Ample and plush seating accompanied by an electric fireplace will encourage many satisfying hours spent relaxing and unwinding in this one-of-a-kind abode. For your convenience, a spacious washer and dryer area and powder room reside in the bedroom hallway. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Enjoy perfect slumber in one of the 4 main house bedrooms all with gorgeous modern en suite shower bathrooms, the primary suite also equipped with an automatic bed with a split mattress top and a large soaking tub. This home offers 2 king guest rooms, a queen guest room, and a twin guest rooms (twins do NOT convert to a king). The large separate guest cottage features its own living area with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer, shower bathroom and king bedroom for completely independent living from the main house (not wheelchair accessible). OUTDOOR LIVING... An exquisite screened porch offers al fresco dining and entertaining for your large group. Your sparkling pool (comes heated in the winter months and can be chilled upon request in the warmer months) with outdoor shower and oversized dock (outfitted with cleats for more than one boat) are framed by a backdrop of mangroves where you may spot a variety of southernmost wildlife. A fishing and boat lover's nirvana! PARKING.... This home has off street parking available for 4 vehicles. PETS... This is NOT a pet friendly home. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s). Our unit was exceptionally clean and the management company responded very quickly to any of our questions. Truman Annex is a perfect location in Key West with everything within easy walking distance. The unit was wonderfully quiet and the bed in the master very comfortable. The landscaping was lush and kept up very well. We highly recommend Palms Away.

This was our first time to Key West & had no idea where to stay, or what to expect. We nailed it on our first try by choosing this place. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed (one & a half bathrooms were fine for just the two us). The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (electric stove though), the neighborhood was very charming, safe & quiet! The pool was decent, (pool bathrooms could use a little updating, but this is beyond the owner’s control). Property Manager & Concierge were VERY friendly, attentive & helpful! Very easy self check-in/check-out process. We rented bikes for the week & were able to easily get to anywhere we wanted from this location. Overall, very pleased & would DEFINITELY stay here again!

My family and I spent a week in Key West in July. Since this was our first time here we wanted to stay near the fun--but still in a quiet place. This townhome fit the bill perfectly. Our checked bags were delayed by a few days, so having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver!

Great location. The beds were comfortable. The half bath was nice with two teenagers in the group. Two issues we ran into were that the temp was difficult to regulate but finally figured out how to get the fan and Ac working together. The furniture is generally good, but for a home meant to sleep 6, the small couch and single patio chair in the living room were inadequate.

The house was very appealing to my eye, pretty colors, clean and airy. Plenty of room for 2 couples. We did not cook except for coffee, but everything we needed was available. The area was well kept and very quiet, a tropical retreat! The location was very convenient. Brian the property manager was very prompt answering any questions we had. I would recommend staying at Palms Away, but our only issues were.. it would have been nice to have a closet in the rear bedroom. But There was a dresser and plenty of hooks on the wall that sufficed. Also we would have enjoyed a little night swimming, but the pool closed at dusk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Palms Away!

Communication for stay was on par, answered quickly and sent all the information you could ever need. It's just as shown on the site, spotless and offered more toiletries and kitchen supplies than I've came across in previous home stays. That is more than appreciated! It's even better to find items left behind by guests like sunblock or laundry soap! Plenty of room for our family, all the appliances available and plenty of blankets and pillows for the hideaway sleeper. Loved every minute of our stay! Can't wait to return!

We spent a week at Palms Away. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was great; far enough away from Duval to be quiet but a short walk to get there. Fort Zachary Taylor is a 5 minute bike ride too. The property manager Brian made check in and checkout a breeze. We will definitely be back. Oh, and they also provide a concierge service with your rental.

We have stayed in at least 30 vacation rentals over the past twenty years. This home was very clean and better equipped than any Florida rental in our experience. Just retired from 40 years in property mgmt and Brian couldn't have been more responsive. returned a call at 9pm on Saturday night. Parking is a little awkward otherwise a wonderful experience.

Excellent location for all island activities. The beds and linens were very comfortable and high quality. Ceiling fans and AC worked awesome as I like it cold when I sleep. Property is immaculately clean & well maintained with everything you need for a great stay in Key West. We enjoyed the pool for relaxing after full sun days and the kitchen for cooking basic meals.

