We're having a terrific time. We've been here for 7 weeks with 10 days to go. The location is perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood (the Meadows) but an easy walk or bike ride to anything we want to do. The house itself is bright and airy. The housekeeping and pool/landscaping services are excellent. The property management team has been very helpful and are quick to respond. If we could make some minor suggestions, they would be: to add towel racks to the principal bathrooms and more dishware, especially saucers for the cups, in the kitchen (which is very well-appointed otherwise). The addition of a light over the dining room table would be helpful. We find the living room sofa a bit too deep to be comfortable for TV viewing. These are relatively minor issues and we've loved our stay here.

We rented this house for 3 months, and was close enough to all the action, and also super convenient for parking and access to the park to walk our dogs twice a day. We loved it. Not to mention a pool to cool down in!

Absolutely wonderful stay at the lovely Second Wind Cottage. This was our 5th visit to Key West and Second Wind has been our favorite place the stay so far! Great location, short bike ride or walk to beaches, marinas, restaurants, etc. Convenient to park for walking our labradoodle. The cottage was well appointed, wonderfully landscaped and comfortable. This was our second stay at this deluxe house on Albury Street. The perfect home in Key West. We brought our bikes and never drove our car again for the month. You are an easy bike ride from Duval Street and all it has to offer. Once you are home in this private little oasis the fun really begins. The back yard and pool are very secluded and very beautiful. A tropical heaven!

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS... For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH: Mid-stay clean Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable) Pet fee (if applicable) BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). It was in a good location off on Duval Street. Indoor amenities were spot on. Plenty of room for 10 people to socialize and relax after a day of outdoor activities. However, outdoor pool jets were not working. And parking was very limited to a 1 small car or 1 golf cart. Would of been helpful to have a local map of public parking options. Would of been nice to have the parking and/or golf cart options figured into the price. It took a while to figure all of that out. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have notified the property manager about your comment regarding the pool jets and will have that assessed immediately. The marketing copy for the home states that "A parking space is provided for a compact vehicle, or you could choose to park multiple scooters or a golf cart instead." We put that in there so guests know ahead of time about it. In general, parking is a challenge for many homes on the island and this one is actually fortunate to provide a private off street space as many homes only advertise on street parking as an option. We hope your happy stay in paradise overcame any frustrations you may have had about your parking situation. Our property managers are always reachable for any problems for which you need assistance, such as locating public parking options, and we make sure you have their contact information prior to your arrival. We hope that you will return again as our guest and we thank you so much for your honest and valued input!

You couldn’t ask for a better location- right off Duval! Gorgeous modern 5 bedroom home. Well equipped kitchen. Small plunge pool is awesome (warm)! If you staying for a week closet space for clothes is an issue, so ask for pics if you like to hang everything. Staircase is so pretty! We loved it.

We had a great stay in the home. Incredibly close to Duval and insanely walkable. Comfortable beds and sitting area, with a fully stocked kitchen ready to handle your every need.

Two minor tweaks that would make the stay even better- the addition of towel hooks in the half bath and a full-length mirror somewhere in the home!

The pool/hot tub does look bigger online than it did in the photos and you get very little sun in that location.

It’s a wonderful rental property right in the heart of everything. Was able to check in early and communication with the company was great. Was very clean but there was a definite odor of cigarettes but it wasn’t so bad to ruin our perception of it. Would stay here again, the best place I’ve stayed in key west

It is possible the smell came from outside if the door was open while someone smoking walked by or it was carried into the house from clothes that were exposed to smoke. We loved having you here and hope to host you again next time you visit the island!

Our 1/2 marathon, marathon of fun in Key West was done from this rental and let me say it really was simply the best! From the beautiful home that was decorated in a calming and serene fashion, to the perfect location smack in the middle of Duval Street, it couldn’t get better! The support from Brian our property manager was fantastic and responsive. I would recommend this property to virtually any type of use from family to friends to a little of both as was our experience. The house was clean and had every accoutrement we would have needed. Our only issue was the tile being slippery around the area of entry from the dipping pool where we had some slips. Overall it’s a wonderful rental one you want to grab. Just not a certain week in January where we are planning on renting ourselves again!

