oasis right in the heart of Key West activities. Everything was exactly like it looked in the pictures. We could ride bikes or walk to so many places, but also had parking for 2 vehicles. Everybody in our group loved it!

Southernmost Belle is a lovely house nestled in Old Town. The big private yard makes you feel secluded, but Key West is right outside the gate! Home is really pretty - great furnishing, nice big kitchen - love the extra refrigerator space. A great mix of old Key West charm and modern comforts. One watch out for future renters - the two upstairs bedrooms are very small, and you have to come down a flight for the bathroom- not great in the middle of the night. The three other bedrooms are very nice.

We had the best time at Southernmost Belle! The house was better than expected as it has taken on a WHOLE NEW LOOK! It was nice before but the update is so much classier and to me has more of the KW Island feel. Light, airy and very spacious.
The property manager is on-it. The second day on site the coffee pot quit working and I texted her super early in the morning...from the first text to her arrival with a brand new coffee pot was only 13 minutes. Wow. She was super quick to respond to everything. We hired a local private chef to cook in the house for us one night which was a total bonus. Something I would suggest you consider doing. Chef Martin Liz. The only bummer was there was a leak in the pool waterfall so we couldn't have any circulation or waterfall sounds. I'm sure they will get it fixed. The house was amazing and we hope to be back!

We had 10 people stay in this house for a few days in April. Upon arrival we were thrilled with the large front yard/porch and big kitchen/family room area. The third floor bedrooms are a little dinky, however when you are in KW, how much time do you actually spend in the bedroom? It would be nice if there was a half bath on the main floor to use as anyone hanging out in the kitchen had to walk thru a bedroom to get to the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Overall we are all impressed with this house, especially the location. Within walking distance to both Duval and the seaport.

Southernmost Belle lived up to its description. The location was perfect. The outside patio, pool and yard were great for enjoying the warm weather we had. We had a butterfly garden birthday party for our granddaughters sixth birthday and the landscape fit in perfectly with the butterfly décor.
The only negative and its a little one is the two third floor rooms are really not great for adults. Children, yes, adults no. Overall, was the perfect place for a great vacation.
