The property was very well-maintained and true to pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

This is a great unit to rent - super spacious, clean and has all of the amenities you need. We liked the location - a little bit away from the crazy tourist locations but it’s not far to any place in Key West so all was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager and concierge were also very helpful. The property manager was super professional and a pleasure to interact with.

Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

This was a last minute getaway and our location did not disappoint. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall experience fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint - no clocks in unit bedrooms. Hard to keep track of time - bu then again I guess we should be on island time. Pool was great - hot tub was hot! Very cumbersome to navigate thru property with 2 adults and 20 year old twins and only 2 sets of keys. Locks on all the thru doors - had to travel in pairs. Kinda cumbersome.

This very large rental could not have been better. The location is great with a beautiful view, the pool is huge and spotless, it is tastefully decorated and everything worked. The only issue we had was trying to check in after 6pm. There was no one at desk and security did not answer the intercom. Another guest was trying to enter at the same time. One of the residents let us in and everything was smooth after that. We probably won't return to Key West as we have many other places we want to visit but this rental will remain in our memories as one of the best.

A perfect place for a family catch up. The accommodation was accurately described, perfectly presented and check in was easy. We chose not to have a car, using ubers to go downtown, shop, visit restaurants and the Butterfly House, aquarium, Ernest Hemmingway house etc. We loved coming back to the large balcony and the peaceful pool at the condo. The concierge service was helpful with good restaurant recommendations and an initial grocery shop. There is a small grocery store nearby for top ups.
Only problem was access to our building was blocked by a building site which was inconvenient at times.

Having never visited Key West before, we really were not sure about the best location for our stay. 1800 North Atlantic was so perfect. The 2 bedroom suite had all the amenities to easily stay for a month, while having access to the beach and great pool. The added bonus was we had plenty of room and could quickly get to the Old Town part of Key West in a couple of minutes. Loved it.

Great Week in Key West

We felt the property was accurately described in the material provided on the Internet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. We normally rent a two bedroom/two bathroom condo as having two bathrooms is more convenient for us. In this case, we didn’t need the second bathroom as the master bath had a dressing area with sink and another sink in the main toilet/shower area. The master bedroom and bath suite was very spacious with good dresser and closet space.
Our only real complaint was the lack of good maintenance in a complex built in the 1980’s. Some minor things in the apartment were not working and the appliances were dated. We would not let these items prevent us from renting this unit again because the location, overall amenities, and security were all top notch. A caution on the location—this is not convenient to the main downtown area and parking in that area is expensive. We knew that and chose this location away from all the “action” on purpose. There are very good beaches and parks nearby, which suited our purposes, but your interests may be different. Check out the local maps on-line to ensure you know where the condo is located.

This condo was the best! We had such a nice time just hanging by the wonderful pool. We walked to the beach one day also. The beach is nice but preferred the pool because of the chairs and umbrellas. The beach has a daily charge. We met people there at the pool each day and everyone is very friendly.
The condo is a bit dated but we knew this going in. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest that maybe in the future they could get more firm beds.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked fresh fish every night. Everything was clean in and out. Even the grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and enjoying our evening cocktails. We even had our own personal Iguana in the tree every day. We named him "Iggy".
The location of the property is a bit far from Duval street for walking, (we did walk it) but if you are not up to that you can rent bikes and ride or public transportation like Uber was always available for anywhere.

We took a sunset sail and snorkeling cruise and had dinner at the marina several times. Also we bought fresh fish from the fish house close to the marina on Eaton.

Hemmingway house is a must for tour. There are so many museums and places of interest you will never get bored.

I would definitely recommend this property! Shana the property manager was always available to answer any questions and was very professional.

We've stayed at this condo several times and love staying here. The condo comes with everything you need, the beds are comfy and has all the amenity you could want. It's close bike ride to Duval, but also far enough away. We will stay here every time we have the opportunity.

We arrived at the condo after 4. Check in was easy talked with security and we parked in the garage. Unit was clean and had all the necessity needed for a week stay. Some areas could use a little sprucing up but overall good condition. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool was awesome.

