Located on a quiet corner of The Meadows community, you are within biking and walking distance to all of Old Town as well as the Garrison Bight waterfront for exciting boating adventures. ***GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER DETAILS AND AMENITIES… Enter through your private entrance into this open and inviting pied a terre. Sink down into the comfortable furnishings of the living area and enjoy your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted TV or fall asleep reading your favorite novel as the sultry sunshine warms you through the large French doors that lead to your backyard oasis. The living area opens to the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, equipped with butcher block counters, stainless appliances and all of the culinary tools you need to create a fabulous meal. A table for 4 in the spacious kitchen invites you and your loved ones to dine in cozy comfort. Wash the day off in the renovated bathroom with a double sink vanity and glass-door shower. A separate laundry room with built-in cabinetry offers additional storage space for your essentials. A separate 108 square foot cottage lies in the backyard for your al fresco enjoyment (it is not air-conditioned), and has a sofa. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS… The charming king bedroom will soothe your senses, inviting you to rest after your day of fun and frivolity. A large wall-mounted TV tempts you to nestle down in your plush bedding for bingeworthy tv viewing. A sofa sleeper resides in the living area so you can invite friends or family to join you. You'll want to stay a while at this small but mighty jewel! PARKING... This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates. PETS... Dogs are considered at 45 lb. or less and a maximum of 2 per the HOA of the property. A pet fee is required. Please make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, and include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived through the last day of our stay. The rental was bright, airy, spacious and very clean. For us the location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of Duval, with just a short $10 Uber ride to and from. The twenty-somethings were more than fine with that.
The pool was exceptional, large enough to swim laps. We never had an "iguana pool issue" as the dog kept them at bay throughout. And our dog was constantly entertained by the geckos out front. Our property manager, Shana, was competent and most friendly. This is unquestionably a 5-star rental!!! My only criticism, albeit minor, is that the pool entrance did not have a railing. Needing a hip replacement rendered entry somewhat problematic.

An exciting experience to live the key west lifestyle. The home exceeded our expectations... a great layout, including a pool that is larger than most. I was able to work in the home office on the 2nd floor while the family chilled out back, enjoyed mango's onsite, rode bikes around the island, and brought fish home from a deep sea adventure. Easy walking distance to grocery, breakfast, and a wonderful food truck. Overall, a clean, maintained property.

This is a beautiful overall property with a great property manager! The outdoor space is just as described-lush, private, beautiful lighting and pool with great grill, lounge chairs and eating area. There is a good bit of construction noise but there is a lot of construction in KW. Airplanes fly close by much of the day but we got to where we enjoyed that. The kitchen is well-appointed, bright and open with great extra appliances like Keurig, coffee maker, tea pot, blender. It has a beautiful décor and open floor plan. Added fun extras like bright beach towels, playing cards, candles, books, etc. make it very welcoming. On-site parking is a bonus but because this home is only 1/3 mile from Higgs Beach (sunrise, sunset, pickleball), a mile from Southernmost Point and 2 miles to Duvall waterfront, we only drove to pick up airport friends and groceries. Everywhere else we walked or rode bikes. It’s the BEST WAY to enjoy the wonderfully friendly, fun island.
The backyard is 5 stars! The property manager is 5 stars! The only reason we give 4 overall stars instead of 5 is because of a few issues (some rotten windows and front decking for example) that are not expected for this type of lovely property. All of the bedrooms face Flagler Ave, which is a busy street with constant lights at night so blackout curtains would greatly enhance stay.

We embraced the popular happy hours and did everything outside! Some of our faves: Two Friends, Salty Frog and Conch Republic. Santiago Bodega has wonderful food and service. Make a happy hour reservation. Antonia’s has an amazing dinner (sat at bar), Sloppy Joe’s is a must (go see our friend Larry of Sloppy Seconds). Make a reservation at Better Than Sex for dessert and Latitudes for brunch. Check out El Siboney for the Cuban, Blue Heaven for a Bacon Avocado Benedict, SaraBeth’s for Key Lime French Toast, and the sandwich stand or Brady's 2 blocks away. Check out the farmers markets on Sun & Th.