What a great couple of days we had in Key West. We were 4 couples and the house was great. The location was amazing and the house fit us and had all we needed. The house was perfect. Very clean, updated and beautiful. Location was perfect, close to everything. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The TV remotes were the only thing that were tricky to figure out in the house. But almost not worth mentioning because everything else was perfect. Management was so easy to work with and responded quickly.

Staying here was very pleasant even though it didn’t get off to a get start. The key to enter the premises was missing and we had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in. The only other thing that I didn’t like was the parking. We had two vehicles and only one parking space. The other property owners made sure that we knew it, too. Besides that, everything else went great. The place was very clean and had all the necessities for us to enjoy our stay.

The beds are great, very soft sheets. Plenty of room for our party of 5. TVs work great, bathroom downstairs is a little small. The upstairs bathrooms were much bigger. The heated pool was nice and clean. The smoke alarm battery was low and Brian came out within 10 minutes to replace it, no more chirping! There is a side yard with a path that leads you directly to Duval street, very convenient. We rented a golf cart and had a nice parking spot right in front of the house- only one spot for the house. We would definitely stay here again! The house was very clean and only 5 months old!

It was in a good location off on Duval Street. Indoor amenities were spot on. Plenty of room for 10 people to socialize and relax after a day of outdoor activities. However, outdoor pool jets were not working. And parking was very limited to a 1 small car or 1 golf cart. Would of been helpful to have a local map of public parking options. Would of been nice to have the parking and/or golf cart options figured into the price. It took a while to figure all of that out. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

We have notified the property manager about your comment regarding the pool jets and will have that assessed immediately. The marketing copy for the home states that "A parking space is provided for a compact vehicle, or you could choose to park multiple scooters or a golf cart instead." We put that in there so guests know ahead of time about it. In general, parking is a challenge for many homes on the island and this one is actually fortunate to provide a private off street space as many homes only advertise on street parking as an option. We hope your happy stay in paradise overcame any frustrations you may have had about your parking situation. Our property managers are always reachable for any problems for which you need assistance, such as locating public parking options, and we make sure you have their contact information prior to your arrival. We hope that you will return again as our guest and we thank you so much for your honest and valued input!

You couldn’t ask for a better location- right off Duval! Gorgeous modern 5 bedroom home. Well equipped kitchen. Small plunge pool is awesome (warm)! If you staying for a week closet space for clothes is an issue, so ask for pics if you like to hang everything. Staircase is so pretty! We loved it.

We had a great stay in the home. Incredibly close to Duval and insanely walkable. Comfortable beds and sitting area, with a fully stocked kitchen ready to handle your every need.

Two minor tweaks that would make the stay even better- the addition of towel hooks in the half bath and a full-length mirror somewhere in the home!

The pool/hot tub does look bigger online than it did in the photos and you get very little sun in that location.

It’s a wonderful rental property right in the heart of everything. Was able to check in early and communication with the company was great. Was very clean but there was a definite odor of cigarettes but it wasn’t so bad to ruin our perception of it. Would stay here again, the best place I’ve stayed in key west

Good location. Quiet even though it backs up to duval. Beautifully decorated. Blender was broken when we arrived and they brought us a new one within a few hours! Great management!

Property was great! It was right next to Duval street so made things easy without having to drive everything. Only thing was the concierge service they had -- was not really responsive and quick but otherwise everything else was great!

What a great couple of days we had in Key West. We were 4 couples and the house was great. The location was amazing and the house fit us and had all we needed. Our 1/2 marathon, marathon of fun in Key West was done from this rental and let me say it really was simply the best! From the beautiful home that was decorated in a calming and serene fashion, to the perfect location smack in the middle of Duval Street, it couldn’t get better! The support from Brian our property manager was fantastic and responsive. I would recommend this property to virtually any type of use from family to friends to a little of both as was our experience. The house was clean and had every accoutrement we would have needed. Our only issue was the tile being slippery around the area of entry from the dipping pool where we had some slips. Overall it’s a wonderful rental one you want to grab. Just not a certain week in January where we are planning on renting ourselves again!

Helpful, friendly, communicative property management. Wonderful location with a private walkway to Duval yet still very private. Wonderfully appointed, modern home with plenty of space for 10 people. We really enjoyed having 2 living spaces inside and the indoor/outdoor living space. Little pool perfect for a dip. Very clean. Highly recommend and will be back!