Condo was a good size and very clean with a large balcony and nice view. Courtyard with pool area was very nice and only a short walk down to the beach. Property manager was easy to communicate with as well as any other security/staff we came in contact with. On a quieter part of the island so had to drive to most things but it made it nice for relaxing. Would stay here again

This condo was fabulous. It was spacious and had sliding glass doors in everyone to enjoy the balcony and the view. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of. We rented bikes and rode all over town right from this location. The grounds are well kept and we would stay here at this condo again and again. Very pleased. Management team to get in was wonderful and very organized.

Just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, relaxing, amazingly spectacular views. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The condo was very spacious with the best balcony of anywhere I've ever stayed. Management was very responsive and helpful. In our excursions of looking around the area, I feel that we made the best choice with staying at 1800 Atlantic. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. The gardens were tranquil. And the views were breathtaking.

PLEASE BE AWARE: This community is currently undergoing balcony repair property-wide potentially through May 2026. A 12 person crew will be working section-by-section from 8am-6pm, 5 days a week, and Saturdays will be weather make-up days as-needed. Please understand there will most likely be some amount of noise heard throughout the community. This unit's balcony repair is currently scheduled for 4/10-6/3. and the noise will be significant when they are working on the unit. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by lush tropical landscape with a hint of ocean view in the distance. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS... This nautical 3rd floor unit has all the quaint decor suited for a life at sea.  Perfect for a family getaway in this cozy condo with updated furnishings.  The dining room table can seat six and the the comfortable living room furniture is great for watching a movie or playing a board game.   SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The primary bedroom offers a king bed with writing desk and ensuite shower bath. The guest room offers another king size bed has its own shower/tub bathroom across the hall. The family room has a queen sized pull out couch.  Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends. DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Two spacious bedrooms and two full baths including a sunken tub and dressing vanity offer plenty of room for everyone. The was absolutely stunning. The house had everything that you could need and more with a quick walk to Smathers beach the pool is exceptional, warm and beautiful, and the property grounds are just gorgeous..

The property was very well-maintained and true to pictures. The unit was clean and had everything we could have needed for this weekend trip. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Key West! Close walkable access to Smathers Beach, which was much less crowded than anticipated and actually very quiet and peaceful. We did not rent a car, so did Uber to the main downtown area for restaurants, bars, excursions, etc as these were likely not walkable for most folks, but we did not mind this at all as it left the property very quiet and relaxing when serenity was desired.

This is a great unit to rent - super spacious, clean and has all of the amenities you need. We liked the location - a little bit away from the crazy tourist locations but it’s not far to any place in Key West so all was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. The Property Manager and concierge were also very helpful. The property manager was super professional and a pleasure to interact with.

Nice relaxing trip to a place we’d heard rumors about but never been. Besides an annoying parking situation, restaurants were very good, bars had lots of live music, and temps were surprisingly pleasant. Nice time.

This was a last minute getaway and our location did not disappoint. The place was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the view was beautiful. The pool and beach were both great. We went out snorkeling at the beach and there were so many great things to see. The complementary concur here was fantastic! She was very responsive (without the hour) and connecting us to great adventures. I highly suggest renting scooters for the day, it was a fun and easy way to get around. I would stay here again.

From its’ updated, modern design, excellent kitchen amenities, comfy beds, spacious rooms and large bathrooms, this apartment was a dream! It also has a smart TV, plush blankets, ample pillows and all of the towels you would ever want. We also enjoyed the lush courtyard, large clean pool and loved laying in the lounge chairs overlooking the water and a small beach. Outside of the location and the space itself, check-in was super easy (even at midnight!), the instructions were very clear and communicating with the property manager was easy and quick. We cannot wait to come back. Thanks again for the amazing stay!

The condo was amazingly clean and nicely decorated. The beach area is very rocky, yet it is an easy walk on the streetside sidewalk to Smathers Beach. We went parasailing and scuba diving and loved every minute of it. Parking near the event areas can be difficult and expensive so Uber is a great option. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall experience fantastic! Kitchen was well stocked! Only complaint - no clocks in unit bedrooms. Hard to keep track of time - bu then again I guess we should be on island time. Pool was great - hot tub was hot! Very cumbersome to navigate thru property with 2 adults and 20 year old twins and only 2 sets of keys. Locks on all the thru doors - had to travel in pairs. Kinda cumbersome.