I traveled with my parents and two children, the kids and I stayed the entire 4 weeks while my parents, husband and brother stopped in during the four weeks we were there. I work full time remote and the office set up was perfect. I could work during the day and still listen the kids playing in the pool. Being in Key West while working made it a great way to truly experience the key west culture and lifestyle. Each evening after work, we made sure to get out and about. The layout of the house was great as it felt like each room was separate from the other and that you had your own private space. The location was perfect for our family, since we had children with us, we didn’t want to be at the heart of Duval street, but we were still so close to everything- a short scooter ride away. The pool was one of the bigger ones I noticed and was perfect for the entire family, having a deeper end for jumping in. The iguanas were all over the place! Coming from Kentucky, this was a really cool thing to watch. The down side is they poop a lot on the deck, but every morning we would take the hose and wash it off. We did end up moving the chairs under the upper deck to keep the poop off them. We also travelled with dogs; the owner and property management company were really flexible with us on our request. My family and I loved our time here and I would highly recommend others take the time to live the key west life

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for my wife and our two children. Upscale house and furnishings. One of a kind backyard and pool. Extremely spacious for Key West. Quiet and serene locations but perfectly situated and near everything that Key West offers in the way of restaurants, bars, and nightlife. This beautiful centrally located home is walkable to the marina, Duval Street, southernmost area allowing a variety of activities without using a vehicle. The home is beautiful and relaxing. The well stocked kitchen has everything we have needed to cook. The backyard privacy, with the foliage, landscaping and pool, make a quiet retreat for pure enjoyment and escape.

BSD is an incredibly beautiful home situated in one of Key Wests best neighborhoods. Everything in the home is high end, new, and well taken care of. The layout of the house is exceptional with one bed and 2 baths down with the main kitchen and den. 2 beds and 2 baths are upstairs with a sitting room and kitchenette in between. The pool and pool area are amazing and so very private. I could not have asked for a better home to have rented for a month.

Please inquire prior to booking or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in the comment. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... Staying in the Truman Annex is an easy way to experience Key West. Great location, quiet and well maintained property. The unit was excellent for the 2 of us on a week stay. This is slow season because of the brutal heat, potential for storms and lots of places are closed for the month. Plenty to do though, so if smaller crowds are your thing, this would be a great time.

We've stayed in Truman Annex the last four years and it is a great location. This was perfect for the 2 of us. everything was as described and we loved it.

We did have an issue with the electronic lock on the last day, and while the electronic lock is great - don't have to worry about forgetting a key - when it doesn't work you are locked out with no recourse. Fortunately it was the morning of our departure and we were just getting ready to leave, so we can't comment on how long it might take for something like that to get resolved.

The location of The Good Life is perfect! Close to all the places we like to go. The condo is very small but perfect for two. It was very clean. The bath and kitchen are updated and very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. The furnishings are not good. Sooo outdated and worn. The king bed was very comfortable but needs a headboard that is king size. Queen size doesn't cut it. The carpeting just needs to go away. It's awful. The balcony is lovely! Spacious and so private. Our property manager was great! So helpful and always returned our calls immediately.

Our cozy apartment was perfectly located within the Truman Annex . We were just a couple of blocks away from the crowds on Duvall, Mallory Square, and the Fort complex. It was so quiet and peaceful at the annex, and we felt very safe. We weren’t that far from the Harbor Walk and walked there as well for our snorkel trip. When we needed a ride to Smathers Beach or elsewhere, we hailed an Uber or taxi. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and coffee in the morning. Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well.

This unit is very comfortable and offers all the comforts of home. The deck is huge and allows privacy due to all of the beautiful landscaping at Truman Annex. Staying in the Truman Annex is an easy way to experience Key West. Great location, quiet and well maintained property. The unit was excellent for the 2 of us on a week stay. This is slow season because of the brutal heat, potential for storms and lots of places are closed for the month. Plenty to do though, so if smaller crowds are your thing, this would be a great time.

The location of The Good Life is perfect! Close to all the places we like to go. The condo is very small but perfect for two. It was very clean. The bath and kitchen are updated and very nice. Kitchen was well appointed. The furnishings are not good. Sooo outdated and worn. The king bed was very comfortable but needs a headboard that is king size. Queen size doesn't cut it. The carpeting just needs to go away. It's awful. The balcony is lovely! Spacious and so private. Our property manager was great! So helpful and always returned our calls immediately.

