We loved our stay at the Lone Palm Cottage. There was ample space for 6 people, giving privacy to other couples in the separate cottages. It's walking distance to everywhere in KW but still on a quiet street. We enjoyed the neighborhood cat that visited us every day and left cat treats for the next guests, hoping they were cat lovers as well. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Our only disappointment was being given only 7 days into our stay to book the house for next year (we got the email 3 days into our stay). We felt that it was too early at the time to make that commitment and wished that we were given at least to the middle of the month or even the last week of our stay to book again. We were sad to see it already booked by mid month of our stay. Hoping we can find a place just as nice next time.

This cottage was small but very comfortable. From the outdoors to well appointed bedrooms and kitchen. The days by the private pool were delightful as we knew it was very windy on beach. Santiago and nine one five were two favorite resturants. Bicycles were a plus but walked easily as well.

In general, we enjoyed our stay at this property (our 4th monthly rental in KW). Pluses: (1) property management - Whitney was very responsive; (2) location - we like this area of KW; (3) bikes (although they need lights for riding at night); (4) great back deck with vegetation and shaded places to relax. Not so good: (1) for half our stay the pool was too dirty to use; (2) limited, not-so-comfortable seating in the living/kitchen area; (3) appliances are old and there is no kitchen vent over the stove.

The property lived up to it’s online description and then some. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, and very nice well equipped. Having two bikes included was a much appreciated added feature. The house is small but perfect for two people, great location in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you needed and beds were comfortable. Having the bikes was an extra bonus. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

My family and I spent a month in Hemingway’s Hideout and enjoyed our time in Key West. The home was cute but there are things that need attention for the amount of money they are charging for the stay. It really is the little things- there is a substantial gap between the front door and the door frame, and plenty of critters were able to get in. The first bedroom’s closet looks like the door fell off and they hung a cheap curtain. The furniture is old and mismatched (not in a good way). The beds are comfortable but the second bedroom is small and the configuration of the furniture makes it’s hard to use the dresser. The mirrors in the bathrooms were hung upside down. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you can need but the shared space is really suitable for three people tops. The deck and awning outside appear to be brand new and are lovely as is the pool, but there is quite a significant amount of algae/ mold in the corners of the pool (even with it being serviced each week) and there is a bunch of trash around and under the deck. We were there during a storm and the window in the second bedroom leaked significantly. I will say there is a grill and the use of two bikes that we didn’t know about before arriving and were nice additions to our time there. Again, there are no game changers. It was all fine and we were able to use the space but the details are completely overlooked and when you are spending 7k for a month, it matters. The management company is very nice and responsive!

The home's furniture is in good condition and appears just as marketed in the description and photos on the listing. We are unaware of the trash you mentioned as the entire underside of the home was previously cleaned prior to your visit. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly as you mentioned and bikes are marketed with the home and mentioned in the guest manual. We appreciate your feedback and hope your stay was otherwise very enjoyable!

This house is beautiful. It is absolutely charming inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet, but a quick walk to everything. The backyard is absolutely spectacular. The moment we walked in the door on our first day we all had the same reaction - it's even better than the pictures. It truly came to feel like home and we were so, so sad to leave it. I would go back in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who's looking to stay in - and fall in love with - Key West.

Things not to miss: El Siboney cuban food right around the corner. A walk up and down Duval street. Take the (provided free of charge!) bicycles down to Mallory Square and hit Simonton pier to watch the sunset.

Sit on the porch with your coffee or take in sunrise over the pool and palm trees in the backyard.

The only thing I wouldn't recommend is leaving!