Two points of improvement would be to increase the quality of the cookware, utensils, etc and the pull-out sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

My family (myself, wife, 20 year old daughter, 17 year old son) stayed at Palms Away this past week and we loved it. The location in Truman Annex is excellent and the property itself is in a very picturesque location. We had a great time just walking around Truman Annex! It was only 2 blocks from Duval Street - close enough to go check out the action but far enough away to feel secluded when back at the property. The property itself was well-maintained and nicely furnished. I will definitely come back here again if the opportunity arises.

A very cozy townhouse within walking distance of Mallory Square. It was very easy to either walk or drive to all of our destinations and the accommodations were excellent. The beds were especially comfortable.

As you'll see in the ratings below, all the key factors--location, cleanliness and support were excellent. Brian is a gem--responsive and anticipating needs.
One suggestion for the owners--replace the chef's knife in the kitchen. The blade is badly damaged in the middle making it unusable. (Not a problem for me because I bring my own chef's knife to rental properties.)
Another suggestion--add grab bars for the tub.
A fine property. Would absolutely recommend this property (and Truman Co) to friends. Thanks for the excellent service.

Our unit was exceptionally clean and the management company responded very quickly to any of our questions. Truman Annex is a perfect location in Key West with everything within easy walking distance. The unit was wonderfully quiet and the bed in the master very comfortable. The landscaping was lush and kept up very well. We highly recommend Palms Away.

Great walkable location for all attractions, restaurants, and shops Key West has to offer! Rental unit was well equipped. There is some furniture that should be updated/repaired. King bed was comfortable but pillows were not.

My family and I spent a week in Key West in July. Since this was our first time here we wanted to stay near the fun--but still in a quiet place. This townhome fit the bill perfectly. Our checked bags were delayed by a few days, so having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver!

Great location. The beds were comfortable. The half bath was nice with two teenagers in the group. Two issues we ran into were that the temp was difficult to regulate but finally figured out how to get the fan and Ac working together. The furniture is generally good, but for a home meant to sleep 6, the small couch and single patio chair in the living room were inadequate.

Truman Annex is the best spot in the island offending to everything yet quiet and secluded. Home was clean and well appointed. Pool area was close enough and not overcrowded.

This was our first time to Key West & had no idea where to stay, or what to expect. We nailed it on our first try by choosing this place. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed (one & a half bathrooms were fine for just the two us). The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked (electric stove though), the neighborhood was very charming, safe & quiet! The pool was decent, (pool bathrooms could use a little updating, but this is beyond the owner’s control). Property Manager & Concierge were VERY friendly, attentive & helpful! Very easy self check-in/check-out process. We rented bikes for the week & were able to easily get to anywhere we wanted from this location. Overall, very pleased & would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Excellent location for all island activities. The beds and linens were very comfortable and high quality. Ceiling fans and AC worked awesome as I like it cold when I sleep. Property is immaculately clean & well maintained with everything you need for a great stay in Key West. We enjoyed the pool for relaxing after full sun days and the kitchen for cooking basic meals.

Two points of improvement would be to increase the quality of the cookware, utensils, etc and the pull-out sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable.

Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed in at least 30 vacation rentals over the past twenty years. This home was very clean and better equipped than any Florida rental in our experience. Just retired from 40 years in property mgmt and Brian couldn't have been more responsive. returned a call at 9pm on Saturday night. Parking is a little awkward otherwise a wonderful experience.

Communication for stay was on par, answered quickly and sent all the information you could ever need. It's just as shown on the site, spotless and offered more toiletries and kitchen supplies than I've came across in previous home stays. That is more than appreciated! It's even better to find items left behind by guests like sunblock or laundry soap! Plenty of room for our family, all the appliances available and plenty of blankets and pillows for the hideaway sleeper. Loved every minute of our stay! Can't wait to return!

