The condo unit was lovely and immaculate. It was ideally located to most activities and attractions. The neighborhood and grounds were nicely landscaped and the gated neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. The pool was lovely although a bit small and crowded when we went. The rental staff was helpful. Overall, staying here was a wonderfully relaxing experience. We would certainly stay here again.

In a great location, it is a beautiful, comfortable little condo with a great vibe. The decor is great and everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The management company (Truman & Co./Best Of Key West Rentals) was absolutely fabulous. Hope to stay there again, with the same management!

We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and VRBO’s in Key West over the years, but this was absolutely hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!
My wife and son loved the location, and it’s close as to old town and Duval Street. We spent every morning at Ft. Zachary Taylor
Beach which is only a few minute drive and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The townhouse itself was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were great and having en-suite bathrooms on each was perfect. I cannot recommend this unit enough! We had the best time in Key West
And can’t wait to stay here again.

The duplex met all my needs. It was decorated like a beach bungalow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was how close your neighbors are on each side. Not much privacy.

We had an amazing stay at this townhome. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The rental is very well maintained. We rented bikes but barely used them as the location was super convenient to all our plans. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The rental agency was very responsive.

This was a beautiful rental in a secure location close to Duvall Street.
The layout was great with two comfortable bedrooms. We loved all the

PLEASE BE AWARE... We cannot accept a reservation of less than 28 nights after 12/22/25. You may book less than 28 nights if your arrival is 12/22 or before. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter this sparkling, cozy abode through the front gate where a small porch with seating invites you for morning java and sultry island breezes. As you enter, a fully-equipped kitchen greets you which includes an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and kitchen bar area. Gather, drink and dine around the dining table for 4, then settle in the adjacent living room on your cozy sofa (pulls out as a sleeper) or cushioned chair and enjoy movies on a large flat-screen tv. Two sets of french doors welcome in the warmth and sunshine of tropical living and open to your private patio with grill and outdoor seating for 4. A convenient powder room is also located in the living area. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Travel up the stairs to two en-suite guest rooms when you're ready to rest and refresh for the next day's adventures. The primary bedroom features a king bed with dresser, small flat screen tv, a large closet for storage and hanging clothes and also includes a make-up vanity, ironing board, and iron. The private bathroom is equipped with a glass-door shower and sink cabinet with storage drawers. Open your french door to your own enchanting small terrace with two chairs and a table for quiet conversation or a date with your favorite novel. Walk down the upstairs hallway to the second bedroom which features a queen bed, flat screen tv, storage closet for hanging clothes and an additional dresser inside. The private bathroom offers a shower/tub combination and sink cabinet with storage drawers. The washer/dryer closet sits between the two bedrooms in the upstairs hallway. OUTDOOR LIVING... Walk through the living area french doors to your private outdoor area with seating for 4 and a gas grill, which is the perfect cocktail spot or for dining under the twinkling stars. Take a stroll through this attractive community which is just right around the corner from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Harry Truman’s Little White House and Truman Annex’s Waterfront Park. Swimming in the heated community pool is a great way to wash off the day and it's just around the corner from the unit. There is a cabana with restrooms in the pool area and plenty of lounging chairs for your sunbathing pleasure. PARKING... This home does offer covered parking for one vehicle. No vehicle length over 18’ long, including trailer hitches, or 80” wide is allowed on property. PETS... This is not a pet friendly home. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pet fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum) as of Dec 23, 2025. We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

The duplex met all my needs. It was decorated like a beach bungalow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was how close your neighbors are on each side. Not much privacy.

We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and VRBO’s in Key West over the years, but this was absolutely hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!
My wife and son loved the location, and it’s close as to old town and Duval Street. We spent every morning at Ft. Zachary Taylor
Beach which is only a few minute drive and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The townhouse itself was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were great and having en-suite bathrooms on each was perfect. I cannot recommend this unit enough! We had the best time in Key West
And can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo unit was lovely and immaculate. It was ideally located to most activities and attractions. The neighborhood and grounds were nicely landscaped and the gated neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. The pool was lovely although a bit small and crowded when we went. The rental staff was helpful. Overall, staying here was a wonderfully relaxing experience. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this townhome. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The rental is very well maintained. We rented bikes but barely used them as the location was super convenient to all our plans. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The rental agency was very responsive.

The condo was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to most things which was great since parking is almost non existent anywhere in Key West.
Condo itself was small but comfortable-plenty big for was excellent which was definitely needed. Beach towles were supplied and beds comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained. Would rent this property again.

