This house is a perfect spot to spend a month in Key West! We did NOT want to leave.... Easily walkable to Duvall and all surrounding areas. Porch and Pool are perfect escape from mid afternoon heat before heading out to happy hour. Office space was an exactly what we needed to get some remote work done. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was clean and well decorated. Property managers were a breeze to deal with. Definitely hope to stay in this house again.

This was the 2d year we rented The Seashell for the month of April. The house is perfect for a small group or family. Its location is perfect and within easy walking distance of all that makes Key West special. More importantly to me, however, is and was the attention to detail and responsiveness of the property manager, Shana Yoest. She is always available to answer a question, attend to a problem or simply offer suggestions, if asked. Truman and Company could not have a better representative of excellent customer service!

We have rented 3x in Key West over the years: 3/2020, 3/2022, and Sept. 2024. This was our favorite rental thus far. Let me first speak about the flexibility and great customer service of the listing company, Best of Key West. They handled our scheduling needs graciously when we needed change the date of our rental and to another listing a few months before our scheduled rental. Also, thank you Shana for being a great property manager.
The house, The Seashell, was spectacular and obviously well cared for by the owners. A highlight is the location, which is in Old town, within a few blocks from the Seaport (2 min walk to Schooner's Wharf) and a 6 minute walk to Duval. Central to everything. The pictures of the house don't do the property justice..... comfortable beds, big glass doors off the family room and porch over looking the amazing pool, fenced in yard WITH DRIVEWAY with a sliding gate for security and privacy. I can go on and on about this quaint, clean, and comfortable location at 311 William Street. We will certainly be back!

We have visited Key West several years every August, but this is the first time we did a monthly rental and also our first time staying in Old Town. We have worked with Truman and Company every year, and their immediate communication and attention to positive guest experience is unrivaled. We had one issue with a faulty appliance, and Shana (the property manager) had a new one delivered the very next day! As for the home, the Seashell provided the quintessential Key West experience--all the charm of an older home with modern decor and conveniences. While we loved everything about our stay, our favorite area was the back porch and pool--especially at night. It was so private, and the perfectly placed lighting in the surrounding foliage created a lovely oasis after a hot day in the sun. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely wonderful home in an excellent location: quiet street 3 blocks from Duval & 1.5 blocks from the marina area. The large outside area with a relatively large heated pool area was beautiful, couldn’t have been better. Pictures provide an accurate portrayal of the home. The 3 en suite bedrooms were a plus. Already rented for 2022

Our second stay at this property. Great location in the northern marina area. 3 blocks from Duval and 1 block from the marina. 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Best backyard with beautiful pool and large porch. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We absolutely loved this property. The two things I would like to suggest is for such a beautiful/expensive property there should be better lounge chairs. The ones there are cheap and on has legs that bend when you sit in it. One of our previous rentals had wonderful chairs with rubber/waterproof pads that can also be used in the pool. Also, there should be an empty cabinet for food. No one could possible use all of the dishes/pans etc that fill the cabinets.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The back yard is amazing--very lush. The pool was the perfect size for our 4 children (very large by Key West standards). Can't beat the location. Walk to everything on the North end of Key West.

The home was fantastic. An authentic Key West home. Enjoyed the privacy of the back porch and lounging in the pool in the afternoon. The moment we arrived at The Seashell we felt completely at home and at ease. Every detail was organized from the beautiful furnishings, layout and art to the chefs kitchen with a full range of cookware and utensils and tableware. Our family of five fit perfectly in this beautiful home.

The landscaped gardens and lovely heated pool were a true escape. As many things as there are to do in Key West, we enjoyed many peaceful hours reading (and napping) by the pool.

The location in Old Town was perfect, very quiet but central. We loved Eaton Street Seafood down the street for great stone crab as well as the Half Shell for oysters at the Marina and the Market Bakery for amazing pastries.

The property was meticulously maintained. Shana the property manager was always extremely responsive and made our stay a pleasure. We look forward to returning soon.