Our cozy apartment was perfectly located within the Truman Annex . We were just a couple of blocks away from the crowds on Duvall, Mallory Square, and the Fort complex. It was so quiet and peaceful at the annex, and we felt very safe. We weren’t that far from the Harbor Walk and walked there as well for our snorkel trip. When we needed a ride to Smathers Beach or elsewhere, we hailed an Uber or taxi. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and coffee in the morning. Having a washer and dryer was helpful as well.

You can't beat the location. The nieghbors are wonderful and parking is a huge plus. We especially appreciated the big screen TV since our stay was during the Winter Olympics. Management was responsive to our needs. If you like to cook bring your own sharp knives. Great to be a block from the best grocery store on the island - Fausto's, CVS is handy as well as informal/formal dining options. Climate control was excellent as we needed both heat an AC during our stay.

This was our second year staying at Uptown Funk for the month of November and it was excellent. From the cozy layout to the convenient location, it was perfect for us and a few friends to unwind and enjoy all that Key west has to offer. From the week of offshore racing to the fantastic talent at Key West Comedy Club, and all the fantastic places to dine it was a blast! We have been coming to Key West for decades and really enjoyed this spot. Best Of Key West was very helpful with the booking process as well as their concierge service who made our stay more interesting. As owners of several investment rental properties in CT., it is refreshing to have a company manage their properties this well. We will most certainly be returning to Key West!

We are seasoned monthly renters for Key West. We've been renting the month of January for 12 years now and have stayed in all the desirable areas (Casa Marina, Seaport District, Old Town, Mid Town, Upper Duval, Lower Duval, you get the point. And we have stayed in various styles of homes of which all had their own private pools. This was the first January ever that we flew down so did not have a car and the first time we rented a property that did not have a pool. Due to the amazing location of this townhouse, we did not miss either! So let's start there. This is by far the best location of any property we have ever rented. Everything you need is literally just steps away, yet being tucked away on a one-way street you feel like you are in quiet suburbia. The grocery store (Fausto's) is about a 90 second walk down the street. Great restaurants are just as close. Our favorite two spots (Date and Thyme and Old Town Bakery are just up the street). The Funky Rooster Coffee House and Wine Bar is about a five minute walk away and getting to the water is only another minute or two from there. We also rented bikes for our stay which put the entire island at our fingertips. As for the townhouse itself, big props to whoever designed it as they thought of everything. The feel is very island chic with a kitchen that looks like it should be on a magazine cover. The primary bedroom / bathroom with laundry is upstairs (extremely well done) but the walk up is nothing and the rooms up there are bright and airy (two skylights) and very spacious. The bedroom has room darkening shades on the skylights and the bed is as comfortable as they come! Such a nice retreat. Two more bedrooms with a shared bath on the second floor are good sized too and one has a small balcony giving you views of palm trees and the patio below. Speaking of, we spent a lot of time out on the private front patio and had our breakfast and lunch out there nearly every day. There are three other townhomes here and everyone has their own patio out front. We met all the neighbors during our stay and that is part of why we enjoyed this place so much. Such nice neighbors and very respectful of space and sound. This is not a loud party place. The neighbors are full time residents, pretty much stay to themselves but could not have been more friendly. One has an older dog named Simba who we got to know well and we still check up on her today. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. Just don't book it for January as this will be our new spot until we finally buy something :)

This is a lovely condominium. Just a scene in the online pictures. It was clean and nicely laid out. Our only complaint is that the hot water for showers never got more than lukewarm. We contacted the property manager and he came out but advised that the thermostat was set at 140 and left it at that. Quiet part of town, located just off of Higgs beach (about a 3 minute walk). Definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. We enjoyed our stay. One last thing, beware of biting bugs on patio. Definitely use bug spray.

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the property manager, Dan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Traveling with our mothers, both in their 80s, meant we needed some specific necessities. Dan was incredibly responsive and accommodating, arranging for our Amazon order to be ready and waiting upon our arrival. His professionalism and attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The property itself exceeded our expectations. The rental was just as described—if not better! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The grounds of the condo development were well-kept, with daily cleaning ensuring everything was always pristine. The condo was large, bright and clean. We enjoyed the balcony the most. Amazing views and walking distance to the best beach we found. The pool was basically private for our group our entire trip. Checking out at 10 am was a little rough but I'm sure they need that time to clean so it's just as perfect for the next guest. Beds are a little firm for us but that's a personal preference. Also would recommend adding a baking sheet to the nicely appointed kitchen. Overall, we had a great time and were extremely pleased with our choice of accomodations.