I was a little worried this would be too small for us, but it worked out perfect! We stayed here w/ our two daughters- 12 and 14. We rented bikes for the week and were able to easily get anywhere we wanted. The Truman Annex neighborhood is adorable!

The property description is accurate, it is close to Duval and Mallory Sts. The location had broken tiles covered by a rug in the bedroom. The landscaping outside could use some clean up and maintenance in the back yard.

Very nice place in a centrally located part of Key West. You can get most anywhere of interest on the "touristy" part of the island by bike, which you can rent and have delivered right to the door. Off the beaten path enough to get away from the busiest tourist and bar centers but close enough if you want to go and explore those areas. You'll need a car if you want to get groceries.

This place is in a great location from Duval and Fort Zachary beach, but quiet as well. Nice amenities with well stocked kitchen. Beach accessories, towels and grill. This condo is in a great central area - walkable to the Zachary Taylor state park and beach (beautiful) and all the tourist sites and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - very quiet and shady in the morning. Would suggest getting an outdoor umbrella for shade in the afternoon. We used the beach chairs but they are very old and rusty - recommend replacing. 1 bathroom was hard at times but we knew this when we reserved. Property management was very professional and excellent with communication. Would recommend!

Southard Sunset is in the Shipyard of Truman Annex. You can"t find a more perfect location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, 1 block to Duval street, short walk to Fort Zackary. The condo itself was as advertised, check in process was seamless, the condo was spotless, and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. This is such an amazing location if you want to do anything at all in Old Town--a 2 minute walk from Green Parrot, a 10-minute walk from the beach at Fort Zach. This place has a very serviceable kitchen too (we made 4 of 7 meals in it.)

If you do need anything, it's easy to get resolved. For example, the grill is electric and we couldn't find the extension cord for it, but the property manager responded to a text really quickly with the info we needed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Truman annex rental. The condo was clean, well organized. The air conditioning working very well and the availability of laundry was a plus. It is good walking distance to most everything that we wanted to do.

Location was perfect ... would highly recommend.
I was a little worried this would be too small for us, but it worked out perfect! We stayed here w/ our two daughters- 12 and 14. We rented bikes for the week and were able to easily get anywhere we wanted. The Truman Annex neighborhood is adorable!

The condo was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to most things which was great since parking is almost non existent anywhere in Key West.
Condo itself was small but comfortable-plenty big for was excellent which was definitely needed. Beach towles were supplied and beds comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained. Would rent this property again.

The condo was lovely! Just the perfect size for us. Good location to pool and walking distance to Duvall and surrounding areas. Property manager was super helpful and very reachable. An overall perfect trip! If I had any complaint, it would be that the parking space is a little far away but when you eat and drink alot, the extra steps are good!

The property description is accurate, it is close to Duval and Mallory Sts. The location had broken tiles covered by a rug in the bedroom. The landscaping outside could use some clean up and maintenance in the back yard.

We just spent a week in Key West and had a very good experience. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean when we arrived. The best part is the location. We walked to Duval St daily and didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This condo is in a great central area - walkable to the Zachary Taylor state park and beach (beautiful) and all the tourist sites and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - very quiet and shady in the morning. Would suggest getting an outdoor umbrella for shade in the afternoon. We used the beach chairs but they are very old and rusty - recommend replacing. 1 bathroom was hard at times but we knew this when we reserved. Property management was very professional and excellent with communication. Would recommend!

Southard Sunset is in the Shipyard of Truman Annex. You can"t find a more perfect location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, 1 block to Duval street, short walk to Fort Zackary. The condo itself was as advertised, check in process was seamless, the condo was spotless, and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The condo manager was helpful and was available for any questions we had. Overall, we were very pleased and had a wonderful time in Key West.

This is such an amazing location if you want to do anything at all in Old Town--a 2 minute walk from Green Parrot, a 10-minute walk from the beach at Fort Zach. This place has a very serviceable kitchen too (we made 4 of 7 meals in it.)

If you do need anything, it's easy to get resolved. For example, the grill is electric and we couldn't find the extension cord for it, but the property manager responded to a text really quickly with the info we needed.

Very nice place in a centrally located part of Key West. You can get most anywhere of interest on the "touristy" part of the island by bike, which you can rent and have delivered right to the door. Off the beaten path enough to get away from the busiest tourist and bar centers but close enough if you want to go and explore those areas. You'll need a car if you want to get groceries.