This was the perfect place for our 3-month stay. They thought of everything that you would need (except the first-aid kit). We absolutely loved it. In our short-long stay it became part of us. The property lived up to it’s online description and then some. Very comfortable, nicely furnished, and very nice well equipped. Having two bikes included was a much appreciated added feature. The rental agency’s customer service was five star outstanding. Whitney, our manager, responded to every question or concern we had immediately, and made sure it was resolved. From end to start it was a pleasure to work with this company.
The house is small but perfect for two people, great location in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you needed and beds were comfortable. Having the bikes was an extra bonus. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

My family and I spent a month in Hemingway’s Hideout and enjoyed our time in Key West. The home was cute but there are things that need attention for the amount of money they are charging for the stay. It really is the little things- there is a substantial gap between the front door and the door frame, and plenty of critters were able to get in. The first bedroom’s closet looks like the door fell off and they hung a cheap curtain. The furniture is old and mismatched (not in a good way). The beds are comfortable but the second bedroom is small and the configuration of the furniture makes it’s hard to use the dresser. The mirrors in the bathrooms were hung upside down. The kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you can need but the shared space is really suitable for three people tops. The deck and awning outside appear to be brand new and are lovely as is the pool, but there is quite a significant amount of algae/ mold in the corners of the pool (even with it being serviced each week) and there is a bunch of trash around and under the deck. We were there during a storm and the window in the second bedroom leaked significantly. I will say there is a grill and the use of two bikes that we didn’t know about before arriving and were nice additions to our time there. Again, there are no game changers. It was all fine and we were able to use the space but the details are completely overlooked and when you are spending 7k for a month, it matters. The management company is very nice and responsive!

This house is beautiful. It is absolutely charming inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet, but a quick walk to everything. The backyard is absolutely spectacular. The moment we walked in the door on our first day we all had the same reaction - it's even better than the pictures. It truly came to feel like home and we were so, so sad to leave it. I would go back in a heartbeat and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who's looking to stay in - and fall in love with - Key West.

Things not to miss: El Siboney cuban food right around the corner. A walk up and down Duval street. Take the (provided free of charge!) bicycles down to Mallory Square and hit Simonton pier to watch the sunset.

Sit on the porch with your coffee or take in sunrise over the pool and palm trees in the backyard.

The only thing I wouldn't recommend is leaving!

This was the perfect place for our 3-month stay. They thought of everything that you would need (except the first-aid kit). We absolutely loved it. In our short-long stay it became part of us. The heated pool was fabulous and the location was nice (away from the hustle bustle of Duval Street, but close enough to walk and bike). We just booked for a third year. The house is very clean and bright. The pool is a nice size for key west. Everything works! Great location with a 1/2 Mike walk to the pier. We went through torrential rains and there were a few problems all over key west. Whitney was on top of it. She is a terrific manager.

The property was very comfortable to stay in. We had the house for a month and had different groups of people in and out during our stay. We like the location away from all of the people that crowd the Duval Street area. Nice and close to the White Street Pier and the Sunday Artisan Market. An easy bike ride or golf cart ride anywhere (we did both!) and our 20+ year old kids had no problem walking where they wanted to go. Enough parking for 2 vehicles, but it would have been nice to have a bike rack in the parking area to lock bikes to. Entire property was clean and well kept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has to share a bathroom that would be through one of the other bedrooms, but easy enough to work around. Comfortably sleeps eight adults, ten if two couples don't mind sharing the converted attic space with the 2 double beds. All of the bathrooms were very nice and we liked the outside access to the first floor bathroom from the pool. The pool itself is very large by Key West standards and it is heated. We were able to enjoy it every day in November! Even though the house is on a busier street, noise was not an issue. Had a couple of small issues (kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off completely, smoke detector with a dying battery) that were addressed immediately. Very good communication from the property manager Shana. We would rent again if we were coming with a large group.

We had a wonderful stay- any minor situation that could come up shana took care of instantly- the home was beyond clean and they left plenty of cleaning supplies plus the ones I brought to keep up with the cleaning.
We would have loved the option to rent again next October- we are sad to see we aren’t going to be able to build the home relationship with this property and are on the search for another property.