We stayed mid-December and could see sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. The deck view is amazing with the ocean right below. All the rooms were clean, very spacious, and super comfortable. We loved all the amenities especially the small handy ones like spices for cooking, beach towels, and laundry detergent. The two pools were very warm and looked directly out onto the ocean with a tennis court that was also marked for pickle ball. The covered parking garage was perfect for parking our bikes, scooters, and golf cart. My favorite was being able to hear the sounds of the ocean all the time.

Beautiful unit, a few things to note

The unit and view were absolutely incredible. The pools were amazing and very quiet. The complex was well maintained and we appreciated the grocery carts and luggage racks. A few things to note, the unit once had a lanai that has now been enclosed and is being used for storage such as towels and pool supplies. This was once the secondary downstairs bedrooms outside access, the slider still remains, but cannot be opened due to the items on the other side and has curtains that remain permanently closed, leaving the bedroom with no natural light. Also, as other reviews have stated, the bathroom for that room has no hot water (it doesn’t get more than luke warm). The stairs to the second floor are very steep and honestly quite dangerous. Lastly, the AC dripped terribly. It left puddles on the floor under some of the vents and in other areas (such as the master bedroom) the dripping sound made sleeping difficult. Lastly, we requested an early check-in as our flight arrived early in the morning. Although the unit was unoccupied the previous day before our stay, the unit was not made available to us early as requested. Also, you have to meet the property manager there to get keys and door code. I prefer a contactless check-in and found that part unnecessary.

This is a lovely condominium. Just a scene in the online pictures. It was clean and nicely laid out. Our only complaint is that the hot water for showers never got more than lukewarm. We contacted the property manager and he came out but advised that the thermostat was set at 140 and left it at that. Quiet part of town, located just off of Higgs beach (about a 3 minute walk). Definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. We enjoyed our stay. One last thing, beware of biting bugs on patio. Definitely use bug spray.

Our recent stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we booked, the property manager, Dan, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Traveling with our mothers, both in their 80s, meant we needed some specific necessities. Dan was incredibly responsive and accommodating, arranging for our Amazon order to be ready and waiting upon our arrival. His professionalism and attentiveness truly set the tone for a wonderful stay.
The property itself exceeded our expectations. The rental was just as described—if not better! It was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The grounds of the condo development were well-kept, with daily cleaning ensuring everything was always pristine. We particularly enjoyed the two stunning pools, which we had almost exclusively to ourselves throughout our stay—an unexpected luxury!

The condo was large, bright and clean. We enjoyed the balcony the most. Amazing views and walking distance to the best beach we found. The pool was basically private for our group our entire trip. Checking out at 10 am was a little rough but I'm sure they need that time to clean so it's just as perfect for the next guest. Beds are a little firm for us but that's a personal preference. Also would recommend adding a baking sheet to the nicely appointed kitchen. Overall, we had a great time and were extremely pleased with our choice of accomodations.

The front bathroom fan is extremely loud, the ice maker doesn’t work and the door to the patio sticks and is extremely hard to open, but the overall cleanliness was very satisfactory, beautiful view, great location.

We stayed mid-December and could see sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening. The deck view is amazing with the ocean right below. All the rooms were clean, very spacious, and super comfortable. We loved all the amenities especially the small handy ones like spices for cooking, beach towels, and laundry detergent. The two pools were very warm and looked directly out onto the ocean with a tennis court that was also marked for pickle ball. The covered parking garage was perfect for parking our bikes, scooters, and golf cart. My favorite was being able to hear the sounds of the ocean all the time.

The property was beautiful. 3 couples rented this unit. It was clean and very well maintained and had all the amenities you could wan. The view was spectacular! The property manager Shana was so attentive and helpful. A bit off all the major activities, but we loved the quiet. Rented a golf cart to get around. Would highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely loved this clean and well appointed spot. Quiet and away from the madness of Duvall St. yet close enough if that’s what you want to do! Private pool is nice. A few “full time” residents that love to get into your business and point out that they know your short term renting.
Besides that, a great spot. We will be back!