This place is in a great location from Duval and Fort Zachary beach, but quiet as well. Nice amenities with well stocked kitchen. Beach accessories, towels and grill. The patio was lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail. The pool was wonderful! The property manager checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of as well.

Centrally located in a secure area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Great house, extremely up to date and clean. The upstairs and downstairs washer and dryers were a great help. The pool is a little small, but great for kids. I taught my 3 year old granddaughter to swim in this pool.

This house was in a great location. We could walk everywhere. The house was newly renovated in a bright, clean, classy way. We loved the floor plan. Two masters and two family rooms were amazing. The back yard is very small with little sun. If you enjoy laying out this would not work. If you enjoy being outside sitting around a cocktail pool to relax the outside space is perfect.

Centrally located in a secure area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Great house, extremely up to date and clean. The upstairs and downstairs washer and dryers were a great help. The pool is a little small, but great for kids. I taught my 3 year old granddaughter to swim in this pool.

We spent a great February at Sea Forever. The house was all that we could hope for, with wonderful porches and decks so that we could maximize outdoor time. The location was in sight of the Southernmost Point landmark, which drew crowds of entertaining folks every day. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking very easy. I do wish the layout had been a bit more friendly for multiple cooks, but we worked around it. Bedrooms were comfy and functional, especially the Master, with its extra sitting area. Furnishings were in good repair and attractive, though I found the sofa and dining room chairs a challenge to get comfortable. Parking for 2 cars ended up manageable (try Louisa for a close 2nd space), and the manager of the house was very responsive to any issues that arose. We even got a new W&D mid stay! All-in-all this house was everything that we hoped for, and we would not hesitate to return!

By far the nicest house we’ve rented in the last five years. The kitchen was FULLY equipped and the entire home was perfect. Loved they house, pool, privacy, kitchen, and living area. 2 blocks to the southern most point on private dead end street. Plenty of storage and a great pantry off of the kitchen! Bathrooms were all very nice except for the master bedroom, which was the only bathroom that wasn't amazing. Window treatments and bedroom furnishings were blah, but other than that 5 stars! Hope to come back next year :)

Latitute Adjustment has been the best home we have rented in all the years of vacationing the Florida keys. To our pleasant surprise the pictures Do Not do it justice. This house is very spacious, and the back yard is Gorgeous! The location is a close bike ride or walk to Duval.

This one bedroom condo has been lovingly restored to envelop you in all its simple charm. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Come unwind in this cozy layout on the first floor with delightful accents and vintage Dade County walls throughout. Large windows attract incredible natural lighting in this cheery space with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV for lazy afternoons. Perch the doors open to a light filled sunroom to get lost in your favorite novel. A fully equipped kitchen allows for all your meal prep and cocktail crafting. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… A queen guest room features a comfy canopy bed and plush bedding with a TV for a perfect night's sleep. A very stylish en suite bathroom will wash your cares away which offers a shower. This unit also has its own private washer and dryer. OUTDOOR LIVING… A second entrance from the kitchen area takes you out to your outdoor tropical oasis. Steps away you will find a friendly community pool with plenty of loungers to soak up the island rays and seating to dine al fresco. Park your bike on the side of the building and stroll in town to meet old friends and new.  PETS... Pets are not considered at this home. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates. BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last).  We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more.  They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s). Salty Kisses was ideal for our week in Key West. When we arrived we were impressed by just how clean and new everything was. The decor was great... it made us want to spend much more time there. Salty Kisses - we have stayed in Truman Annex multiple times and this may be the best rental we have had. The unit was much nicer than the photos online. The place was ready and clean, smelled fresh and new when we arrived . Seamless entry and exit for the property. The upgraded windows and doors made for a quiet stay. Communication with Whitney was great and she was very responsive.
We would highly recommend this property !

The decor was beautiful and may you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. The location was perfect, you could walk, ride a bike or have fun with a golf cart going to see sunset at Mallory Square, or getting a sloppy joe at Sloppy Joes!! Our favorite watering hole is Green Parrot. The property management was exceptional and the concierge company that is affiliated with them was very helpful as well. I will be sure to be back again.

This rental is very clean, bright and cheery, close to everything, easy walking access, close to pool and had everything we needed. We used uber when we needed to go further away and they come right to the parking area in back of the cottage. We also used instacart. Everything was perfect and quiet !