We come every year and if you’re interested in this home it’s fantastic! They are doing so many things to this home and you can tell they are invested in it- I love my little neighbor next door- Mr. Richard- he’s a super sweet man- be courteous to the locals who have lived there thru all the owners of these rental homes- take him a plate every now and again-
Really find a happy place here;) it’s nice and quiet which we love- take your party to duval and leave it there!
Nice park near by- same with the ice cream shop!! Definitely walk to sandy for a nice bite;) delicious ��

The property was very comfortable to stay in. We had the house for a month and had different groups of people in and out during our stay. We like the location away from all of the people that crowd the Duval Street area. Nice and close to the White Street Pier and the Sunday Artisan Market. An easy bike ride or golf cart ride anywhere (we did both!) and our 20+ year old kids had no problem walking where they wanted to go. Enough parking for 2 vehicles, but it would have been nice to have a bike rack in the parking area to lock bikes to. Entire property was clean and well kept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has to share a bathroom that would be through one of the other bedrooms, but easy enough to work around. Comfortably sleeps eight adults, ten if two couples don't mind sharing the converted attic space with the 2 double beds. All of the bathrooms were very nice and we liked the outside access to the first floor bathroom from the pool. The pool itself is very large by Key West standards and it is heated. We were able to enjoy it every day in November! Even though the house is on a busier street, noise was not an issue. Had a couple of small issues (kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off completely, smoke detector with a dying battery) that were addressed immediately. Very good communication from the property manager Shana. We would rent again if we were coming with a large group.

We had a wonderful stay- any minor situation that could come up shana took care of instantly- the home was beyond clean and they left plenty of cleaning supplies plus the ones I brought to keep up with the cleaning.
We would have loved the option to rent again next October- we are sad to see we aren’t going to be able to build the home relationship with this property and are on the search for another property.

We come every year and if you’re interested in this home it’s fantastic! They are doing so many things to this home and you can tell they are invested in it- I love my little neighbor next door- Mr. Richard- he’s a super sweet man- be courteous to the locals who have lived there thru all the owners of these rental homes- take him a plate every now and again-
Really find a happy place here;) it’s nice and quiet which we love- take your party to duval and leave it there!
Nice park near by- same with the ice cream shop!! Definitely walk to sandy for a nice bite;) delicious
We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you so so much.

Great little cottage on the water on Stock Island. Very convenient. Love the dock on the water and hot tub. My only criticism is the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils, cokking spray, etc. Overall, a great place and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time! The location wasn’t too far from Key West and we biked pretty much every day down to KW! The airbnb did smell of smoke when we got in but after a while it was perfectly fine! The host and concierge service was very helpful! Thanks again!

It was a family trip, 3 persons plus dog. Everything was as described on the website, location, amenities etc. The only problem we had was lack of dog-friendly walking area, not too much places with the grass nearby. There is a TV with plenty of channels for rainy days, fully equipped kitchen and excellent view outside - we even saw manatee swimming by! It is a very good starting point for trips to Key West Old Town, restaurants, bars, beach and for other activities.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Key West where if our dog barked while we were away, it wouldn’t bother anyone. That means we can’t have shared walls, which was difficult to find in our price range. But we found this super cute, clean and well kept-up home that was perfect for just the two of us and our pet. It had everything we needed and was a short drive away from attractions- if we’d rented a golf cart or mopeds, that would have gotten us there too. The only thing that was not great was the immediate surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants very close. We did not use the grill or hot tub so I can't speak to that. Sitting out on the dock in the evenings was the perfect end for busy days enjoying Key West. Very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Management was extremely helpful and answered all our question in a very timely manner. Gave us great advice to enjoy the area too.

The property was a great place to stay for us, with a younger child it was far enough away from the party nightlife but close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was a small mold issue in the bathroom, otherwise the house was very clean and everything was fantastic.