Loved the four-bedroom condo. Perfect size for our eight person family including a baby. The outside was comfy and Omg what a beautiful view. Love the private gated community. Love the decor brand new stunning state of the art kitchen! Not one negative thing to say the ocean directly in front not swimmable, but that was brought to our attention before booking! Love the property manager Shwna I believe. So wonderful and helpful.
Our Concierge was Beth who we are obsessed with super professional. Loved everything about it.!

Property manager answered any questions immediately. Place was clean and decorated nicely. Limited supply of paper towels, TP and no spices or cooking oil in fridge so prepare for that.

We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and VRBO’s in Key West over the years, but this was absolutely hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!
My wife and son loved the location, and it’s close as to old town and Duval Street. We spent every morning at Ft. Zachary Taylor
Beach which is only a few minute drive and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The townhouse itself was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were great and having en-suite bathrooms on each was perfect. I cannot recommend this unit enough! We had the best time in Key West
And can’t wait to stay here again.

The condo unit was lovely and immaculate. It was ideally located to most activities and attractions. The neighborhood and grounds were nicely landscaped and the gated neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. The pool was lovely although a bit small and crowded when we went. We had an amazing stay at this townhome. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The rental is very well maintained. We rented bikes but barely used them as the location was super convenient to all our plans. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The rental agency was very responsive.

Set on a cozy lane that is off the beaten path but close enough to walk or ride your bicycle to restaurants, this unique gem offers your much needed tropical R&R! ***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Enter this sparkling, cozy abode through the front gate where a small porch with seating invites you for morning java and sultry island breezes. As you enter, a fully-equipped kitchen greets you which includes an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, and kitchen bar area. Gather, drink and dine around the dining table for 4, then settle in the adjacent living room on your cozy sofa (pulls out as a sleeper) or cushioned chair and enjoy movies on a large flat-screen tv. Two sets of french doors welcome in the warmth and sunshine of tropical living and open to your private patio with grill and outdoor seating for 4. A convenient powder room is also located in the living area. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Travel up the stairs to two en-suite guest rooms when you're ready to rest and refresh for the next day's adventures. The primary bedroom features a king bed with dresser, small flat screen tv, a large closet for storage and hanging clothes and also includes a make-up vanity, ironing board, and iron. The duplex met all my needs. It was decorated like a beach bungalow. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Only thing I didn’t like was how close your neighbors are on each side. Not much privacy.

We’ve stayed at dozens of hotels and VRBO’s in Key West over the years, but this was absolutely hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed!
My wife and son loved the location, and it’s close as to old town and Duval Street. We spent every morning at Ft. Zachary Taylor
Beach which is only a few minute drive and then enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The townhouse itself was spotless when we arrived and had everything we could have wanted. The beds were great and having en-suite bathrooms on each was perfect. I cannot recommend this unit enough! We had the best time in Key West
And can’t wait to stay here again.

In a great location, it is a beautiful, comfortable little condo with a great vibe. The decor is great and everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. The management company (Truman & Co./Best Of Key West Rentals) was absolutely fabulous. Hope to stay there again, with the same management!

The condo unit was lovely and immaculate. It was ideally located to most activities and attractions. The neighborhood and grounds were nicely landscaped and the gated neighborhood felt safe and was quiet at night. The pool was lovely although a bit small and crowded when we went. The rental staff was helpful. Overall, staying here was a wonderfully relaxing experience. We would certainly stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this townhome. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The rental is very well maintained. We rented bikes but barely used them as the location was super convenient to all our plans. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The rental agency was very responsive.

A bright, clean, well furnished 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo. The shared pool was great. Friendly, welcoming annuals that included me and my visitors with kindness. The only negative would be the quality of the back porch steps (unstable and rotting) and the condition of the patio furniture. Paint stuck to us as we sat, it had been repainted too many times.

I was a little worried this would be too small for us, but it worked out perfect! We stayed here w/ our two daughters- 12 and 14. We rented bikes for the week and were able to easily get anywhere we wanted. The Truman Annex neighborhood is adorable!

The condo was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to most things which was great since parking is almost non existent anywhere in Key West.
Condo itself was small but comfortable-plenty big for was excellent which was definitely needed. Beach towles were supplied and beds comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained. Would rent this property again.