A perfect place for a family catch up. The accommodation was accurately described, perfectly presented and check in was easy. We chose not to have a car, using ubers to go downtown, shop, visit restaurants and the Butterfly House, aquarium, Ernest Hemmingway house etc. We loved coming back to the large balcony and the peaceful pool at the condo. The concierge service was helpful with good restaurant recommendations and an initial grocery shop. There is a small grocery store nearby for top ups.
Only problem was access to our building was blocked by a building site which was inconvenient at times.

Having never visited Key West before, we really were not sure about the best location for our stay. 1800 North Atlantic was so perfect. The 2 bedroom suite had all the amenities to easily stay for a month, while having access to the beach and great pool. The added bonus was we had plenty of room and could quickly get to the Old Town part of Key West in a couple of minutes. Loved it.

Just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, relaxing, amazingly spectacular views. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The condo was very spacious with the best balcony of anywhere I've ever stayed. This condo was fabulous. It was spacious and had sliding glass doors in everyone to enjoy the balcony and the view. It was quiet and easy to get in and out of. We rented bikes and rode all over town right from this location. The grounds are well kept and we would stay here at this condo again and again. Very pleased. This condo was the best! We had such a nice time just hanging by the wonderful pool. We walked to the beach one day also. The beach is nice but preferred the pool because of the chairs and umbrellas. The beach has a daily charge. We met people there at the pool each day and everyone is very friendly.
The condo is a bit dated but we knew this going in. The price was very reasonable. I would suggest that maybe in the future they could get more firm beds.
The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked fresh fish every night. Everything was clean in and out. Even the grounds were beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and enjoying our evening cocktails. We even had our own personal Iguana in the tree every day. We named him "Iggy".
The location of the property is a bit far from Duval street for walking, (we did walk it) but if you are not up to that you can rent bikes and ride or public transportation like Uber was always available for anywhere.

We took a sunset sail and snorkeling cruise and had dinner at the marina several times. Also we bought fresh fish from the fish house close to the marina on Eaton.

Hemmingway house is a must for tour. There are so many museums and places of interest you will never get bored.

I would definitely recommend this property! Shana the property manager was always available to answer any questions and was very professional.

We've stayed at this condo several times and love staying here. The condo comes with everything you need, the beds are comfy and has all the amenity you could want. It's close bike ride to Duval, but also far enough away. We will stay here every time we have the opportunity.

Condo was a good size and very clean with a large balcony and nice view. Courtyard with pool area was very nice and only a short walk down to the beach. Property manager was easy to communicate with as well as any other security/staff we came in contact with. On a quieter part of the island so had to drive to most things but it made it nice for relaxing. Would stay here again

We arrived at the condo after 4. Check in was easy talked with security and we parked in the garage. Unit was clean and had all the necessity needed for a week stay. Some areas could use a little sprucing up but overall good condition. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the pool was awesome.

We had an enjoyable time in "Good Spirits" The place was very roomy and well appointed. The view from balcony was lovely. The pool area was clean and well kept, water was warm. The property was in a great location, close to shopping and historical sights!

We felt the property was accurately described in the material provided on the Internet. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably furnished. We normally rent a two bedroom/two bathroom condo as having two bathrooms is more convenient for us. In this case, we didn’t need the second bathroom as the master bath had a dressing area with sink and another sink in the main toilet/shower area. The master bedroom and bath suite was very spacious with good dresser and closet space.
Our only real complaint was the lack of good maintenance in a complex built in the 1980’s. Some minor things in the apartment were not working and the appliances were dated. We would not let these items prevent us from renting this unit again because the location, overall amenities, and security were all top notch. A caution on the location—this is not convenient to the main downtown area and parking in that area is expensive. We knew that and chose this location away from all the “action” on purpose. There are very good beaches and parks nearby, which suited our purposes, but your interests may be different. Check out the local maps on-line to ensure you know where the condo is located.