Cute little manufacture home on the water with nice views. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and full stocked kitchen. Was great to have a porch with chairs. Did not have a screened on sliding door which would have been a plus. We had such beautiful weather and enjoyed having windows open and door for wonderful breeze. You will hear planes taking off and landing morning and evening but not during the night. Couch not very comfortable and not same one that was pictured in rental pictures.

My wife and I booked this location for our 5th year anniversary. Before we unloaded our bags from the car we went inside to check it out and immediately and almost in union we both said “we are definitely staying here again!” Again that was before unloading the car-our stay was great. Quite comfortable and the perfect size for the two of us! The hot tub was amazing and yes...it WAS a hot tub-104 degrees being the lowest it hit it was fantastic. Huge mangrove snapper and barracuda right from the dock, shrimp and lobster visible at night, awesome iguanas all around-it was a mini paradise! We cannot wait for our next stay! At such a place of stay my wife and I love to cook-kitchen had the necessities, the grill worked perfect and the land shark dining table almost went home with me ��! There were a few things like large salad bowls or certain utensils and better knives we would have liked to see when we used the kitchen and some room darkening shades couldn’t hurt but anything like that was simply a First World problem-everything provided was enough to get by for sure! Seriously an 11/10-i actually was hesitant giving it such a great rating since we wanted to be selfish and keep the place for ourselves! Going to party in KW? It’s moments away...want to go up and get some awesome drinks from Islamorada? The distance is a breeze! It was an amazing experience all around!

The unit was newly renovated, but the living room A-C had a very funky odor, and there was no place to park a boat trailer (which we found out when we arrived). The listing states boat dockage, but doesn't detail that prior arrangements should be made to store trailer.

Great little cottage on the water on Stock Island. Very convenient. Love the dock on the water and hot tub. My only criticism is the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils, cokking spray, etc. Overall, a great place and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time! The location wasn’t too far from Key West and we biked pretty much every day down to KW! The airbnb did smell of smoke when we got in but after a while it was perfectly fine! The host and concierge service was very helpful! Thanks again!

It was a family trip, 3 persons plus dog. Everything was as described on the website, location, amenities etc. The only problem we had was lack of dog-friendly walking area, not too much places with the grass nearby. There is a TV with plenty of channels for rainy days, fully equipped kitchen and excellent view outside - we even saw manatee swimming by! It is a very good starting point for trips to Key West Old Town, restaurants, bars, beach and for other activities.

We were looking for somewhere to stay in Key West where if our dog barked while we were away, it wouldn’t bother anyone. That means we can’t have shared walls, which was difficult to find in our price range. But we found this super cute, clean and well kept-up home that was perfect for just the two of us and our pet. It had everything we needed and was a short drive away from attractions- if we’d rented a golf cart or mopeds, that would have gotten us there too. The only thing that was not great was the immediate surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants very close. We did not use the grill or hot tub so I can't speak to that. Sitting out on the dock in the evenings was the perfect end for busy days enjoying Key West. Very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Management was extremely helpful and answered all our question in a very timely manner. Gave us great advice to enjoy the area too.

Cute little manufacture home on the water with nice views. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed and full stocked kitchen. Was great to have a porch with chairs. Did not have a screened on sliding door which would have been a plus. We had such beautiful weather and enjoyed having windows open and door for wonderful breeze. You will hear planes taking off and landing morning and evening but not during the night. Couch not very comfortable and not same one that was pictured in rental pictures.

The property was a great place to stay for us, with a younger child it was far enough away from the party nightlife but close enough to everything we wanted to do. There was a small mold issue in the bathroom, otherwise the house was very clean and everything was fantastic.

