We rented the home for 3 months, perfect location only a block away from Duval. Walk to everywhere within minutes. Many outstanding restaurants nearby. The house is well laid out, roomy, and in fantastic condition. Bright and airy feel to it set on very lovely grounds. Parking in your own driveway made it super easy.

Step onto your own front porch with rocking chairs for your morning cup of coffee as you appreciate your serene surroundings. Inside you will be greeted by a cheery, open great room showcasing tile flooring and natural lighting all around. Prepare your meals together in a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances with bar seating for 3 and a nearby dining table for 4. Snuggle up on cozy living room furnishings with a flat screen TV available and stunning garden views beyond a set of French doors to your outdoor Paradise. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... Follow the stairs up to a king bedroom with a flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Pineapple Breeze has been newly renovated and it is a spacious,spotless, beautifully decorated home. The kitchen is well laid out, with new appliances and equipment, and basic food items in the cupboard. The beds are comfortable with new mattresses. We used the pool daily and ate most of our meals in the lovely backyard. The outdoor shower is a great feature. The location is quiet on Olivia Street and we were able to find on-street parking easily. There is a parking space for a small car. The location is not close to Duval Street but we enjoyed the walk and it is a short bikeride. The management was helpful and responded immediately to any questions or requests. We will be back next year.

We had an amazing time in Key West and our stay at Pineapple Breeze was great! The house is in a great location which made it easy for us to ride bikes everywhere in town. The house was clean and well-maintained and had a great layout for us and our visitors. The house has a great relaxing feel inside and we felt right at home. They kept the pool maintained weekly and if we needed something our property manager Brian was readily available and took care of it for us quickly. The booking process was easy and they kept us well informed if any changes were going to occur. Everything was handled professionally from the beginning of our booking to the end of our stay. I would highly recommend Pineapple Breeze and Truman and Company. We can't wait to come back and visit next year!

This was our 3rd winter (2 months) at Southern Cross and it continues to be our preferred place to stay on the island. We are looking forward to our return this December (2025) & January (2026)! The kitchen could use a little TLC however; updated flatware, plates, equipment & most of the outlets & overhead lights didn't work (again, didn't on our previous stay either). Would be great if the LED overhead lights could be replaced with more visibly appealing bulbs. Unfortunately, the pool & landscape lighting were challenges (they didn't work during most of our stay) & it took quite a bit of communication with the property manager (who seemed to be annoyed by our contact, sorry to say) to eventually be repaired. Just in time for our departure. Not a deal breaker whatsoever, but love the lights/atmosphere when they work. Don't get me wrong, we LOVE the property! We would love to purchase it in fact, so these are not complaints, simply constructive criticism. We do recommend this property highly!

Loved it! We've rented with T&Co for 5 years now, 3 homes, this is by far the best. Great location, beautiful, comfortable & well appointed. LOVE the pool deck & cabana. We rarely got out of the pool, except to eat at the MANY amazing restaurants on island. Please fix the main TV though, we barely watch TV & when we tried to (watch) it was frustrating & nearly impossible. Otherwise, love the property & look forward to our return next January.

This house was perfect for our stay! We were able to walk everywhere. I like this location because it's not on Duval, but doesn't take long to walk there. It's also close to the pickleball courts, El Siboney, and the cemetery.
The house is spacious. The laundry room is large and there is an amazing walk in closet in the master bedroom. I work from home and was able to find quiet places to work during the day with reliable internet.
We only had a couple of very minor issues and the property manager took care of them same day!
I would definitely recommend this home!

This was our second month long rental at Southern Cross and love it! So far, our favorite long term rental in Key West (we've rented 2 other homes for month+ stays). Well equipped, comfortable layout, excellent location and we love the privacy of the pool area (can't wait for the construction at the home behind is finally over!) There are some spots that need a little TLC but nothing functional. Shanna is an amazing property manager (& we know as we own a vacation property management company on Cape Cod! She's GREAT! The whole team at Truman is great! Very helpful & kind)

The home, location, cleanliness of the house was great! The concierge team (especially Natalie) were on top of every detail and responsive with each question. My only disappointment was the condition of the pool and the tree constantly dropping leaves. We were constantly clearing leaves from the pool deck, furniture and the pool itself. Overall though a great stay!

We had the great fortune of spending 2 amazing months at this slice of heaven. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. Love that it has starter laundry detergents, soaps, cleaners, etc. The design is open, airy and beautiful. The owner should be an interior decorator if she isn’t already! Everything is clean and new or like new! The back deck was done so thoughtfully too, with orchids planted in all the trees that were so beautiful. Really nice touches throughout. Loved the pool house to be able to use as an office to separate work and home. The outdoor shower was amazing to start the day with. The location can’t be beat, smack in the middle of town walking distance from everything! We will always remember the time we spent at Royal Street fondly.

The living space is filled with comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. All the TVs in this house are smart TVs available for your log in information. This property is equipped with security cameras located on the front of the home facing the yard. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The main house offers two guest rooms beginning with a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in glass shower that can also be accessed by the main hallway. A king master suite is located off the Great Room and comes with a flat screen TV, French doors to your private backyard and an en suite full bathroom with a walk in glass shower. A poolside cottage comes furnished with a queen bed, half bath and an adjoining room with a twin sofa sleeper and writing desk. OUTDOOR LIVING... An awe inspiring, sparkling pool greets you in this incredibly lush backyard area - a heat option is available during winter months. Savor your surroundings in a lounge chair and dine al fresco together in the evenings. Rinse off in the outdoor shower which can also be accessed from the cottage and head into town for all the fun! This was our 3rd winter (2 months) at Southern Cross and it continues to be our preferred place to stay on the island. We are looking forward to our return this December (2025) & January (2026)! The kitchen could use a little TLC however; updated flatware, plates, equipment & most of the outlets & overhead lights didn't work (again, didn't on our previous stay either). Would be great if the LED overhead lights could be replaced with more visibly appealing bulbs. Unfortunately, the pool & landscape lighting were challenges (they didn't work during most of our stay) & it took quite a bit of communication with the property manager (who seemed to be annoyed by our contact, sorry to say) to eventually be repaired. Just in time for our departure. Not a deal breaker whatsoever, but love the lights/atmosphere when they work. Don't get me wrong, we LOVE the property! We would love to purchase it in fact, so these are not complaints, simply constructive criticism. We do recommend this property highly!