The house was perfect. Very clean, updated and beautiful. Location was perfect, close to everything. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The TV remotes were the only thing that were tricky to figure out in the house. But almost not worth mentioning because everything else was perfect. Management was so easy to work with and responded quickly.

Staying here was very pleasant even though it didn’t get off to a get start. The key to enter the premises was missing and we had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in. The only other thing that I didn’t like was the parking. We had two vehicles and only one parking space. The other property owners made sure that we knew it, too. Besides that, everything else went great. The place was very clean and had all the necessities for us to enjoy our stay.

Aside from a few minor issues (the lack of a pantry or food storage area in the kitchen and the need for the pool to be re-marcited), the house is very comfortable for 6-8 people. The location is great, the decorations are beautiful and the kitchen is well-maintained with more than adequate cooking utensils. The owners have a Sonos sound system in the home, but deny access to guests for some unknown reason. Bring your own speakers if you enjoy music anytime during the day or evening! Otherwise, do not hesitate to consider this property for your next stay! We've already booked it again for next year!

The photos online do not do this house justice! This is a beautifully decorated home with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen does lack in storage space for food but otherwise it’s perfect. Our property manager Shana was amazing. If we had questions or issues (they were minor) she took care of it very quickly. It was a relaxing respite from the stresses of everyday life

The photos online do not do this house justice! This is a beautifully decorated home with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen does lack in storage space for food but otherwise it’s perfect. Our property manager Shana was amazing. If we had questions or issues (they were minor) she took care of it very quickly. It was a relaxing respite from the stresses of everyday life

We have been visiting KW since 2001, staying at various properties throughout the years. We would rate 1800 Atlantic as one of the best properties for amenities and overall maintenance. The unit, Almost Heaven was very well appointed with comfortable furniture, well supplied kitchen and ideal walk in shower for the primary bedroom. We were disappointed the unit was not available for our stay in 2024. There were a few minor glitches during our stay that were handled promptly by Whitney, our property management representative and management staff at 1800 Atlantic. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the Atlantic side of the island. Perfect location on the property that sits next to a beautiful and peaceful nature preserve overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful to sit on the balcony and relax away from all the hussle and bussle of town. This condo has plenty of space to relax and is very clean. It has a tropical Key West feel and the beautiful propert gardens/pool area are well cared for. A comfortable king size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is a short walk from 2 beautiful public beaches and about 1 mile from the beginning of the historic district.

We have stayed at Positive Vibes multiple times. We love the cottage, the location, and the phenomenal service of Best of Key West. We already have 2 more trips to the cottage planned over the next year and can’t wait to enjoy its comfortable and relaxing “mojo”.

Great little cottage tucked away on a quiet lane. Just far enough from Duval to get away from the crowds, but close enough to walk and get involved in the fun. We have rented numerous properties over the years in Key West, and this property was one of our favorites. Great location, quiet lane, near Duval and all of the fun, but still far enough to give you a relaxing quiet evening if you want it. The house itself has two great bedrooms, a nice kitchen, and an outdoor area that is awesome and private. We loved our stay here and we have already reserved it again!

Positive Vibes is tucked away on a delightful, narrow lane in a central location that makes most locations in Old Town and the White Street Gallery District easily walkable. (There is parking out front, and I kept my car there unused for almost all of our two-month stay.)

The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms. One is at the front of the house, with a door opening up to the front porch. There is a side entrance that can easily be used as the front door/main entrance instead.

The back and sides of the house are fenced and gated, and the back yard features a covered patio with seating and a dining table protected by an umbrella. The back yard has a beautiful garden with ginger and other plants, making it a pleasant place to relax.

The washer and dryer are indoors in the hallway by the main/side entrance. The kitchen has bar seating and is next to the living room.

As always, our property manager, Shana, was incredibly helpful and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

My family loves this neighborhood and tries to stay here at least once a year. The house is comfy and was suited for our needs (My husband and me with our small dog and cat, and with a brief visit by our son and his friend. We would definitely rent it again.

The home was very nice and cozy. Our pups loved their walks and ability to play in the fenced yard. Fully equipped and well furnished. While parking was an issue upin arrival - the property manager stayed on top of it and problem was resolved quickly. We have already reserved for next year.