My wife and I booked this location for our 5th year anniversary. Before we unloaded our bags from the car we went inside to check it out and immediately and almost in union we both said “we are definitely staying here again!” Again that was before unloading the car-our stay was great. Quite comfortable and the perfect size for the two of us! The hot tub was amazing and yes...it WAS a hot tub-104 degrees being the lowest it hit it was fantastic. Huge mangrove snapper and barracuda right from the dock, shrimp and lobster visible at night, awesome iguanas all around-it was a mini paradise! We cannot wait for our next stay! At such a place of stay my wife and I love to cook-kitchen had the necessities, the grill worked perfect and the land shark dining table almost went home with me ! There were a few things like large salad bowls or certain utensils and better knives we would have liked to see when we used the kitchen and some room darkening shades couldn’t hurt but anything like that was simply a First World problem-everything provided was enough to get by for sure! Seriously an 11/10-i actually was hesitant giving it such a great rating since we wanted to be selfish and keep the place for ourselves! Going to party in KW? It’s moments away...want to go up and get some awesome drinks from Islamorada? The distance is a breeze! It was an amazing experience all around!

The house was great, clean and decorated nicely. Close to downtown Key West and all the keys have to offer. The only negative was lack of a way to sleep in past sunrise due to window covering in bedroom. We would suggest an optional blind or something to allow guests to sleep past 6AM while on vacation.

The unit was newly renovated, but the living room A-C had a very funky odor, and there was no place to park a boat trailer (which we found out when we arrived). The listing states boat dockage, but doesn't detail that prior arrangements should be made to store trailer.

The stay was nice the home was great, only thing is it would've been nice to have some cleaning rags supplies for cleaning and maybe a broom. With going in and out multiple times a day floors get pretty dirty and i had no way to clean them.

Awesome home in a gated community. Has a good view over the bay sadly loaded with trash from sunken and derelict vessels. Dock for the boat has a huge amount of room for improvementbut is useable the channel coming in is roughly marked and difficult your first time navigating 2-3 ft deep on a normal low tide. Home was very clean smelled nice and supplied with decent cookware. Only complaint I would have for my stay was the hot tub was left very dirty sand and rocks inside bottle caps in the cup holders and also too low on water to use jets on high. We did clean it best we could to be able to use.

This little gem was such a great option for our family! It is quiet and off the bustle of DuVal. The water view is beautiful and the hot tub was a nice touch. My son has already requested to come back to this rental for his birthday in the summer!

This unit was on a small ocean-side cove and it was delightful!! We were able to bring our dog, which for us, a huge amenity. Lots of stairs, but once you’re up, the view from the balcony looking out over the ocean is sublime. And there is also a lower patio with a thatched umbrella and table, a grill, and lounge chairs. Clean, comfortable, and a very communicative host... what could be better! Neighborhood not great, but this was gated and so private that it doesn’t matter. We have been in Key West a lot, and this was a great base for wandering as well. We will definitely be back. LOVED IT!!!

Property was clean, beds comfortable. It is upstairs so know that. Parking is kinda tight but doable. Hot tub was enjoyable, clean. Bikes, grill on the property. Close walk to Luna’s Cuban food truck, great for coffee in the morning. Close walk to Hogfish Grill-good food, good service.

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in this rental. It is as described, very clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the water is spectacular! It should be noted that while there is a private dock, the water is not suited for swimming. I wish I had brought my kayak or paddleboard. The neighborhood is definitely not fancy, mostly mobile homes, RVs or warehouses or industrial buildings. I did not feel safe walking after dark, even to the CVS nearby. It should also be mentioned that there is a naval air station on the next island and the noise from the planes used for training was deafening. Overall, I would recommend this rental with some reservation.

My husband, 3-year old son, and I stayed here for a Key West vacation and the property was perfect for our needs. Great location in Stock Island that was close to everything Key West has to offer but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (pots and pans, plates, etc.) The view can't be beat and the hot tub was a cozy space to enjoy the evenings. Great communication with the property manager, too. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

The stay was nice the home was great, only thing is it would've been nice to have some cleaning rags supplies for cleaning and maybe a broom. With going in and out multiple times a day floors get pretty dirty and i had no way to clean them.