We loved our stay here. Felt safe in the Truman Annex, location is perfect walking distance for all that Duval has to offer. Beach at Fort Zachary was breath taking, used the beach chairs in the condo which was so convenient. Pool was so relaxing and other friendly guests with great local recommendations. Felt like a home away from home away from the stresses of life. Would love to stay here again!

Very nice condo. Great location. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. The only negative was that the queen bed could use a new mattress. Too soft and you roll to the middle of the bed.

The decor was beautiful and may you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. The location was perfect, you could walk, ride a bike or have fun with a golf cart going to see sunset at Mallory Square, or getting a sloppy joe at Sloppy Joes!! Our favorite watering hole is Green Parrot. The property management was exceptional and the concierge company that is affiliated with them was very helpful as well. I will be sure to be back again.

Salty Kisses - we have stayed in Truman Annex multiple times and this may be the best rental we have had. The unit was much nicer than the photos online. The place was ready and clean, smelled fresh and new when we arrived . Seamless entry and exit for the property. The upgraded windows and doors made for a quiet stay. Communication with Whitney was great and she was very responsive.
We would highly recommend this property !

Salty Kisses was ideal for our week in Key West. When we arrived we were impressed by just how clean and new everything was. The decor was great... it made us want to spend much more time there. The location made for an easy and pleasant walk to almost anywhere near the Truman Annex. The beds were very comfortable. And Best of Key West Rentals made the whole process very easy. We were very happy with our rental. It was clean, well maintained, and well stocked with needed items. It was furnished and decorated nicely. This rental is very clean, bright and cheery, close to everything, easy walking access, close to pool and had everything we needed. We used uber when we needed to go further away and they come right to the parking area in back of the cottage. We also used instacart. Everything was perfect and quiet !

We loved our stay here. Felt safe in the Truman Annex, location is perfect walking distance for all that Duval has to offer. Beach at Fort Zachary was breath taking, used the beach chairs in the condo which was so convenient. Pool was so relaxing and other friendly guests with great local recommendations. Felt like a home away from home away from the stresses of life. Would love to stay here again!

Very nice condo. Great location. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. The only negative was that the queen bed could use a new mattress. Too soft and you roll to the middle of the bed.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a kitchen saves money on having to eat out all the time so that’s a big plus for us. The 2 balconies are also a nice bonus. The place was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The area is right by Fort Zachary so it’s quiet but yet on,y a couple blocks from Duval where all the activities are. I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed in the Quarterdeck for a month. We had two issues when we arrived that Truman & Company responded to immediately; the plumbing issue was resolved in less than 24 hours while the cable box issue took 3 days but that was because we had to wait for an appointment with the cable company. We loved the location, however, the rental unit needs some updating. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. The mattresses in both bedrooms are beginning to sag in the middle. The bathroom lacks counterspace and storage; the faucet in the shower was the plumbing issue and had to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate. The vacuum didn't pick up the dirt on the floor. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Truman & Company was wonderful to work with.

This was in a great location - simple accommodations with excellent location. The only negative was not about this particular condo - just the overall complex - the pool is super small and basic for the number of condos in the Shipyard. We were here during a slow time of year and the pool was super crowded with no chairs available - says only 25 person capacity...the overall occupancy of the complex is in the hundreds at least. I recommend this property for the cleanliness and the location, not for the amenities of the overall complex.

Great location to explore Key West. Easy walk or bike ride to beaches, restaurants and attractions. We chose because on second floor, but that does mean steps. We knew we would enjoy covered deck areas and always feels more private on second level than ground level.

Would not recommend bringing kids. Association has many restrictions at pool and Key West beaches are small. Not a lot of activities in town for them. Shops, restaurants and bars cater to adult customers.

We chose this unit because of it’s location and it’s amenities. We were able to walk to most everything. Free, assigned parking is a huge perk in Key West! We spent most sunsets on the Truman waterfront. The farmer’s market was great! Loved the street corn and plants we bought. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony.

Nice & clean beautiful place to stay. It was the perfect place on the island for everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend unless climbing a steep set of steps is hard for you as this is a second floor condo. The second floor has 2 balconies which is a plus. You can sit on the back balcony and watch the iguanas sunning.

My wife and I had a great vacation. The unit was ready early and everything was spotless and as expected. We have stayed at the Shipyard in the past because of the location and amenities. Everything is in easy walking distance.The manager was in constant communication through the app and we would highly recommend any future renters to add it to their devices.
Our only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needs to be repaired.