The Seashell is the classic Old Town Key West home. Perfect setting for your dream island vacation. Located in Old Town and just steps away from the Historic Seaport.  You are in walking distance to some of Key West's best restaurants and boating adventures. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE AMENITIES... This beautifully landscaped home with gracious sitting porch awaits you and your family. Newly renovated master king bedroom and bath are located on the main floor as well as a queen guest room with bath. A spacious great room that flows to the porches, pool and great outdoor space allows for family gatherings and hours of entertaining.  Updated kitchen looks over Sawyer Lane and opens to the pool area for easy outdoor dining.  Lovely Dade County Pine floors throughout and plenty of natural Key West sunshine from the many windows and doors. The second floor has a bonus room featuring a king, bath, office and rooftop sun deck. PARKING... There is parking for up to two vehicles in gated driveway. PETS... The Seashell Spectacular is a beautifully landscaped property located in near everything! Located in Old Town, just steps to the Historic Seaport area and a couple of blocks to Duval! The home is beautifully furnished and our family truly enjoyed the month of June. We work remote so having the large office upstairs was great! We definitely plan on renting this amazing home again!

The ones there are cheap and on has legs that bend when you sit in it. One of our previous rentals had wonderful chairs with rubber/waterproof pads that can also be used in the pool. Also, there should be an empty cabinet for food. No one could possible use all of the dishes/pans etc that fill the cabinets.

Our second stay at this property. Great location in the northern marina area. 3 blocks from Duval and 1 block from the marina. 3 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Best backyard with beautiful pool and large porch. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful home in an excellent location: quiet street 3 blocks from Duval & 1.5 blocks from the marina area. The large outside area with a relatively large heated pool area was beautiful, couldn’t have been better. Pictures provide an accurate portrayal of the home. The 3 en suite bedrooms were a plus. The home was fantastic. An authentic Key West home. Enjoyed the privacy of the back porch and lounging in the pool in the afternoon. The location is perfect for walking to all the bars, restaurants, entertainment, and the grocery store. When we had questions, Shana was responsive and took care of our issues. The moment we arrived at The Seashell we felt completely at home and at ease. Every detail was organized from the beautiful furnishings, layout and art to the chefs kitchen with a full range of cookware and utensils and tableware. Our family of five fit perfectly in this beautiful home.

The landscaped gardens and lovely heated pool were a true escape. As many things as there are to do in Key West, we enjoyed many peaceful hours reading (and napping) by the pool.

The location in Old Town was perfect, very quiet but central. We loved Eaton Street Seafood down the street for great stone crab as well as the Half Shell for oysters at the Marina and the Market Bakery for amazing pastries.

The property was meticulously maintained. Shana the property manager was always extremely responsive and made our stay a pleasure. We look forward to returning soon.

This vacation rental was awesome! Two blocks from the Marina where we kept our boat and walking distance to all the wonderful places in Key West. The house was very clean and the manager was amazing. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. The back yard is amazing--very lush. The pool was the perfect size for our 4 children (very large by Key West standards). Can't beat the location. Walk to everything on the North end of Key West.

We had a great time staying in Truman Annex and The Pelican Pearl. We were a short walk from everything, the location worked great for us. The community was clean and quiet. My sister and I rented the Pelican Pearl for a weeks get away.. it was absolutely perfect for us. The property is well maintained, gated for security, and other guests were friendly and courteous. The pool is chilled which means it’s a very welcomed relief from the heat!! Close to Duval but far enough you leave the madness behind. We loved it and plan on booking next year.

We had a great time staying in Truman Annex and The Pelican Pearl. We were a short walk from everything, the location worked great for us. The community was clean and quiet. We enjoyed many quiet mornings and evenings on the deck out back. The hosts were wonderful, couldn’t have asked for anything more.

My sister and I rented the Pelican Pearl for a weeks get away.. it was absolutely perfect for us. The property is well maintained, gated for security, and other guests were friendly and courteous. The pool is chilled which means it’s a very welcomed relief from the heat!! Close to Duval but far enough you leave the madness behind. We loved it and plan on booking next year.

Loved Pelican Pearl. Spent lots of time on the front porch and the back balcony when we were there. Beds very comfortable and the condo was nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is lovely, exceptionally comfortable, and very well-equipped. It feels like a friend’s home, rather than a rental. The kitchen was easy to use, very well-appointed, and the knives were sharp (unlike most rentals). The property manager was quick to respond and the free concierge service was a real bonus. We have booked for next January and already look forward to returning.