Our family stayed here over Christmas and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was clean and well taken care of! The view was amazing from the deck and dock area. And our family enjoyed the hot tub, as well! The property management wad very communicative before and during our stay, making everything easy. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to be close to Key West sightseeing spots and on the water.

Awesome home in a gated community. Has a good view over the bay sadly loaded with trash from sunken and derelict vessels. Dock for the boat has a huge amount of room for improvementbut is useable the channel coming in is roughly marked and difficult your first time navigating 2-3 ft deep on a normal low tide. Home was very clean smelled nice and supplied with decent cookware. Only complaint I would have for my stay was the hot tub was left very dirty sand and rocks inside bottle caps in the cup holders and also too low on water to use jets on high. We did clean it best we could to be able to use.

This unit was on a small ocean-side cove and it was delightful!! We were able to bring our dog, which for us, a huge amenity. Lots of stairs, but once you’re up, the view from the balcony looking out over the ocean is sublime. And there is also a lower patio with a thatched umbrella and table, a grill, and lounge chairs. Clean, comfortable, and a very communicative host... what could be better! Neighborhood not great, but this was gated and so private that it doesn’t matter. We have been in Key West a lot, and this was a great base for wandering as well. We will definitely be back. LOVED IT!!!

Property was clean, beds comfortable. It is upstairs so know that. Parking is kinda tight but doable. Hot tub was enjoyable, clean. Bikes, grill on the property. Close walk to Luna’s Cuban food truck, great for coffee in the morning. Close walk to Hogfish Grill-good food, good service.

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in this rental. It is as described, very clean and tastefully decorated. The view of the water is spectacular! It should be noted that while there is a private dock, the water is not suited for swimming. I wish I had brought my kayak or paddleboard. The neighborhood is definitely not fancy, mostly mobile homes, RVs or warehouses or industrial buildings. I did not feel safe walking after dark, even to the CVS nearby. It should also be mentioned that there is a naval air station on the next island and the noise from the planes used for training was deafening. Overall, I would recommend this rental with some reservation.

My husband, 3-year old son, and I stayed here for a Key West vacation and the property was perfect for our needs. Great location in Stock Island that was close to everything Key West has to offer but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property was clean and well stocked with kitchen items (pots and pans, plates, etc.) The view can't be beat and the hot tub was a cozy space to enjoy the evenings. Great communication with the property manager, too. We can't wait to come back and stay again!

This was a great place for our group and dog to stay. The yard area was nice a fenced in for a dog to hang out in and the dock area with the chairs was a great place to catch some sun. The property was well maintained and clean upon check in. It is close enough to downtown key west to enjoy, but not in the center of the craziness. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as pictured. The location and view were awesome. We enjoyed the dock at the beginning and end of each day. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms were clean! Our only comments were the kitchen did not have lots of baking dishes or starter supplies. The parking security light shines directly into both bedrooms(we prefer a dark room at night). Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property! The location worked out perfect for us as it was close to our son and family which was the reason for our visit. Easy enough drive into Duval for that scene but we spent alot of time on the dock watching the wildlife; birds, iguanas, fish, crabs and even an octopus! We even snorkeled right around the house. Management was very easy to communicate with an
d responsive...the Keurig was broken on our first morning and the immediately brought us a new coffee maker. We also felt great that this is in a gated neighborhood.

Spent five nights here and would definitely stay again. Although we didn't spend much time at the unit because we were here to visit family, I have only positive things to say. From the beginning, the property manager always responded in an incredibly quick manner to all my questions. The unit was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and linens including beach towels. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and detergent and fabric softner sheets were provided. We came at a very hot time of year, so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the outdoor area, but would like to return sometime when the temperature is better.