Positive Vibes is tucked away on a delightful, narrow lane in a central location that makes most locations in Old Town and the White Street Gallery District easily walkable. (There is parking out front, and I kept my car there unused for almost all of our two-month stay.)

The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms. One is at the front of the house, with a door opening up to the front porch. There is a side entrance that can easily be used as the front door/main entrance instead.

The back and sides of the house are fenced and gated, and the back yard features a covered patio with seating and a dining table protected by an umbrella. The back yard has a beautiful garden with ginger and other plants, making it a pleasant place to relax.

The washer and dryer are indoors in the hallway by the main/side entrance. The kitchen has bar seating and is next to the living room.

As always, our property manager, Shana, was incredibly helpful and immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.

My family loves this neighborhood and tries to stay here at least once a year. The house is comfy and was suited for our needs (My husband and me with our small dog and cat, and with a brief visit by our son and his friend. We would definitely rent it again.

The home was very nice and cozy. Our pups loved their walks and ability to play in the fenced yard. Fully equipped and well furnished. While parking was an issue upin arrival - the property manager stayed on top of it and problem was resolved quickly. We have already reserved for next year.

Good Feelin’ is a terrific rental for large families, a group of friends, or a couple (like my husband and me) who have family and friends come for visits in the back cottage. It is made up of two Conch cottages with a large shared outdoor space between them.

The front cottage is comfortable, with a main bedroom, a smaller bedroom upstairs in the loft (accessible by a built-in ladder), a bathroom, full kitchen (fully stocked), and living area. There is bar seating at the counter.

There is a large patio/deck out back with a full-size dining table and chairs, a comfortable seating area, and a barbecue. This is all enclosed with fences and gates, in case you have pets.

The back cottage has a small seating area (with pull-out couch), small kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. It’s an ideal guest quarters. The back cottage can be accessed by the side gate to allow guests to come and go freely. The laundry is in a shed next to the back cottage.

The neighborhood is wonderful—it’s a quiet, narrow lane with incredibly friendly neighbors. It is centrally-located, so it is easy to walk most places in Old Town. There is an on-street parking space in front of the house. Other no-charge spaces can be found on Truman, Windsor by the church, and about every fifth space around the cemetery, which is a block away.

There are bikes along the side of the house in case you want to go for a ride.

While we were there, there was a plumbing issue in the back cottage that has now been resolved. The reason I mention it is that the staff of Best of Key West went out of their way to get a plumber and cleaning service there promptly to deal with the situation. If you need anything, you will always get a wuick and friendly response.

I will add I felt safe walking my dog late at night in this neighborhood. I felt our neighbors were looking out for us, too, as much of the time I was there alone (with my pets).

I rented this condo for January and February. It is ideally situated for me as I am on a walker. The only issue, was the elevator failed on three occasions. Whitney, our property manager was terrific. She promptly and courteously addressed any concern that I brought to her attention. After the third breakdown the elevator operated efficiently.

Our stay was from March 1st 2024 to May 1st 2024. We found Our Happy Place to fit our needs, comfortable, spacious, bright and well appointed. We have been coming to KW for over 20 years and have mainly stayed in Old Town. We found 1800 Atlantic to be a sweet spot and really enjoyed the lovely outdoor amenities, especially the lovely views pool side and the lush gardens leading to the waterfront. A few minor suggestions...the window treatments in the primary bedroom would benefit being room darkening. Although the sheers gave the room an airy feeling the afternoon sun heated the floor tiles and the room making the room very warm, making use of the air conditioning a necessity. With a stay of 2 months we did a lot of living in this space and found the living room furniture not the most comfortable. The addition of one very comfy chair would make a huge difference.
Our property manager Whitney was always very responsive and a great problem solver. We really appreciated her keeping tabs of our arrival and facilitating an earlier check-in.
All in all we had a great experience and look forward to our return visit in 2025!

I rented this condo for January and February. It is ideally situated for me as I am on a walker. The only issue, was the elevator failed on three occasions. Whitney, our property manager was terrific. She promptly and courteously addressed any concern that I brought to her attention. After the third breakdown the elevator operated efficiently.

We stayed for 2 months at this home and loved the location. It was a quick walk down to Duval and the Wharf area.

The backyard was wonderful with amazing foliage, furniture, and outdoor shower. The cocktail pool is not heated and does not get sun, but good for a super hot day and you need a cold plunge. We also sat on the front porch quite a bit and loved the bike racks inside the gate. Washer and dryer are in outside room and wonderful. We spent a lot of time in the backyard!