Everything you need for a great stay. Great on site facilities and view of the sea and beach from the large pool, Also a fitness room, a reading room and BBQ picnic areas in the garden. Very big and comfortable apartment with large balcony and great views. Would definitely book again.

We had a great experience during our stay. The condo itself exceeded our expectations. James in security was very helpful and offered great tips! The area was very close to the beach and we pretty much either walked or biked everywhere. We will definitely visit Key West again and hope to stay here again!

We had a blast here. The unit is much larger than we expected and it was very very clean! Beds were super comfy. Loved the location of the unit. Renting bikes was the perfect way to get around. We did have a car, too, so having the garage spot was nice! Brian responded to us quickly if we had questions and communication was great. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at the Amer Cottage. This beautiful home is within walking distance of Duval Street. The tropical, lush backyard is simply stunning. The large pool is a fantastic feature, especially for the Old Town area. We loved having the outdoor grill, and the outdoor shower was a delightful bonus. The cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this home is ideal.

This is our second time staying in Amber cottage. We love the location, the pool area, the finish of the interior and the amenities.
We love to eat at all the restaurants but enjoyed using the barbecue and dining on the patio.
The pool area is beautiful.and the gardens are well kept. Although the pool service came weekly, when we identified that the pool needed a thorough cleaning midway through the month, the property manager arranged for this to be done quickly.
Although we could hear the chickens and roosters in the area, they were not in our immediate location.

This is the 6th time we’ve rented from Best of Key West Rentals Co. and it just doesn’t get any better. The Amber Cottage was wonderful and very nicely equipped with everything you would need. Near enough to Duval St to walk or ride bikes. Parking in KW is always an issue but there was parking at the Cottage and parking on the street.

The location, parking and pool area were perfect.
The house had many special features including barn rolling doors on huge cupboards, beautiful floors, lots of windows and skylights for sunshine and many more.

AN ISLAND STUNNER... This is the back cottage of the delightful Jewel Box Cottages compound, located in Old Town, just steps away from all the Duval Street happenings and the historic Seaport. This two-story gem offers 1714 sq. ft. of authentic island charm, with magnificent hickory hardwood floors throughout and whitewashed interior cypress wood interior walls. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter the home to a gorgeous and spacious contemporary kitchen which is a dream come true for culinary aficionados. This space is well-stocked with every modern appliance and cooking tool you'll need to concoct special meals for loved ones. This space flows into the plush living and dining areas where you can unwind with loved ones and watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to the backyard oasis and a bedroom with double-entry full bath completes the downstairs. A lovely balcony resides on the upstairs landing and overlooks the pool area. This home is equipped with Roku TV. This home has a mounted outdoor camera but is NOT in use during guest stays. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There is a downstairs bedroom with an office space, queen Murphy bed and double-entry shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs (one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed), ensuite shower bathrooms and large closets. The larger primary bedroom upstairs houses the washer and dryer in its oversized bathroom and also has a private door to the upstairs balcony. All upstairs bedrooms enjoy TVs. A sofa sleeper lies in the living room. OUTDOOR LIVING… Enjoy your sparkling heated pool with a waterfall feature, outdoor shower, and lounging chairs. Al fresco dining for 6 will delight your senses as you dine under sultry stars. Lose yourself on the stunning pathways that lead you through gorgeous lush gardens and grounds. PETS... Dogs are considered and a pet fee is required. Please leave the size and breed in the comments when inquiring. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) PARKING... There is a driveway for this home for 2 vehicles. BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We had a fantastic stay at the Amer Cottage. This beautiful home is within walking distance of Duval Street. The tropical, lush backyard is simply stunning. The large pool is a fantastic feature, especially for the Old Town area. We loved having the outdoor grill, and the outdoor shower was a delightful bonus. The cottage is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this home is ideal.

This is our second time staying in Amber cottage. We love the location, the pool area, the finish of the interior and the amenities.
We love to eat at all the restaurants but enjoyed using the barbecue and dining on the patio.
The pool area is beautiful.and the gardens are well kept. Although the pool service came weekly, when we identified that the pool needed a thorough cleaning midway through the month, the property manager arranged for this to be done quickly.
Although we could hear the chickens and roosters in the area, they were not in our immediate location.