My husband and I stayed in the Quarterdeck for 2 weeks beginning August 19th. We like this unit because it is an end unit and seems very quiet. Also, there is a secure place to park your car and the parking lot is gated. Just a couple of blocks away and you are walking distance to restaurants and things to do in Old Town. The condo has an excellent kitchen area and a very good washer/dryer. It is a second floor unit so only downside is if you can’t climb stairs. I would rent this unit again when coming back to Key West.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the Quarterdeck. Location had a view of the water where we watched cruise ships come by periodically. Quick walk across to the park or even Fort Zachary Taylor. Only a couple blocks off of Duval. Don't miss Blue Heaven for breakfast or Blue Macaw for appetizers (lobster spinach dip was fantastic). Quarterdeck had all ammenities we needed and was clean and bright. Pool area was perfect where we met lots of great people each day. Brian with management kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to get us a later checkout so we didn't have to spend more time at the airport. We can't wait to return!

The Quarterdeck holds no surprises. The condo is exactly as pictured online. It was very clean, well kept and had everything you would need.The property is full of lush landscape and palm trees...very tranquil. We were able to watch the beautiful sunsets and float preparations for the Fantasy Fest parade from the back balcony. Brian, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. We had an awesome time at The Quarterdeck, the Truman Annex is full of lush landscape and palm trees and is very peaceful.We were able to watch the cruise ships come into dock as we sat on the rear balcony. We were close to everything. The apartment was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Management, Concierge team and Brian were all very helpful and willing to assist. We can't wait to return, we loved it.

This was our first stay at a condo and we loved it. The location was perfect, not far from Duval and centrally located to almost everything on the island. Check in/out instructions were timely and easy to follow. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cool, but the bravest of us managed to get in it. We would definitely recommend this property.

Colorful, fun patterns fill the rental with life while the furnishings provide a comfortable gathering space for your group. The sunny deck overlooks the distance views of the ocean through the lush trees but can also be a shady retreat with the help of an awning.  This unit is accessed via one flight of stairs. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS… The Quarterdeck’s open floor plan and ample seating provides the perfect space for your group to enjoy together. Curl up on the couch and watch a movie on the flat screen, gather around the dining table to play a game or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… Both guest rooms have a comfortable queen bed with extra drawers built into the bed frames for maximum storage space! Each room has a closet with lots of hanging space a flat screen TV, tile throughout and new paint for a fresh, clean feel.  DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Settled in the manicured, gated community of The Shipyard, this location offers guests a peaceful spot to relax just a block from all the action! The Shipyard also offers a beautiful community pool lined with lounge chairs perfect for soaking up the sun. Parking is always an issue in Old Town, but this condo comes with its own designated parking space (vehicle cannot exceed 18 ft.) OUTDOOR LIVING… Open the French doors to the back deck letting in the great breezes and sun rays that fill the space throughout the day. This wonderful extension to the living space has a table for two where you can have your morning coffee or enjoy a cocktail after a long day of exploring. We had a nice visit. The onsite parking was definitely a plus. The central location made walking around quite easy. It’s usually nice to have a few things in the cupboards like salt and pepper, garlic salt oil and vinegar, coffee filters......

Very nice condo. It was a great location with easy access to all of old town. The Conceirge service was very helpful and response. We were very pleased to the overall experience.

Nice quiet condo just a few blocks off Duval and from the waterfront. Plenty of space for a couple or family with one child. Best of Key West Rentals was great in setting up excursions and tours.

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit. Perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room to spread out. Having a kitchen saves money on having to eat out all the time so that’s a big plus for us. The 2 balconies are also a nice bonus. The place was very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. The area is right by Fort Zachary so it’s quiet but yet on,y a couple blocks from Duval where all the activities are. I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed.

This was in a great location - simple accommodations with excellent location. The only negative was not about this particular condo - just the overall complex - the pool is super small and basic for the number of condos in the Shipyard. We were here during a slow time of year and the pool was super crowded with no chairs available - says only 25 person capacity...the overall occupancy of the complex is in the hundreds at least. I recommend this property for the cleanliness and the location, not for the amenities of the overall complex.