This home has a lot of great qualities, most of them evident from the photos. I love the location as well. Casa Marina is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Key West. Quiet, pretty, close to the water. The big negative for me was the memory foam mattress in the primary bedroom. Though it seemed nice at first, actually sleeping on it was hot and uncomfortable-caused shoulder pain from the way it compresses the body. I was solo, so I slept on the smaller, firmer mattress in the second BR. Smaller issues: the front door lock is difficult to work. Microwave is tiny and underpowered. Kitchen refrigerator is just two drawers; not a problem for me, but a factor to be aware of. A few cabinet doors are losing their laminate. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay, but only because I had the second bed option. If the owner were to replace the mattress with a firmer/traditional one, I would stay again.

The standard countertop microwave is appropriately powered for its size and although the cabinet doors might be replaced soon, all the appliances, including the fridge, are sized to fit the space. Perfect location and house for our paradise in Key West vacation. I was able to enjoy the vacation and stay with my immediate family for a total of 6 people and the house was perfect for that size. The pool was dynamic, and outside area was pleasant and enjoyable even in the heat of the summer. The AC worked perfectly, and other amenities of the house all were in working order and made the stay more enjoyable.

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the private pool is so amazing. This is the perfect place to reset from hectic, busy schedules. The management team was incredible, specifically, Dan was on top of our early arrival and promptly responded to us! Best of Key West Rentals is an awesome company. Anything you rent from them will be top of the line.

We were fortunate enough to stay in Key West for 2 weeks and had two different groups of family and friend join us in the lovely Sapodilla House. The house was very comfortable and clean and the property manager was exceptional. Words cannot describe how wonderful the pool is, it gets both sun and shade all day long.
The furnishings and fixtures are just a bit dated, but functional and adequate.

Our experience was great. The home was just beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 adults. We had no problems with checking in or out. Our manager Brian was at my beck and call answering all of my questions right away. The location of the house was in a beautiful community, very close to all you want to see. Most everything is easy to walk to. We did not rent a car, but rented bikes for the week. So easy to get around the whole island. We also took advantage of the concierge team. I gave them a grocery and liquor list which was delivered to the house and ready for when we arrived. We also rented bikes through the concierge team as well. We did not have to worry about anything. I can't say enough really. Wonderful experience all around.

Sapodilla House was the perfect place for our family! With three en-suite bedrooms, no couple had to share a bathroom, and the downstairs powder room was super convenient. The house was clean, well-stocked and in an awesome location (close to Duval but super quiet!). And can we talk about that pool?? We spent every afternoon enjoying the awesome outdoor space at this property. Brian, our property manager, did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after our stay.

This house is located in beautiful Truman Annex which is a very upscale, quiet area. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It's very private, comfortable and lacks for nothting. It comes with 2 parking spaces and the best feature is ir being only 2 blocks from Duval. We walked everywhere and never worried about parkng, tickets or driving under the influence. Spacious rooms, beautiful little pool and nice bathrooms. We will return. Great customer service as well.

We spend a lot of time in the Keys and this has to be one of the best homes to date. While it is able to accommodate a lot of people, it was perfect for two of us. The home is centered around the pool where we spent most of our time. Lots of windows and natural light during the day. The rental company was great to work with and would definitely use them again. If you know this area, you already know that it is walkable to everything.

The Sapodilla house was comfortable, spacious and has a wonderful back pool and deck area to lounge in. The upstairs master suite was nice and had a walkout porch with 4 rockers that was covered but open air. A great place to have morning coffee. The wifi worked well. The first floor had a nice kitchen will all necessary dishes, pans and utensils. The dining and living room area had amole chairs, couches and seating although the couches need to be replaced as they are somewhat worn. The location is awesome with a walkway getting you close to Duval Street and Mallory Square but far enough away that is is quiet. I highly recommend this for parties of 6.

The house was in an amazing location for sure. We were able to ride our rental bikes or walk everywhere we went. So accessible and easy to get around from this house. It made our week that much more enjoyable and peaceful. The entire Truman annex area is very beautiful. House was very large and had plenty of living area for us 6 adults. Having a bathroom in all bedrooms and the pool to use just on a whim while having drinks , it all was a dream week. Key west has amazing restaurants along w very reasonable $$ too. Brian or property mgr was very helpful and accessible.

Most all was good. The house is outdated in many respects, including old bathrooms, worn tiles, doors that don't close well. But the location can't be beat (unless you can offer me ocean vies from the house). Good sized rooms, good AC. Loud AC and pool hot water heater (very loud). If only they could be moved away from sitting are and pool.

WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT WORKED WELL FOR OUR FAMILY WORKING REMOTELY. ONE THING IN NEED OF REPAIR IS THE STORM SHUTTERS. THEY ARE QUITE NOISY IN THE WIND AND WILL BE RUINED IF NOT REPAIRED

Perfect setup for three couples with great location. Only thing we could have used was some extra utensils and dishes. Plenty of pots and pans, bowls etc. We would definitely rent this property again. Brian was great to work with.

We arrived with easy check in and the house was clean and just as described. We had 5 people, so 2 teens took one upstairs king, couple to other upstairs king and one stayed in the downstairs queen. This area was great with easy walking access to Duval. We had a golf cart for the week and that was perfect for going to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I wish the rental had was beach chairs. Rental chairs at the beach are $10-12 per chair per day and it would’ve been great to bring our own. Otherwise no complaints!

As someone that formerly lived in Key West for many years, I knew I wanted to stay in Truman Annex area when I brought my family to vacation. I found "Sapodilla House" and reached out with a few questions. From the first email, Management was quick and friendly. I booked the property for 7 nights. Our vacation was perfect in every way possible. Even though the house is only a 3 min walk to the Heart of Downtown Key West, you feel like you are miles away with the privacy it offers. The pool is warm/heated and clean. We spent every morning/afternoon poolside. The house is spacious, modern, and beautiful in every way. I couldn't recommend this property any more to everyone! We will be back in 2019!

Sapodilla house gave us the perfect home base for our incredible week in Key West. 3 generations of family were there, including an 18 month old, and it could not have been better. The living area is large and comfy with plenty of seating and a great TV. We cooked in on New Years Eve and the kitchen and grill were both in full use! We could have used a couple of extra serving pieces that night - we hosted a total of 12 people there weren't enough plates, forks etc. We all used the swimming pool almost every day and it provided a fun respite from the craziness downtown.

This place could not be better placed in Key West. You are minutes from Duval, Mallory Square,& the marina yet it sounds like you are miles away. The house was beautiful and well stocked. Three couples stayed for a week could not ask for a better place! I have stayed at other rentals around the island nothing beats this house or location. We had a car but it was not needed. Walked to everything. Also could not ask for a better rental management team or Brian the property manager. We are already planing another trip to Key West.

We just got home from a week's stay at Sapodilla House. The house was amazing - exactly what we were hoping for. Spotlessly clean, great gathering spaces, large bedrooms and furnished with all that you need to make your stay fun and easy. The house is located very close to Duval Street and and Mallory Square - we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. The property manager was super helpful, too. Highly recommend!!

Ten million stars! The house is wonderful and well furnished. The pool felt like an oasis. We had issue with an A/C and the property manager had it fixed within hours. Beds are comfortable! Location, location, location!!!
I hope to make this a tradition of the only destination to stay at when visiting Key West. A great escape during the Pandemic.

We stayed at this house as a getaway for us to remote work and also for our kids to remote learn. The internet service was flawless for all of us to be be ZOOMing all at once. This trip was also to have some much needed mental rehabilitation from 2020. This house provided us every comfort we needed to have a trip during this time. The amenities provided were on point. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we love about Key West. The house was so clean, spacious, and just absolutely wonderful. Being able to jump away from work for a minute and dip in the pool was amazing. Brain, our property manager, was so quick and efficient when we had questions or concerns. We even left some property behind after we left, and he jumped right in to attempt to resolve the situation. From beginning to end the getaway and the house rental, specifically, was absolutely great.

The location of the home is fantastic for buzzing around Key West on a bike. Close enough to Fort Zachary and the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. But it’s tucked back so you feel like your in a little paradise away from all the bustle of the city. The pool was lovely and the house was big enough for us to spread out. Perfect location and house for our paradise in Key West vacation. I was able to enjoy the vacation and stay with my immediate family for a total of 6 people and the house was perfect for that size. The pool was dynamic, and outside area was pleasant and enjoyable even in the heat of the summer. The AC worked perfectly, and other amenities of the house all were in working order and made the stay more enjoyable.