The house was very appealing to my eye, pretty colors, clean and airy. Plenty of room for 2 couples. We did not cook except for coffee, but everything we needed was available. The area was well kept and very quiet, a tropical retreat! The location was very convenient. Brian the property manager was very prompt answering any questions we had. I would recommend staying at Palms Away, but our only issues were.. it would have been nice to have a closet in the rear bedroom. But There was a dresser and plenty of hooks on the wall that sufficed. Also we would have enjoyed a little night swimming, but the pool closed at dusk. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Palms Away!

As you'll see in the ratings below, all the key factors--location, cleanliness and support were excellent. Brian is a gem--responsive and anticipating needs.
One suggestion for the owners--replace the chef's knife in the kitchen. The blade is badly damaged in the middle making it unusable. (Not a problem for me because I bring my own chef's knife to rental properties.)
Another suggestion--add grab bars for the tub.
A fine property. Would absolutely recommend this property (and Truman Co) to friends. Thanks for the excellent service.

My family (myself, wife, 20 year old daughter, 17 year old son) stayed at Palms Away this past week and we loved it. The location in Truman Annex is excellent and the property itself is in a very picturesque location. We had a great time just walking around Truman Annex! It was only 2 blocks from Duval Street - close enough to go check out the action but far enough away to feel secluded when back at the property. The property itself was well-maintained and nicely furnished. I will definitely come back here again if the opportunity arises.

This townhouse was a perfect spot as home base for our daughter’s wedding in Key West. Upon arrival, we had a snafu with a wedding floral shipment and the management company came to our rescue, even delivering the flowers to us after they were mistakenly delivered tho their office. Dan and the entire team were wonderful and patient.
Our family was able to stay together in one spot. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The best part is that we were located just off the pool, a bonus for the grandkids. We enjoyed mornings on the back porch with coffee. The local chicken flock kept us entertained. A fabulous Italian pizza place and a little French bakery were steps away from the front entrance. The location is perfect for sightseeing and Stock island was just far enough away from the madding crowd to keep things relaxing.
Beds were comfortable. Amenities plentiful. We would stay here again.

This place was amazing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a washer and dryer as well. The bathrooms are super roomy and a soaking tub in one of the bathrooms, which is really nice. I love the porches on the front and the back with the rocking chair was very relaxing. Utilize the girl one day while we were out of the pool it was really nice. I will stay here again and again and again.!

Super clean, well-stocked and very enjoyable stay. The king size bed in the upstairs master is so comfy. The location is super convenient and the outdoor balcony that led straight to the pool made access easy. We rented a golfcart from concierge provided and it was delivered to us. We also drove it straight to the airport and left it for pickup. Everything was awesome!!!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in Coral Cabana! Our family enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, swimming in the heated pool, grilling on the back porch, and rocking in the comfortable rocking chairs in the evenings, revisiting our daily adventures. Having the “On Demand” bus stop right outside the gate worked out beautifully for getting to all the places we wanted to go.

Our family of 7 had a great stay at this beautiful home. We loved that the home had everything to cook a meal and a grill. We enjoyed hanging out on the porches and being so close to the pool. Very well stoked home with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nice balcony and porches and the pool is just steps away. Location was goog for our fishing activity with the marina close by. A CVS and a few restuarants are within walking distance. Only thing that could have made the stay better is more comfortable pillows.

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Perfect 3 bedroom with plenty of space. Rental was well furnished and the amenities were great, including the pool. The gym was a little lacking but enough to get some exercise.

We had a GREAT TIME! The property is flawless! It was clean, stocked, roomy and ready. The pool area was wonderful and having a heated pool allowed you to enjoy it even on a cloudy evening before dinner. The location is quiet and nice. Cab fares from the door to Duval Street / Mallory Square ran about $ 20.00 each way and split with 4 was perfect.

#26 Coral Hammock is truly a bit of paradise. We were introduced to the area 5 years ago and began our own long-term rental in 2018 with 5 weeks in sunny Florida. We had such a relaxing time, we bumped it up to 8 weeks in 2019 and have increased that to 10 weeks in 2020. Needless to say, we love it there. The owners not only seek honest feedback, they deliver on it! The house has new beds and TVs. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home and if we need something, we just ask. No responsible request is denied. The owners and property manager are quick to do whatever they can to make your vacation enjoyable. Sitting on the back porch is like looking out at a Caribbean island. We love Coral Cabana! Five-stars!!