The property description is accurate, it is close to Duval and Mallory Sts. The location had broken tiles covered by a rug in the bedroom. The landscaping outside could use some clean up and maintenance in the back yard.

This condo is in a great central area - walkable to the Zachary Taylor state park and beach (beautiful) and all the tourist sites and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - very quiet and shady in the morning. Would suggest getting an outdoor umbrella for shade in the afternoon. We used the beach chairs but they are very old and rusty - recommend replacing. 1 bathroom was hard at times but we knew this when we reserved. Property management was very professional and excellent with communication. Would recommend!

This is such an amazing location if you want to do anything at all in Old Town--a 2 minute walk from Green Parrot, a 10-minute walk from the beach at Fort Zach. This place has a very serviceable kitchen too (we made 4 of 7 meals in it.)

If you do need anything, it's easy to get resolved. For example, the grill is electric and we couldn't find the extension cord for it, but the property manager responded to a text really quickly with the info we needed.

Southard Sunset is in the Shipyard of Truman Annex. You can"t find a more perfect location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, 1 block to Duval street, short walk to Fort Zackary. The condo itself was as advertised, check in process was seamless, the condo was spotless, and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The condo manager was helpful and was available for any questions we had. Overall, we were very pleased and had a wonderful time in Key West.

Very nice place in a centrally located part of Key West. You can get most anywhere of interest on the "touristy" part of the island by bike, which you can rent and have delivered right to the door. Off the beaten path enough to get away from the busiest tourist and bar centers but close enough if you want to go and explore those areas. You'll need a car if you want to get groceries.

This place is in a great location from Duval and Fort Zachary beach, but quiet as well. Nice amenities with well stocked kitchen. Beach accessories, towels and grill. A bright, clean, well furnished 2 bedroom and 1 bath condo. The shared pool was great. Friendly, welcoming annuals that included me and my visitors with kindness. The only negative would be the quality of the back porch steps (unstable and rotting) and the condition of the patio furniture. Paint stuck to us as we sat, it had been repainted too many times.

Lovely two bedroom unit, exceptionally clean and well provisioned, nice outdoor real patio, and so convenient to anything one wants to do in Key West. Host was very accommodating and communicative regarding anything we asked. Favorite spots: Butterfly and Nature Conservatory, Fort Zachary Taylor Beach, Truman Park, Fritta’s Cuban Burgers, Moondog Cafe, Frenchies Cafe, Higgs Beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Truman annex rental. The condo was clean, well organized. The air conditioning working very well and the availability of laundry was a plus. It is good walking distance to most everything that we wanted to do.

Location was perfect ... would highly recommend.
I was a little worried this would be too small for us, but it worked out perfect! We stayed here w/ our two daughters- 12 and 14. We rented bikes for the week and were able to easily get anywhere we wanted. The Truman Annex neighborhood is adorable!

The condo was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to most things which was great since parking is almost non existent anywhere in Key West.
Condo itself was small but comfortable-plenty big for was excellent which was definitely needed. Beach towles were supplied and beds comfortable. The complex itself is very well maintained. Would rent this property again.

The condo was lovely! Just the perfect size for us. Good location to pool and walking distance to Duvall and surrounding areas. Property manager was super helpful and very reachable. An overall perfect trip! If I had any complaint, it would be that the parking space is a little far away but when you eat and drink alot, the extra steps are good!

The property description is accurate, it is close to Duval and Mallory Sts. The location had broken tiles covered by a rug in the bedroom. The landscaping outside could use some clean up and maintenance in the back yard.

We just spent a week in Key West and had a very good experience. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean when we arrived. The best part is the location. We walked to Duval St daily and didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This condo is in a great central area - walkable to the Zachary Taylor state park and beach (beautiful) and all the tourist sites and restaurants in town. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - very quiet and shady in the morning. Would suggest getting an outdoor umbrella for shade in the afternoon. We used the beach chairs but they are very old and rusty - recommend replacing. 1 bathroom was hard at times but we knew this when we reserved. Property management was very professional and excellent with communication. Would recommend!

Southard Sunset is in the Shipyard of Truman Annex. You can"t find a more perfect location. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants, 1 block to Duval street, short walk to Fort Zackary. The condo itself was as advertised, check in process was seamless, the condo was spotless, and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The condo manager was helpful and was available for any questions we had. Overall, we were very pleased and had a wonderful time in Key West.