This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. We enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the private pool is so amazing. This is the perfect place to reset from hectic, busy schedules. The management team was incredible, specifically, Dan was on top of our early arrival and promptly responded to us! Best of Key West Rentals is an awesome company. Sapodilla House was the perfect place for our family! With three en-suite bedrooms, no couple had to share a bathroom, and the downstairs powder room was super convenient. The house was clean, well-stocked and in an awesome location (close to Duval but super quiet!). And can we talk about that pool?? We spent every afternoon enjoying the awesome outdoor space at this property. Brian, our property manager, did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after our stay.

We spend a lot of time in the Keys and this has to be one of the best homes to date. While it is able to accommodate a lot of people, it was perfect for two of us. The home is centered around the pool where we spent most of our time. Lots of windows and natural light during the day. The rental company was great to work with and would definitely use them again. If you know this area, you already know that it is walkable to everything.

This house is located in beautiful Truman Annex which is a very upscale, quiet area. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It's very private, comfortable and lacks for nothting. It comes with 2 parking spaces and the best feature is ir being only 2 blocks from Duval. We walked everywhere and never worried about parkng, tickets or driving under the influence. Spacious rooms, beautiful little pool and nice bathrooms. We will return. Great customer service as well.

Our experience was great. The home was just beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 adults. We had no problems with checking in or out. Our manager Brian was at my beck and call answering all of my questions right away. The location of the house was in a beautiful community, very close to all you want to see. Most everything is easy to walk to. We did not rent a car, but rented bikes for the week. So easy to get around the whole island. We also took advantage of the concierge team. I gave them a grocery and liquor list which was delivered to the house and ready for when we arrived. We also rented bikes through the concierge team as well. We did not have to worry about anything. I can't say enough really. Wonderful experience all around.

We were fortunate enough to stay in Key West for 2 weeks and had two different groups of family and friend join us in the lovely Sapodilla House. The house was very comfortable and clean and the property manager was exceptional. Words cannot describe how wonderful the pool is, it gets both sun and shade all day long.
The furnishings and fixtures are just a bit dated, but functional and adequate.

We arrived with easy check in and the house was clean and just as described. We had 5 people, so 2 teens took one upstairs king, couple to other upstairs king and one stayed in the downstairs queen. This area was great with easy walking access to Duval. We had a golf cart for the week and that was perfect for going to the beach and restaurants. The only thing I wish the rental had was beach chairs. Rental chairs at the beach are $10-12 per chair per day and it would’ve been great to bring our own. Otherwise no complaints!

Most all was good. The house is outdated in many respects, including old bathrooms, worn tiles, doors that don't close well. But the location can't be beat (unless you can offer me ocean vies from the house). Good sized rooms, good AC. Loud AC and pool hot water heater (very loud). If only they could be moved away from sitting are and pool.

The Sapodilla house was comfortable, spacious and has a wonderful back pool and deck area to lounge in. The upstairs master suite was nice and had a walkout porch with 4 rockers that was covered but open air. A great place to have morning coffee. The wifi worked well. The first floor had a nice kitchen will all necessary dishes, pans and utensils. The dining and living room area had amole chairs, couches and seating although the couches need to be replaced as they are somewhat worn. The location is awesome with a walkway getting you close to Duval Street and Mallory Square but far enough away that is is quiet. I highly recommend this for parties of 6.

The house was in an amazing location for sure. We were able to ride our rental bikes or walk everywhere we went. So accessible and easy to get around from this house. It made our week that much more enjoyable and peaceful. The entire Truman annex area is very beautiful. House was very large and had plenty of living area for us 6 adults. Having a bathroom in all bedrooms and the pool to use just on a whim while having drinks , it all was a dream week. Key west has amazing restaurants along w very reasonable $$ too. Brian or property mgr was very helpful and accessible.
A really great time was had by all, weather was amazing too this time of year

The location of the home is fantastic for buzzing around Key West on a bike. Close enough to Fort Zachary and the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. But it’s tucked back so you feel like your in a little paradise away from all the bustle of the city. The pool was lovely and the house was big enough for us to spread out. Brian the property manager was prompt with responses and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This trip was also to have some much needed mental rehabilitation from 2020. This house provided us every comfort we needed to have a trip during this time. The amenities provided were on point. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we love about Key West. The house was so clean, spacious, and just absolutely wonderful. Being able to jump away from work for a minute and dip in the pool was amazing. Brain, our property manager, was so quick and efficient when we had questions or concerns. We even left some property behind after we left, and he jumped right in to attempt to resolve the situation. From beginning to end the getaway and the house rental, specifically, was absolutely great.