This is the 6th time we’ve rented from Best of Key West Rentals Co. and it just doesn’t get any better. The Amber Cottage was wonderful and very nicely equipped with everything you would need. Near enough to Duval St to walk or ride bikes. Parking in KW is always an issue but there was parking at the Cottage and parking on the street.

Sometimes you get surprised, sometimes you get a big surprise, but rarely do you get blown away! When you enter the gate to walk to the back house of this property, you feel like you have entered a secluded paradise – that’s because it is! Astonishing landscaping that completely dampens any noise from the street – then you see the crystal-clear water from the in-ground pool with waterfall gently flowing.When you enter the house, your jaw will drop. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and cabinetry that is second to none. Every room has a pleasant surprise – the bathrooms/showers are a breathtaking work of art. Dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer are quiet and easy to use. There is no detail in this house that hasn’t been thought through fully.The closets are amazing just to look at from the outside – with plenty of space to store all of your belongings. All the closets have lights, but as with any surprises, you’ll have to figure out where the light switches are – it will be worth the effort!The property managers were always available and attentive to any questions we had. It was only a short walk to Duval Street and the pier from the house – and only a 2-block walk to rent bicycles for the week.We had an amazing time staying at the Amber Cottage!! Key West is the perfect place to vacation but residing in the Amber Cottage on Margaret Street, is a vacation unto itself!

The cottage location and front porch are both terrific. Additionally the property management co. did a great job handling small issues. A real pleasure to work with. Would say however the marketing photos and description could have been more helpful when it came to the back patio and pool area which is separated from the back house on the property by a tall white fence. The fence blocks the airflow resulting in a very warm space. Additionally the shrubbery around and above the fence created quite of bit of debris which needed to be cleaned daily from the patio and pool. Finally the wifi did not work properly throughout our stay going out at least once an hour. Again we loved the location and our time on the beautiful front porch.

We enjoyed our stay in the Pearl Cottage. It is in a great location, a quiet neighborhood but close to the fun on Duval and at the harbour. The pool is excellent and we loved sitting on the front porch for our coffee. Our manager, Dan, was responsive to any questions or issues we had during our stay.

This is a very cute cottage, and website photos were accurate in that regard. I would caution potential renters of the following:
There is NO garbage disposal, and you must constantly remove and clean a small screen covering the kitchen sink drain. The kitchen sink is very old, very deep, and along with the painted wooden countertops....need replaced / updated. 2) The skylights in the bedrooms with no shades, make it impossible to darken those rooms during daylight hours...they do provide great lighting for the rooms though. The master shower is large, the other two bedroom showers are plastic insert type showers, and are very tight for an adult.

Pearl Cottage is a beautiful and comfortable home in an excellent location. We are a short walk from downtown, close to some excellent restaurants and on a quiet street.

The furniture and beds are comfortable and the pool is refreshing after our busy days. There is no indoor dining area and our manager has been helpful in dealing with a few minor issues.

I would highly recommend Pearl Cottage.

We have rented numerous houses in the Florida Keys over a period of 15 years or so. For the price, location, and features this is a favorite. It has among the nicest of the backyards, I.e. the size, the pool and the Tiki hut. The house was clean and well kept. Had all the basic features and supplies one would want in a rental house. The only disappointment was in the size of the master bedroom bath; small and cramped, not what you would expect for a master bathroom. Noteworthy too is that the property management was very responsive, addressing any issues in a timely manner. Bottom line is that we have contracted for the house for the month of January 2026 and would not have done so if we were not completely satisfied with our experience in 2025.

This is a dog friendly home only and a pet fee is required. BOOKING DATES... This home is offered only as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). When we arrived we discovered that the white cushions on the couch on the deck were filthy- stained and mildewed- too disgusting to touch, let alone- sit on. Whitney removed them the next day and replaced them with her own cushions, which didn't fit properly, but we were able to use the deck. The proper cushions were never replaced.