We stayed in the Quarterdeck for a month. We had two issues when we arrived that Truman & Company responded to immediately; the plumbing issue was resolved in less than 24 hours while the cable box issue took 3 days but that was because we had to wait for an appointment with the cable company. We loved the location, however, the rental unit needs some updating. The living room sofa needs to be replaced. The mattresses in both bedrooms are beginning to sag in the middle. The bathroom lacks counterspace and storage; the faucet in the shower was the plumbing issue and had to be replaced. The kitchen was adequate. The vacuum didn't pick up the dirt on the floor. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Truman & Company was wonderful to work with.

My husband and I stayed in the Quarterdeck for 2 weeks beginning August 19th. We like this unit because it is an end unit and seems very quiet. Also, there is a secure place to park your car and the parking lot is gated. Just a couple of blocks away and you are walking distance to restaurants and things to do in Old Town. The condo has an excellent kitchen area and a very good washer/dryer. It is a second floor unit so only downside is if you can’t climb stairs. I would rent this unit again when coming back to Key West.

My wife and I had a great vacation. The unit was ready early and everything was spotless and as expected. We have stayed at the Shipyard in the past because of the location and amenities. Everything is in easy walking distance.The manager was in constant communication through the app and we would highly recommend any future renters to add it to their devices.
Our only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and needs to be repaired.

We chose this unit because of it’s location and it’s amenities. We were able to walk to most everything. Free, assigned parking is a huge perk in Key West! We spent most sunsets on the Truman waterfront. The farmer’s market was great! Loved the street corn and plants we bought. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and evenings on the balcony.

Great location to explore Key West. Easy walk or bike ride to beaches, restaurants and attractions. We chose because on second floor, but that does mean steps. We knew we would enjoy covered deck areas and always feels more private on second level than ground level.

Would not recommend bringing kids. Association has many restrictions at pool and Key West beaches are small. Not a lot of activities in town for them. Shops, restaurants and bars cater to adult customers.

This was our first stay at a condo and we loved it. The location was perfect, not far from Duval and centrally located to almost everything on the island. Check in/out instructions were timely and easy to follow. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cool, but the bravest of us managed to get in it. The Quarterdeck holds no surprises. The condo is exactly as pictured online. It was very clean, well kept and had everything you would need.The property is full of lush landscape and palm trees...very tranquil. We were able to watch the beautiful sunsets and float preparations for the Fantasy Fest parade from the back balcony. Brian, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. We had an awesome time at The Quarterdeck, the Truman Annex is full of lush landscape and palm trees and is very peaceful.We were able to watch the cruise ships come into dock as we sat on the rear balcony. Very much enjoyed our stay at the Quarterdeck. Location had a view of the water where we watched cruise ships come by periodically. Quick walk across to the park or even Fort Zachary Taylor. Only a couple blocks off of Duval. Don't miss Blue Heaven for breakfast or Blue Macaw for appetizers (lobster spinach dip was fantastic). Quarterdeck had all ammenities we needed and was clean and bright. Pool area was perfect where we met lots of great people each day. Brian with management kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed and was able to get us a later checkout so we didn't have to spend more time at the airport. We can't wait to return!

Our stay at this property was excellent! Everything was very clean and in good working order. I don't know about any of the TV's because we never turned any of them on. It is a very comfortable and inviting place to stay. I was very impressed with how nice and modern the kitchen is as well as the washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. The pillows are not firm enough for my taste but pillows are pretty personal. The pool and the grounds were amazing - always very clean and neat. In a nutshell I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The property was clean, bright, and well-maintained. The location was perfect! We rented bikes and everything was easily accessible especially Fort Zachary (best beach and great sunsets) and many restaurants. The property management team was top notch - incredibly responsive to all of our questions before arrival and they sent a text message on arrival day with additional contact information.

We had a wonderful week in Key West. Quarterdeck was just what we needed, clean, secure, and in a quiet area. Brian the property manager was very attentive to our needs and concerns. Beds are firmer than we are accustomed to. There was construction outside, but we were not bothered as we were not there much during the day. We would stay here again if we return to Key West in the near future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Quarterdeck, thank you so much! The house is furnished beautiful and extremely well kept, it has all amenities that one needs and it is in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood. We loved it so much, we would have liked to stay there for good. On top of that, everything that you want to see is within walking distance, so you can leave the car in the parking lot. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. All in all, we had a lovely time and immediately felt at home. There is no way the property could improve. It was excellent! Don't change anything! Regarding activities we enjoyed very much just walking aroung old Key West, where every single house is so beautiful. We also took a tour on the conch train, which was very informative, visited the Audubon and Hemmingway houses, the shipwreck and butterfly museum. We loved to dine at Caroline's and the Hard Rock Caf. We also took a boat tour to the dolphins and snokeled the reef. I would recommend this vacation and especially this property to all my friends!