Super clean, well-stocked and very enjoyable stay. The king size bed in the upstairs master is so comfy. The location is super convenient and the outdoor balcony that led straight to the pool made access easy. We rented a golfcart from concierge provided and it was delivered to us. We also drove it straight to the airport and left it for pickup. Everything was awesome!!!

This townhouse was a perfect spot as home base for our daughter’s wedding in Key West. Upon arrival, we had a snafu with a wedding floral shipment and the management company came to our rescue, even delivering the flowers to us after they were mistakenly delivered tho their office. Dan and the entire team were wonderful and patient.
Our family was able to stay together in one spot. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The best part is that we were located just off the pool, a bonus for the grandkids. We enjoyed mornings on the back porch with coffee. The local chicken flock kept us entertained. A fabulous Italian pizza place and a little French bakery were steps away from the front entrance. The location is perfect for sightseeing and Stock island was just far enough away from the madding crowd to keep things relaxing.
Beds were comfortable. Amenities plentiful. We would stay here again.

This place was amazing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a washer and dryer as well. The bathrooms are super roomy and a soaking tub in one of the bathrooms, which is really nice. I love the porches on the front and the back with the rocking chair was very relaxing. Utilize the girl one day while we were out of the pool it was really nice. I will stay here again and again and again.!

We had a wonderful vacation staying in Coral Cabana! We thought the rental was wonderful!! You’ve really thought of everything we could possibly need. Overall, we had a great time. The only things I would suggest are updating the mattresses on the queen and king beds. They are super firm and both myself and mother in law had terrible back aches. I was able to loosen up with some stretches but she’s in her 70s and had to put on her back brace belt. The pillows as well could have been more comfortable and the pedestrian gate would not open with the code we were given. Also, the hand towel hoop in the upstairs master kept coming out of the wall. Otherwise, we had a fun and peaceful stay and would definitely return! Thank you!

Our family of 7 had a great stay at this beautiful home. We loved that the home had everything to cook a meal and a grill. We enjoyed hanging out on the porches and being so close to the pool. This home was only 5 miles from everything that we wanted to see in Key West. We will definitely be back soon!

Very well stoked home with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Nice balcony and porches and the pool is just steps away. Location was goog for our fishing activity with the marina close by. A CVS and a few restuarants are within walking distance. Only thing that could have made the stay better is more comfortable pillows.

We had a GREAT TIME! The property is flawless! It was clean, stocked, roomy and ready. The pool area was wonderful and having a heated pool allowed you to enjoy it even on a cloudy evening before dinner. The location is quiet and nice. Cab fares from the door to Duval Street / Mallory Square ran about $ 20.00 each way and split with 4 was perfect.

This was a fabulous place for our family vacation. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was well furnished, and evenings sitting on one of three porches were marvelous. The owners took great care in maintaining this lovely place. We definitely would stay here again.

Our unit was well furnished, roomy and pretty well equipped for a month long stay. It's very close to the pool and walking distance to a convenience store, a restaurant, deli, CVS and a great morning bakery. Easy access to Key West. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to kick back and relax in the Keys.

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a wonderful experience. Perfect 3 bedroom with plenty of space. Rental was well furnished and the amenities were great, including the pool. The gym was a little lacking but enough to get some exercise.

Brian was great and super responsive to all of our needs, very good communication.

We had a wonderful time in Key West. We stayed at Coral Cabana in Stone Island. The home we stayed in was very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. This property was just fine for 4 of us. Easy access to Duval and all the other things we did while there. The only complaint I would have was the pool was simply hot!

Property was nice and clean the pool was directly behind the townhouse which was nice. Everything you need for your stay was there and the starter kit of supplies was a real help. Property manager Brian was easy to get a hold of and helpful. Only thing was the concierge service was closed on the weekends so we had to find everything on our own

#26 Coral Hammock is truly a bit of paradise. We were introduced to the area 5 years ago and began our own long-term rental in 2018 with 5 weeks in sunny Florida. We had such a relaxing time, we bumped it up to 8 weeks in 2019 and have increased that to 10 weeks in 2020. Needless to say, we love it there. The owners not only seek honest feedback, they deliver on it! The house has new beds and TVs. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home and if we need something, we just ask. No responsible request is denied. The owners and property manager are quick to do whatever they can to make your vacation enjoyable. Sitting on the back porch is like looking out at a Caribbean island. We love Coral Cabana! Five-stars!!