Our month long stay at Saltwater REmedy was absolutely perfect! It is a lovely condo, kitchen is well equipped, quiet neighborhood, and a convenient location. This highly coveted community is within walking distance of the famous Duval Street, Mallory Square, world-famous sunsets and countless restaurants and galleries. This prime location places you close to all the fun and attractions but is a quiet and peaceful refuge for your island bliss. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter through the front gate where you are greeted by a cozy porch that entices you to sit and enjoy cool island breezes while you plan your island adventures. Enter through the front door to the open kitchen and living areas that have been lovingly updated and maintained. Fashion your foodie favorites in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes an electric stove, microwave, large French door refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and kitchen breakfast bar area (seats 2). Really enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen. The location was convenient for walking to all restaurants, shops and attractions in the Old Town neighborhoods. Beachy Keen itself was clean and cozy and pet friendly.
We were always able to find non-resident street parking within a couple blocks of the cottage.

Beachy Keen is perfectly located to enjoy downtown Key West without being too noisy.

The house was recently remodeled and is in fantastic shape. Everything was as-described and it was very clean.

The highlight of our stay was probably our property manager, Dan. He was super responsive and helpful. He was a better host than most owners on AirBnb or VRBO are.

We already booked our next stay in 2024.

This is an ideal location for living your authentic island life, close to all the exciting action yet tucked into a quiet and colorful neighborhood. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Walk through your private white picket gate and enter this adorable cottage that features a bright and updated living room and kitchen area. Tropical sunshine is abundant through large windows and vaulted ceilings that give this charmer a spacious feel. Cool off and relax on the couch and cushioned chair while you enjoy your movies on the wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to the spacious and modern dine-in kitchen. Sharpen your creative culinary skills in this fully equipped kitchen that offers stainless appliances and stone countertops. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen and has been fully renovated. Wash your cares away in the walk-in glass door rain shower. A stacked washer and dryer occupy the bathroom closet for your convenience. PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. The Beachy Keen rental was exactly as described and the pictures accurate. The location was quiet and quaint but still close to all the action. The home was spotless and perfect for my wife and I. The rental staff were professional and friendly and check in/out was easy and smooth. All the amenities you need are provided. We hope to stay here again soon.

We already loved Key West but this home was so inviting, it made our stay so enjoyable! The location is perfect.The only time we got in the car was to get visitors from the airport! We were able to walk everywhere from Mallory to the Southernmost Point, to Ft Zach State Park and the entire waterfront area. The bikes made for some fun afternoons as well! The home was well equipped and very comfortable. Great workspace for remote work as well.The side garden area was fantastic for morning coffee, a read in the shade and cool evening hot tubs! The neighborhood pool is only 2 blocks away and was a great spot for a cooling off. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

The Pink House on Thomas Street is definitely worth the stay! It is centrally located from all major spots. 20 minute walk to Fort Zachary Beach and 5 minutes to Southernmost Point!The house itself is stylish and well maintained.The hot tub at the house was amazing after a long day of shopping and fun on Duval Street.The community pool is steps away from the house and there is great dining options right down the street. Next time my family is back in Key West, we will be staying at the Pink House!

Loved staying at La Casa Rosada! It is in the perfect location, great neighborhood and super close to everything! This house is the perfect getaway! The owners have provided everything you need to enjoy your time in Key West. We were able to drop off our luggage and quickly take off on the bikes and explore. The location is perfect as well. A quick bike ride to a local beach was almost a daily event. We would then return and relax in the private yard. The home itself has all the best amenities - with a true Key West vibe.It's all the extras that make this place special!We will be back!

From booking, to staying, to memories made, just a wonderful property. A very pretty property..beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable and lovely quality bedding. The Sweet Life provided everything we needed. We loved the location too... really quiet and peaceful with a well kept private terrace and great pool area but also within a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the park. We hired bikes and cycled to the beach too...
Best of Key West were always there to help if we had any questions. Will be back for sure X

We spent the month of February in 2024 and 2025 in this location. We are booked for 2026 also. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in Key West on foot, there’s also a shuttle called the Duval Loop which will take you anywhere free on the island. The property is appointed with everything you need. The condo was very clean. Any questions we had the property manager was very attentive. We can’t wait to get back to Paradise in 2026.