This is such an amazing location if you want to do anything at all in Old Town--a 2 minute walk from Green Parrot, a 10-minute walk from the beach at Fort Zach. This place has a very serviceable kitchen too (we made 4 of 7 meals in it.)

If you do need anything, it's easy to get resolved. For example, the grill is electric and we couldn't find the extension cord for it, but the property manager responded to a text really quickly with the info we needed.

Very nice place in a centrally located part of Key West. You can get most anywhere of interest on the "touristy" part of the island by bike, which you can rent and have delivered right to the door. Off the beaten path enough to get away from the busiest tourist and bar centers but close enough if you want to go and explore those areas. You'll need a car if you want to get groceries.

This place is in a great location from Duval and Fort Zachary beach, but quiet as well. Nice amenities with well stocked kitchen. Beach accessories, towels and grill. The patio was lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail. The pool was wonderful! The property manager checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of as well.

Centrally located in a secure area. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Great house, extremely up to date and clean. The upstairs and downstairs washer and dryers were a great help. The pool is a little small, but great for kids. I taught my 3 year old granddaughter to swim in this pool.

We spent a great February at Sea Forever. The house was all that we could hope for, with wonderful porches and decks so that we could maximize outdoor time. The location was in sight of the Southernmost Point landmark, which drew crowds of entertaining folks every day. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking very easy. I do wish the layout had been a bit more friendly for multiple cooks, but we worked around it. Bedrooms were comfy and functional, especially the Master, with its extra sitting area. Furnishings were in good repair and attractive, though I found the sofa and dining room chairs a challenge to get comfortable. Parking for 2 cars ended up manageable (try Louisa for a close 2nd space), and the manager of the house was very responsive to any issues that arose. We even got a new W&D mid stay! All-in-all this house was everything that we hoped for, and we would not hesitate to return!

Enter your retreat and pass by a powder room before entering the Great Room. The crisp white-out kitchen comes complete with quartz waterfall-counter island, stainless steel appliances, walls of impact-resistant windows with loads of island sunshine spilling in to brighten your spirits. There is a desk area with a window view that adjoins the kitchen. Enjoy your fresh catch at the dining table with for 4, then scoot across the room to collapse on the roomy sectional and binge on your favorite shows with a nearby Sonos speaker system (also in all bedrooms). SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One downstairs bedroom is just off the living area and has two cozy twin beds (can be converted to a king), with matching bedside tables and reading lamps, large tv, clothing dresser, and hanging closet. The private bathroom features custom floor-to-ceiling tile, glass-door shower with single sink vanity. Travel up the stairs to access two more bedrooms. The first offers a plush queen bed, large TV and a bathroom with floor-to-ceiling tile shower/tub. The third bedroom has a luxurious king bed and sitting area. Two large TVs offer viewing in bed and sitting area. Enjoy another ocean view from your room! A huge walk-in closet stores your clothing and the bathroom offers a double sink vanity, floor-to-ceiling tile and a large glass-door shower with rain shower head. A laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer is included. OUTDOOR LIVING… Lush foliage surrounds the home exterior and lures you outside to your private dipping pool (heated in the winter months), outdoor shower, gas grill and sun lounging chairs. A rooftop terrace and two levels of front porches with seating look out to unobstructed views of the glorious Atlantic vista. PARKING... There is one designated parking space for this home. BOOKING DATES: This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception. PETS... Dogs that are 30 lbs and under are permitted and a pet fee is required. MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival! CANCELLATION... Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

We spent a great February at Sea Forever. The house was all that we could hope for, with wonderful porches and decks so that we could maximize outdoor time. The location was in sight of the Southernmost Point landmark, which drew crowds of entertaining folks every day. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking very easy. I do wish the layout had been a bit more friendly for multiple cooks, but we worked around it. Bedrooms were comfy and functional, especially the Master, with its extra sitting area. Furnishings were in good repair and attractive, though I found the sofa and dining room chairs a challenge to get comfortable. Parking for 2 cars ended up manageable (try Louisa for a close 2nd space), and the manager of the house was very responsive to any issues that arose. We even got a new W&D mid stay! All-in-all this house was everything that we hoped for, and we would not hesitate to return!