This is a remarkably private location in this community. Pool is within a few steps from the back covered porch. The townhouse is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. Great patio space with covered front porch and two great patios off the master and guest bedrooms. Loved the townhouse and highly recommend to all.

Very convenient location to Key West and lower keys area. 5-8 minutes to downtown. Clean super clean. Very nice interior - well laid out. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. New appliances nice, functional kitchen. Nice wall mounted TVs in living and each bedroom. Few steps to the pool. Gated entry. Close to Roositca and Hogfish restaurants. We were 5 people so much, much better than hotel stay Property management top notch, very responsive communication.

This is not not a pet friendly home for weekly guests, however, monthly stays may bring a pet (a required $150 pet fee will be applied) that must be registered with the HOA prior to approval. We stayed here for a month, and just loved the location - 2 blocks to Duval St, 1 block to Lighthouse and Moondog Cafe (great food!), 2 blocks to Blue Heaven and Santiago's (again, great food), 3 blocks to Southernmost Point and the Butterfly Conservancy. Need CVS - just 3 blocks away. Location, location, location. We'd stay here again! Michelle and Dave

Enter this light and airy abode where you immediately discover a modern, galley-style kitchen that has everything a foodie could desire for turning out your favorite family feast. We stayed here for a month, and just loved the location - 2 blocks to Duval St, 1 block to Lighthouse and Moondog Cafe (great food!), 2 blocks to Blue Heaven and Santiago's (again, great food), 3 blocks to Southernmost Point and the Butterfly Conservancy. Need CVS - just 3 blocks away. Location, location, location. We'd stay here again! Michelle and Dave

We feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem that is just as special as its perfect name: Key Lime Cottage. It's beyond charming and literally in the ideal spot. With just a short walk to iconic restaurants like Moondog Cafe and Blue Heaven, we never cooked once! The wading pool was the perfect way to unwind, especially under the stars at night. The home is so adorable, loving, and cozy, we felt like we were at home. We cannot wait to return!!!

What a gem we found in Key Lime Cottage in lovely Key West. It's charming, spacious and couldn't be in a better spot. Not to sound cliché, but it's literally a 5-minute bike ride from any of the main attractions in KW. The wading pool was the perfect way to unwind at any point in the day or night. And one of my favorite things about the house itself was the accordion doors - such a cool and easy transition to open up the house and bring the beautiful Key West weather. We'll absolutely be back, already looking forward to it!

Key Lime Cottage was a 10/10! The newly remodeled house and kitchen was fully equipped and spotless! The kitchen has more than you can imagine, fully set up. Location was perfect walking distance to Duval street, The Southernmost Point, The Hemingway House, The Green Parrot, Blue Heaven and everything Key West has to offer. Key West is very walkable but If you get tired of walking there are plenty of bikes to ride and a pool to cool off in. Airport is only a 10 minute drive away. I am already planning my next trip to the Key Lime Cottage!

Our stay at Key Lime Cottage was a dream. It is decorated perfectly and had so many "extras" that made our stay comfortable and easy. Look no further, this is the house. The location is within walking distance of everything you need. We used the bikes provided to explore all of Key West. The patio and pool were perfect for downtime in between exploring. We mostly ate out, but the kitchen was well equipped to eat in as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

What a wonderful house to share with loved ones! It immediately felt like home to us. The owners have thought of every amenity for the house. The backyard is heaven from the wonderful sitting area to the dipping pool. The location is perfect- steps to Duval Street and Mallory Square. We will definitely be returning to Key Lime Cottage!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at Key Lime Cottage. The recent renovation is very nice, and the home was spotless. The property manager was immediately responsive to any questions. You can walk or bike to anything in Old Town. While the home is close to Duval, the neighborhood is quiet. Also, it is nice that the house has a dipping pool.