It’s a code gate entry to your single reserved parking space right outside the gate to your private fenced shaded and landscaped yard. You then enter a tropical oasis - right on the water with a bulkhead and deck for your boat. There are huge mangrove trees shading the whole waterfront deck area. We brought our 21 foot CC and kept it right in front of our place - super convenient to load and unload each day. It was safe each night and well lit and private as the deck and slip is literally right in front of the unit. Loved the accent lights at night, propane grill for cooking our daily catch, hot tub and plentiful seating outside. The unit itself is a true 2/2, on stilts, with a ton of space, clean, renovated, and well stocked. Managed well. No elevator but it’s just one flight of stairs up. . Only minutes from Duvall / downtown. We walked and jogged the area and although not upscale we felt safe in the area. We loved our stay and plan to return. We spent nearly every night on the deck grilling out or sitting in the hot tub or dining. Each day, we took our boat downtown to drop shoppers, and to several area restaurants by boat, visited the lighthouse and fished offshore. Note: getting in and out of the slip and harbor area is challenging as it’s super shallow and it took a day or two to get the deepest path in and out - It’s really shallow between the slip and the channel. We paid a local marina to store our trailer. There is a public launch nearby.

If you are interested in fishing like we are then this spot is amazing because you can in the backyard! We caught fish and a shark! The whole backyard is sooo nice and meant to entertain plus, there is a spot to cut up your fish. We didn’t use the hottub but it’s there! The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook with tons of plates and cups including martini and wine glasses. The master room has plenty of storage to hang clothes or put them in draws and still tuck your suitcases away. The master bath is very large with even more storage space with a nice shower! We took advantage of cleaning our clothes with the washer and dryer and used the beach towels they provided too!! We ubered to Duval which is only 10-15min away. Street parking for the other people staying with us was never an issue either. The property manager was always prompt to respond to messages and quick to fix one issue we had when we arrived. Last thing is we loved how much space outside had because it’s on stilts so all our fishing gear could stay outside and covered under the stairs and your whole home is gated off! We totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It was great again. I have never chosen to stay in any location twice, I just can't resist its charm. The management makes this very smooth, the concierge service provided is a great help. If I had my choice would stay here verse a hotel, hands down.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. Our Property Manager was very responsive and great to work with. The back porch and hot tub is where we spent most of our time. The sunrise was gorgeous. About a 15-20 min ride to Duval Street but Uber was always available. Overall, we had a great stay and plan to visit again!

We were so impressed with the vacation rental. It was clean, roomy, close to Key West, and right on the water! The property manager and concierge were very helpful and attentive. Parking convenient, bed comfortable, WiFi great! This is definitely on our list to return to.

Your soul has been yearning for the peace and beauty of island living that this ideal spot in paradise offers you. This 2 bedroom home has all the comforts you could possibly desire while being nestled in the small manufactured home community called "Bone Island". You are only a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and famous Duval Street, yet seconds to local restaurant favorites such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Enjoy a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES: This stilted home is a rare find with all the important amenities you'll need to relax under sultry tropical stars and enjoy all the creature comforts indoors. After a fun day in Key West, exhale and unwind at this perfect retreat. Settle down on your clean and cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite movies (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… The primary suite features a plush king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for 2. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations. OUTDOOR LIVING… Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish right off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents. **Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay! ***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths. PARKING... There is one private parking spot included with your stay. This was a great place for our group and dog to stay. The yard area was nice a fenced in for a dog to hang out in and the dock area with the chairs was a great place to catch some sun. The property was well maintained and clean upon check in. It is close enough to downtown key west to enjoy, but not in the center of the craziness. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly as pictured. The location and view were awesome. We enjoyed the dock at the beginning and end of each day. There were plenty of towels and bathrooms were clean! Our only comments were the kitchen did not have lots of baking dishes or starter supplies. The parking security light shines directly into both bedrooms(we prefer a dark room at night). Would definitely stay here again.

It was unusually cold and we were disappointed. Key West was 'Just Okay'. Great for Fishing and Drinking; very expensive. Good to see once.