Ten million stars! The house is wonderful and well furnished. The pool felt like an oasis. We had issue with an A/C and the property manager had it fixed within hours. Beds are comfortable! Location, location, location!!!
I hope to make this a tradition of the only destination to stay at when visiting Key West. A great escape during the Pandemic.

We just got home from a week's stay at Sapodilla House. The house was amazing - exactly what we were hoping for. Spotlessly clean, great gathering spaces, large bedrooms and furnished with all that you need to make your stay fun and easy. The house is located very close to Duval Street and and Mallory Square - we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do. The property manager was super helpful, too. Highly recommend!!

Sapodilla house gave us the perfect home base for our incredible week in Key West. 3 generations of family were there, including an 18 month old, and it could not have been better. The living area is large and comfy with plenty of seating and a great TV. We cooked in on New Years Eve and the kitchen and grill were both in full use! We could have used a couple of extra serving pieces that night - we hosted a total of 12 people there weren't enough plates, forks etc. We all used the swimming pool almost every day and it provided a fun respite from the craziness downtown.

Three couples stayed for a week could not ask for a better place! I have stayed at other rentals around the island nothing beats this house or location. We had a car but it was not needed. This place could not be better placed in Key West. You are minutes from Duval, Mallory Square,& the marina yet it sounds like you are miles away. The house was beautiful and well stocked. As someone that formerly lived in Key West for many years, I knew I wanted to stay in Truman Annex area when I brought my family to vacation. I found "Sapodilla House" and reached out with a few questions. From the first email, Management was quick and friendly. I booked the property for 7 nights. Our vacation was perfect in every way possible. Even though the house is only a 3 min walk to the Heart of Downtown Key West, you feel like you are miles away with the privacy it offers. The pool is warm/heated and clean. We spent every morning/afternoon poolside. The house is spacious, modern, and beautiful in every way. I couldn't recommend this property any more to everyone! We will be back in 2019!

Great location and beautiful town home in Truman Annex! Walking distance to so much especially the Green Parrott!! Highly recommended! Property management very attentive, It was so clean, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Only minor details are the master bath is very small but the bedroom is great. Other bedroom very nice, queen sized. A nice detail would be to replace the keyed locks to keyless entry!

The property is extremely convenient to attractions from Duval Street to Mallory Square. It was well furnished with all the extras including the kitchen and bedding for the fold-pit couch. Extremely confounding were the proximity of the property to the entry gate (it is adjacent) of Shipyard without the property being part of Shipyard (no entry code to the gate was furnished) and the fact that the parking space allotted to Blue Bungalow was 6 minutes from the property?? Most inconvenient upon arrival and when loading and unloading gear (we had 6 bicycles in a truck plus luggage for 6.)This situation should be clearly explained in the rental information.

House was in great shape and very conveniently located
The fact that we were there during the approach of Milton and were still able to enjoy Duval street and the State park and many other places we could have walked just about to everything but due to Milton had to uber a lot the average uber was about 9.00 and we never waited more than 5 minutes for one all in all it was a great trip and our house and amenities were wonderful

Blue Bungalow was the 11th time we have stayed in Truman. We enjoy the location and convenience the area offers. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. The manager was always available to answer any questions. My husband celebrated his 75th birthday and other family members joined us at various times during our two week stay. There was plenty of room for visitors and we enjoyed cooking out on the great grill. Would recommend for 2-5 guests.

I do not prefer keys to enter and re-enter a property. A code system is much easier as you can keep code on cell and not worry about losing keys. The location of this property is outstanding. We walked everywhere and only used the car to get groceries once. The porch/patio area is perfect, and the pool is heated and close to the unit. Bathrooms are small and dated, but they were clean.

Excellent location with main drag of KW, Duval St., within easy walking distance. Accomodations were clean, comfortable, and well furnished including kitchen with all that was needed. Two small drawbacks: 1) the unit is virtually impossible to locate the first time without help and/or better directions; 2) the allotted one-car parking spot is far away from the unit. This was an issue when unpacking and then again packing to leave. For the most part the car is not needed as walking or bicycling is the preferred means to get around town along with the free bus service.