This is the best rental I've ever had! Just the right size for 2 sisters looking for a little getaway. Great location within walking distance of almost everything on the lower half of the island. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and a nice living area to watch movies in at the end of a busy, sunny day. Everything was nice and clean and in good order. The unit had a washer/dryer and beach towels and plenty of linens were furnished. We are looking forward to renting again in the future.

We rented the Condo at Shipyard because of the walkability factor. It was cozy and sufficient for a 1 week stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. We came to Key West to purchase a house, which we did, so we are now on our way to becoming Freshwater Conch's. I texted with Melanie and communication with her was great. So nice! I did use the pool at Shipyard which was nice. This is a two bedroom with queen beds and one bath so great for a family for a relaxing vacay! Thanks Melanie... It will be great to meet you!

The rental was very clean, organized, and had a fully equipped kitchen. The deck and porch are were very clean and well maintained. The pool is clean and close to the unit. The beach and park are just a short walk from the rental. The check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Parking was close to the unit and all of the codes were given prior to arrival, which made it very easy. The host was easily accessible through a text and a quick response to each inquiry.

Location was 2 short blocks from Duval at Southard. Gated condo community with lush landscaping. Fenced deck and rear courtyard area. Shared front porch with settee. Inside, all the amenities of home. Melanie was wonderful. Love Marcella who caretakes the outside. Will absolutely stay here again.

There is no other pool available at the Shipyard, so we have adjusted our rates to offset the inconvenience. CUTE CONDO IN STEPS FROM IT ALL… This 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground level flat is located in The Shipyard, a neighborhood of the coveted Truman Annex in the heart of Old Town Key West! You will be in walking distance from Fort Zachary’s gorgeous beach and picnic area, Duval Street, Mallory Square and more! Throw your cares to the wind as you unwind in this charming, tree-shrouded neighborhood with walking paths and lanes. This cozy downstairs unit has everything you'll need for your stay in paradise! ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter through the white picket fence and you are greeted by a lovely front porch with sitting area where you can sip coffee and plan your island adventures for the day. The flowing floor plan offers a spacious and lovely living and dining area that offer rest and relaxation after a day in the sultry sun and balmy breezes of the island. Whip up your favorite recipes in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen that overlooks the living area. A dining table for 4 sits next to the kitchen where you can enjoy cozy meals with your loved ones. A comfy couch, plush cushioned chairs and smart tv in the living area provide the perfect resting spot for bingeing on your latest shows and movies. A stacked laundry closet sits just off the living area for your convenience. Open the French Doors to your sweet backyard oasis. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… The first queen bedroom is on the left as you enter the home. It offers a spacious hanging closet, smart tv, and a clothing dresser for your belongings. The primary bedroom also has a queen bed, smart tv, large hanging closet and clothing dresser, and is adjacent to the full bathroom, where you can wash off the day in the shower/tub combination. OUTDOOR LIVING… The Shipyard offers a beautiful community pool lined with lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun. Open the French door in the living area to the delightful private deck, a shaded retreat outfitted for unwinding and refreshment. PARKING... This home does offer parking for one vehicle (vehicle cannot exceed 18 ft), but oversized trucks and extra large SUVs are not permitted and will have to park outside of this community. PETS... This is a pet friendly home with a required pet fee. Please include the size and breed when inquiring. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pet Fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. CONCIERGE SERVICES... From booking, to staying, to memories made, just a wonderful property. A very pretty property..beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable and lovely quality bedding. The Sweet Life provided everything we needed. We loved the location too... really quiet and peaceful with a well kept private terrace and great pool area but also within a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and the park. We hired bikes and cycled to the beach too...
Best of Key West were always there to help if we had any questions. Will be back for sure X

We spent the month of February in 2024 and 2025 in this location. We are booked for 2026 also. The location is perfect to get to anywhere in Key West on foot, there’s also a shuttle called the Duval Loop which will take you anywhere free on the island. The property is appointed with everything you need. The condo was very clean. Any questions we had the property manager was very attentive. We can’t wait to get back to Paradise in 2026.