This property was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We did a lot of fishing at the property and soaking up the sun on the back deck. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The property management company was great to deal with. I could contact them and someone would respond. We absolutely loved this property! The location worked out perfect for us as it was close to our son and family which was the reason for our visit. Easy enough drive into Duval for that scene but we spent alot of time on the dock watching the wildlife; birds, iguanas, fish, crabs and even an octopus! We even snorkeled right around the house. Management was very easy to communicate with an
d responsive...the Keurig was broken on our first morning and the immediately brought us a new coffee maker. We also felt great that this is in a gated neighborhood.
We are already talking of returning and staying at this same location.

Spent five nights here and would definitely stay again. Although we didn't spend much time at the unit because we were here to visit family, I have only positive things to say. From the beginning, the property manager always responded in an incredibly quick manner to all my questions. The unit was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and linens including beach towels. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and detergent and fabric softner sheets were provided. We came at a very hot time of year, so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the outdoor area, but would like to return sometime when the temperature is better.

It’s a code gate entry to your single reserved parking space right outside the gate to your private fenced shaded and landscaped yard. You then enter a tropical oasis - right on the water with a bulkhead and deck for your boat. There are huge mangrove trees shading the whole waterfront deck area. We brought our 21 foot CC and kept it right in front of our place - super convenient to load and unload each day. It was safe each night and well lit and private as the deck and slip is literally right in front of the unit. Loved the accent lights at night, propane grill for cooking our daily catch, hot tub and plentiful seating outside. The unit itself is a true 2/2, on stilts, with a ton of space, clean, renovated, and well stocked. Managed well. No elevator but it’s just one flight of stairs up. . Only minutes from Duvall / downtown. We walked and jogged the area and although not upscale we felt safe in the area. We loved our stay and plan to return. We spent nearly every night on the deck grilling out or sitting in the hot tub or dining. Each day, we took our boat downtown to drop shoppers, and to several area restaurants by boat, visited the lighthouse and fished offshore. Note: getting in and out of the slip and harbor area is challenging as it’s super shallow and it took a day or two to get the deepest path in and out - It’s really shallow between the slip and the channel. We paid a local marina to store our trailer. There is a public launch nearby.

We stayed at this location with friends. It was the perfect size for 2 couples and the first thing we noticed was how clean it was. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck by the water.

If you are interested in fishing like we are then this spot is amazing because you can in the backyard! We caught fish and a shark! The whole backyard is sooo nice and meant to entertain plus, there is a spot to cut up your fish. We didn’t use the hottub but it’s there! The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook with tons of plates and cups including martini and wine glasses. The master room has plenty of storage to hang clothes or put them in draws and still tuck your suitcases away. The master bath is very large with even more storage space with a nice shower! We took advantage of cleaning our clothes with the washer and dryer and used the beach towels they provided too!! We ubered to Duval which is only 10-15min away. Street parking for the other people staying with us was never an issue either. The property manager was always prompt to respond to messages and quick to fix one issue we had when we arrived. Last thing is we loved how much space outside had because it’s on stilts so all our fishing gear could stay outside and covered under the stairs and your whole home is gated off! We totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It was great again. I have never chosen to stay in any location twice, I just can't resist its charm. The management makes this very smooth, the concierge service provided is a great help. If I had my choice would stay here verse a hotel, hands down.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The rental was very clean and nicely decorated. Our Property Manager was very responsive and great to work with. The back porch and hot tub is where we spent most of our time. The sunrise was gorgeous. About a 15-20 min ride to Duval Street but Uber was always available. Overall, we had a great stay and plan to visit again!

Everything was just excellent. House was large, clean, very well equipped, good location. It was perfect for our large group. Property manager was very nice and communication was great. Would definitely rent again.

Your backyard oasis is the hallmark of this home away from home, resplendent with a glorious heated pool, outdoor shower and a wide porch that's ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails. PARKING... There is off street parking for multiple vehicles at this home. PETS... This is not a pet friendly home. BOOKING DATES... This home is offered only as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s). CONCIERGE SERVICES...