The Blue Bungalow was great, plenty of room, very clean and neat. We were only a block and a half from Duval St and could basically walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We have already recommended this place to friends coming in the near future.

We truly enjoyed this spot. It’s a fairly centralized location. Very easy to walk everywhere. Close to the bars and restaurants, very close to the beach and just an overall nice walk to anywhere you want to go. It houses our small group well. Nice and spacious for a small group you still have spots to get away if you need to. The pool is nice but they are quiet pools (no music rules) however if you’re looking for more lively areas you’re walking distance to the public beach and lagerheads beach which has a bar and live music.

Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Blue Bungalow the first week of June and it was sheer perfection! The location was exactly what we wanted. Close enough to all the hotspots but far enough away for peace and quiet. The unit itself is beautifully appointed with every necessity. Modern, bright and roomy. We loved having the bbq on the back deck. Only small negative is the water pressure. It’s very low in both showers and the kitchen sink. We will definitely be returning for our next getaway.

Blue Bungalow was very nice. The upstairs bathrooms are very small but adequate. I think some better furniture could be placed in the downstairs living room. The pool was perfect. It wasn’t crowded at all. Blue Bungalow was very clean and a great location

Very Nice Truman Annex Rental

Very clean and well appointed rental. We stayed here in December 2022. This is an upgrade from a Shipyard unit for sure, but not quite a Porter Court unit. The unit has 2-1/2 baths. One bedroom is very large with a small bathroom and the other bedroom is small with a bathroom in hallway. The small bedroom has a balcony, the larger bedroom does not have a balcony but has a sitting room. Main floor has a generous patio with a gas grill (working — we used it). The only strange thing about President units is the parking is not close — it is across the street and down the block. Best to pull up next to guard shack and unload from there with luggage and groceries. Presidents pool has small deck so limited seating and water was overheated but too not bad. We like the nearby beach, Fort Zachary Taylor, best. If you have kids along there is a great splash pad park at end of Southard. In fact, being so close to Waterfront Park is wonderful. We would stay here again.

The Blue Bungalow was the best property we have stayed at to date in the Truman Annex area. Loved the layout kitchen, living, and bath downstairs and then upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and well located. The back patio was comfortable and had privacy curtains. Having a covered parking space was a great benefit as well. Brian was super helpful and made sure we knew that if we needed something to reach out to him. We were able to go to all of our favorite locations Green Parrot, Caroline's and Fort Zach beach.

The townhouse was lovely and in a perfect location within the Truman Annex. A minor problem with the television remotes was solved quickly with a phone call. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus, even though the bathrooms were small. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful town home in Truman Annex! Walking distance to so much especially the Green Parrott!! Highly recommended! Property management very attentive, It was so clean, the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Only minor details are the master bath is very small but the bedroom is great. Other bedroom very nice, queen sized. A nice detail would be to replace the keyed locks to keyless entry!

The property is extremely convenient to attractions from Duval Street to Mallory Square. It was well furnished with all the extras including the kitchen and bedding for the fold-pit couch. Extremely confounding were the proximity of the property to the entry gate (it is adjacent) of Shipyard without the property being part of Shipyard (no entry code to the gate was furnished) and the fact that the parking space allotted to Blue Bungalow was 6 minutes from the property?? Most inconvenient upon arrival and when loading and unloading gear (we had 6 bicycles in a truck plus luggage for 6.)This situation should be clearly explained in the rental information.

House was in great shape and very conveniently located
The fact that we were there during the approach of Milton and were still able to enjoy Duval street and the State park and many other places we could have walked just about to everything but due to Milton had to uber a lot the average uber was about 9.00 and we never waited more than 5 minutes for one all in all it was a great trip and our house and amenities were wonderful

A week long stay in Key West was made more enjoyable by staying at the BLUE BUNGALOW! It began easy enough with our online search for lodging. Reserving was a snap. The location sounded great and was better than expected. A short walk to Duval Street. The home was accurately described and we found it super clean. The property management folks, especially Whitney kept us informed and provided awesome customer service. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting clean comfortable housing in the heart of Key West!

The Blue Bungalow was a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The house was very clean and well stocked with amenities! We cooked many meals in the kitchen and outside on the grill. The location was close to everything - we walked everywhere. The property management company was AMAZING and extremely attentive! Would definitely stay at this rental again!