Interior of home was good. Kitchen was recently renovated and had all new appliances. Pots, pans, and dishes are plentiful, and anything they didn't have was an easy purchase at the hardware store.

Livingroom could use an update with the furniture. It's dated and/or uncomfortable. For the cost of this house, it was my one real disappointment. we are very active and rarely stay in to have a movie night, but the weather being unseasonable cold, as well as the amount of rain, we found ourselves inside more than usual and it just wasn't comfortable at all. For the cost of this house, it should have comfortable and updated furniture.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a trundle bed in the hallway for plenty of guest space. Master bath has a 3/4 bath, and I will warn you, the shower is very small. I preferred the outdoor shower just for space, but it's nice to have the bathroom right there. Your guests will have to use the downstairs bathroom. we swapped the beds because the spare was a king and the master was a queen, however the king was 2 twins so that made sense. Just make sure you put it all back where it belongs after! Will suggest bringing your own sheets and pillows. They are plentiful, but made for a rental home so bring your own comforts.

In all, we truly enjoyed our stay here. The rental company was there if you reach out, but they left you alone to enjoy your stay and treat as your own home.

Our two months in Orchid Escape was excellent. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Our favourite place is the back yard where we spent most of our time. The garden is green and leafy with beautiful blooming orchids and shrubs. We enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower on the hot days. The few issues of a pool leak and falling coconuts were handled in a timely manner by our property manager. We have booked for next year and look forward to future days in Key West.

Our two months in Orchid Escape was excellent. The house is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. Our favourite place is the back yard where we spent most of our time. The garden is green and leafy with beautiful blooming orchids and shrubs. We enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower on the hot days. The few issues of a pool leak and falling coconuts were handled in a timely manner by our property manager. We have booked for next year and look forward to future days in Key West.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Orchid Escape! The house was very clean and the location was perfect for us! It had all the amenities we needed. The back yard was absolutely AMAZING! We very much loved the privacy, landscaping, the little splash pool and the outdoor shower. Furniture inside and outside was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet plus the free bus was just around the corner!

We returned to Cloud 9 for the month of November and had a wonderful time. A few minor problems at the beginning of our stay were quickly addressed, and the house was comfortable for 3 couples during one week, and 4 adults and 3 kids over Thanksgiving. The pool and outside area are great, the kitchen well-appointed, and common spaces are comfortable.
The one caution I would offer is that the 4th “bedroom” in the pool house is not particularly comfortable. It’s damp smelling and requires a dehumidifier to be running 24/7. There are no closets in the room. We used it for our teenage grandson, and used the bathroom there as a spare shower, but I wouldn’t count on it as an option for a couple.
Location is great, walkable to everything.

We rented Cloud Nine for the month, knowing that we’d have a variety of friends and family of all ages staying at various times during the month. The house is flexible, and accommodated all our needs. The large outside table and retractable awning made the backyard a perfect place for happy hour, and the pool was big enough for the kids to play.

Cloud 9 was a great house monthly rental. Location in Old Town was great and close to marinas, Duval and the beach. Great off street parking and well appointed home. This was our second time renting from Truman & Company and they are great. Very responsive!

This house had everything to feel like a home. It was so well appointed from the salt water pool to the spaciousness of the house. Its welcoming and beautiful. There is off street parking and its two doors down from our favorite cuban restaurant and a short bike ride or even a walk to neighborhood grocery, beach, fishing pier and Duval street. The management company was super responsive and kind and the complimentary concierge service was extremely knowledgeable about the island and suggestions that fit our wants. We loved our time there and wish we were still there.

Part of me doesn't want to say how great this home is, because I get the feeling it will become so popular it won't be available for our yearly return to Key West. But being perfectly honest we have stayed 1 month in Key West every year for the last 11 years and rented 7 different homes. Cloud 9 is by far the best most comfortable home we have rented. We also loved the location. We always stay in Old Town, but many of the streets are busy. Cloud 9 is on a quiet street within a 10 min walk of the beach. We have also worked with several Key West rental companies over the years and Wendy Zintsmaster's team was among the best.

We returned to Cloud 9 for the month of November and had a wonderful time.