This was my 3rd.time staying here. As always the place was great, the location is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. This time I want to go over the staff, Kim, Melanie and especially Whitney were fantastic.The wi-fi started to act up on a Friday. I let them know thinking it would be Monday before anyone would be out. They came right out and had it fixed in an hour. I was completely blown away. Then the weather started messing with my schedule with cancelled flights. They worked with the owners and were able to accommodate my changing schedule. I was really impressed. I thank all of you for everything.

We were blown away by this little gem. Perfect location. Easy walk and bike to anywhere on the island. We did have a car and had NO problem finding street parking although you really don't need a car. Rental contact is spot on and quick to respond. Nicest people you will ever meet.

I’ve been coming down to Key West for the past twenty years and have rented many houses over this time. Over the years, we have stayed in the Seaport area since this feels more like a way of life and not just a few days of vacation. This particular rental location was fabulous! A one-bedroom big enough for 2-3 people with all the necessary amenities. We used the gas BBQ and shared pool many times during our stay. Upon our arrival, everything was clean and easy to access all areas. Since we rented for one month, the scheduled mid-cleanup gave us more time to use the pool.
These units are individually owned so some owners are always around if you need information about the area and what is available to you as “A Local”. People are always friendly in Key West. This goes without saying, the staff at Best of Key West Rentals is wonderful. They are all very professional, helpful and understanding. During our stay, the A/C stopped working on a Sunday evening. We called our management staff and they had someone there within an hour, who was also able to fix our problem. Staff informed us every step of the way about what to do upon arrival and departure.
We would definitely recommend this property and any other properties which are managed by Best of Key West Rentals.

Super cute, cozy place, close to everything. Location was the biggest bonus during our stay. The place is small, ideal for 2 to 3 people, and is very simple. The pool is a nice extra feature, well maintained and clean. There is a grill on the side for cooking and eating outside. The owners were very responsive, and the manager of the place was most helpful with anything we needed. Made a big difference. Overall a pleasant stay.

Newly decorated throughout with the feel of home.  Nicely equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals.  There is a high top table with storage for wine glasses galore so our wine lover won't run out!  Flat screen tvs in both the living room and bedroom.   SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS..... Queen bedroom just beyond the living area also has a separate entrance to the house for a quiet couple's hideaway.  Queen size pull out couch in the living room to accommodate your overnight guests. This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood.  Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). Great little house, and grounds. The location is great, and is easy to get anywhere on the island you need to. We had one issue with the A/C during our stay, but Brian the property manager had it taken care of within 2 hours. We had an excellent stay, and would return again.

MARITIME-INSPIRED LIVING… Come unwind in this desirable retreat, tucked in a quiet and private lane just a stone's throw from all the excitement of Duval Street. Your location is ideal with swaying palm trees and gentle sea breezes all around. This upscale delight beckons you into your tropical haven beneath the twinkling stars of Key West. Allow your delightful island story to unfold. ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS & AMENITIES… The open concept features a custom gourmet kitchen with luxury appliances and a uniquely furnished living area with inspiring design pieces that invites you to sit for a spell and enjoy the grand yet cozy surroundings. The Master Shaker craftsman-built kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream and the nearby sliding glass doors bring the back yard inside while you concoct your next culinary creation. A large flat screen smart TV invites you to sink down into the plush accommodations and enjoy your favorite movie or sporting event. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… The primary suite offers a plush king bed with an en-suite bathroom and access to the beautiful backyard area. A queen guest room resides steps away with access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom houses a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a shower and access to a private front porch for your morning coffee. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ample closets or dresser drawer space for your unpacking convenience. A loft area above the living space makes a fun place to escape for a good book on the bench or for a quick afternoon nap on one of the two twins beds that can convert to a king. OUTDOOR LIVING... Venture out through the sliding doors to your gorgeous private lanai and pool area that includes an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar, TV and dining area hosting seating for six. Take a dip with a margarita in hand and delight in the beautiful tile work and water feature followed by a rinse in the outdoor shower. Stretch out for a nap in the pool lounge area before firing up the large propane grill for dinner under the bewitching stars. PARKING... The home offers off-street parking for one vehicle. PETS... Dogs ONLY are considered at this home. Please include the size and breed when inquiring. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