I do not prefer keys to enter and re-enter a property. A code system is much easier as you can keep code on cell and not worry about losing keys. The location of this property is outstanding. We walked everywhere and only used the car to get groceries once. The porch/patio area is perfect, and the pool is heated and close to the unit. Bathrooms are small and dated, but they were clean.

We had a wonderful weeks stay in Key West! Stayed with one young child and four adults, space was small but adequate. The house is perfectly located in close proximity to all of key west’s activities/restaurants/sights. House was comfortable, quiet and clean! Used all the outdoor spaces (porches), and pool every day!

We three sisters had a wonderful extra-long weekend stay and the unit was perfect for us - it was very clean, well-appointed and perfectly located. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere. Great communication with management - they were very responsive and addressed some initial issues immediately.

Blue Bungalow was the 11th time we have stayed in Truman. We enjoy the location and convenience the area offers. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever rented. The manager was always available to answer any questions. My husband celebrated his 75th birthday and other family members joined us at various times during our two week stay. There was plenty of room for visitors and we enjoyed cooking out on the great grill. Would recommend for 2-5 guests.

Very Nice Truman Annex Rental

Very clean and well appointed rental. We stayed here in December 2022. This is an upgrade from a Shipyard unit for sure, but not quite a Porter Court unit. The unit has 2-1/2 baths. One bedroom is very large with a small bathroom and the other bedroom is small with a bathroom in hallway. The small bedroom has a balcony, the larger bedroom does not have a balcony but has a sitting room. Main floor has a generous patio with a gas grill (working — we used it). The only strange thing about President units is the parking is not close — it is across the street and down the block. Best to pull up next to guard shack and unload from there with luggage and groceries. Presidents pool has small deck so limited seating and water was overheated but too not bad. We like the nearby beach, Fort Zachary Taylor, best. If you have kids along there is a great splash pad park at end of Southard. In fact, being so close to Waterfront Park is wonderful. We would stay here again.

Nice condo, everything was very clean and worked. 2 blocks from Duval Street. The condo manager was very easy to work with. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance (< 1 mile).

Blue Bungalow was very nice. The upstairs bathrooms are very small but adequate. I think some better furniture could be placed in the downstairs living room. The pool was perfect. It wasn’t crowded at all. Blue Bungalow was very clean and a great location

We stayed at the Blue Bungalow the first week of June and it was sheer perfection! The location was exactly what we wanted. Close enough to all the hotspots but far enough away for peace and quiet. The unit itself is beautifully appointed with every necessity. Modern, bright and roomy. We loved having the bbq on the back deck. Only small negative is the water pressure. It’s very low in both showers and the kitchen sink. We will definitely be returning for our next getaway.

We truly enjoyed this spot. It’s a fairly centralized location. Very easy to walk everywhere. Close to the bars and restaurants, very close to the beach and just an overall nice walk to anywhere you want to go. It houses our small group well. Nice and spacious for a small group you still have spots to get away if you need to. The pool is nice but they are quiet pools (no music rules) however if you’re looking for more lively areas you’re walking distance to the public beach and lagerheads beach which has a bar and live music.

Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location with main drag of KW, Duval St., within easy walking distance. Accomodations were clean, comfortable, and well furnished including kitchen with all that was needed. Two small drawbacks: 1) the unit is virtually impossible to locate the first time without help and/or better directions; 2) the allotted one-car parking spot is far away from the unit. This was an issue when unpacking and then again packing to leave. For the most part the car is not needed as walking or bicycling is the preferred means to get around town along with the free bus service.

The Blue Bungalow was great, plenty of room, very clean and neat. We were only a block and a half from Duval St and could basically walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We have already recommended this place to friends coming in the near future.

The townhouse was lovely and in a perfect location within the Truman Annex. A minor problem with the television remotes was solved quickly with a phone call. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus, even though the bathrooms were small. We would definitely stay here again!

The Blue Bungalow was the best property we have stayed at to date in the Truman Annex area. Loved the layout kitchen, living, and bath downstairs and then upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. It was quiet and well located. The back patio was comfortable and had privacy curtains. Having a covered parking space was a great benefit as well. Brian was super helpful and made sure we knew that if we needed something to reach out to him. We were able to go to all of our favorite locations Green Parrot, Caroline's and Fort Zach beach.