The home, location, cleanliness of the house was great! The concierge team (especially Natalie) were on top of every detail and responsive with each question. My only disappointment was the condition of the pool and the tree constantly dropping leaves. We were constantly clearing leaves from the pool deck, furniture and the pool itself. Overall though a great stay!

This house was perfect for our stay! We were able to walk everywhere. I like this location because it's not on Duval, but doesn't take long to walk there. It's also close to the pickleball courts, El Siboney, and the cemetery.
The house is spacious. The laundry room is large and there is an amazing walk in closet in the master bedroom. I work from home and was able to find quiet places to work during the day with reliable internet.
We only had a couple of very minor issues and the property manager took care of them same day!
I would definitely recommend this home!

We had the great fortune of spending 2 amazing months at this slice of heaven. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and clean. Love that it has starter laundry detergents, soaps, cleaners, etc. The design is open, airy and beautiful. The owner should be an interior decorator if she isn’t already! Everything is clean and new or like new! The back deck was done so thoughtfully too, with orchids planted in all the trees that were so beautiful. Really nice touches throughout. Loved the pool house to be able to use as an office to separate work and home. The outdoor shower was amazing to start the day with. The location can’t be beat, smack in the middle of town walking distance from everything! We will always remember the time we spent at Royal Street fondly.

Barefoot Bungalow is what is what they advertise. Have been coming here for three straigt years now . We stay for a month and the location is perfect with easy accesse to the whole island.Very good managment sevice when needed.If you want a home away from home vacation, this is the place.

This property suited my needs very nicely. I brought my bike and cycling is the perfect way to navigate Key West. This property is not in Old Town but in a neighborhood mostly inhabited by locals and I like that. The house and yard are lovely, I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Both the front porch and pool areas are pleasant places to spend time. I’ve booked it again and am looking forward to revisiting.

The minute we walked into the property and looked around; we knew we had made the correct decision for our month's stay in KW. The photos were on spot with what we saw upon check-in. The backyard area was very nice with plenty of room and different areas to enjoy. We truly enjoyed the outdoor shower, and we rarely used the inside showers even though they were extremely nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook at home which we did quite frequently. Pool was lovely and Andrea the pool lady was very nice and friendly when she came to clean the pool weekly. Our property contact was Whitney and she responded to any needs we had almost immediately by text. The property is in New Town and as someone who lived in KW for 5 years, we knew the proximity to the Old Town area and some of our favorite places. However, even though we were aware of the location that would be the only downside. We had a car but parking in Old Town is difficult and can get a little pricey for a month. We still really enjoyed our stay. Our dog Teddy came with us, and he was right at home. It is a nice area, and it was easy to take a walk with our dog or to ride our electric bikes to the beach.
Overall, I thought the place was great and we would come back!

This home is an excellent place to stay in Key West. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still only minutes from Old Town. Nothing is far away in Key West. We rented the home for a month so we had plenty of time to form an opinion. The interior is clean and updated. Cable TV throughout the home, internet, even a pool table. With the exception of a hot tub, the exterior of the home had everything. Heated pool, covered living area w/cable tv, tiki bar w/refrigerator, grill, outdoor shower. Everything you would want for a Key West stay. We had a few issues with the pool but our property manager, Whitney, quickly addressed the issues. Ultimately the pool heater stopped working and Whitney was quick to address the issue. She responded to our text messages immediately and had service personnel out to the home as soon as possible. She was always available when we had concerns or questions. Don't wait, rent this home!!

This has been our second year at Barefoot Bungalow so that says alot in itself. The property is exactly what you see and the maintainence service is good. The property manager is great,there for you at any time and takes care of anything that might pop up.The property is in an area that makes you feel like a conch.Hope skip and a jump to anywhere on the island.Spent many a day just relaxing by the pool.This is where I come to decompress for a month after a 11 months of work.Definetly will be back next year! We had a wonderful stay at the charming Barefoot Bungalow. It is so comfortable we felt right at home on the first day. Well equipped kitchen, both inside and outside grill area. The beds are very comfortable, although they really could fit queen size in the rooms rather than the very small full size. The pool is awesome and the outdoor shower is such a treat! Kudos to Wendy Zintsmaster and Team! Their attention to detail and guest services is stellar. Melanie was always available for whatever we needed - even searching for a dog sitter! We will happily book again!

This was the most incredible place we have ever stayed. It was decorated by a real professional. The pool is perfect and the home has great features all the way around. The lighting and landscaping are as good as it can get. The kitchen has more than enough for gourmet cooking. The outside grill and bar really make for a great experience. There is more space than you will ever need. The office is a great bonus. We will be back next year! Truman and Company/Zintmaster is top drawer. They answered every call within minutes, even on the weekends.

My wife and I had the best Key West vacation experience and Barefoot Bungalow was a major contributing factor. When I booked I was worried about the accommodations and location but both were great. We walked to the Shanna Key local bar about 5 blocks away for some local favor and the food was very good. Melanie was very helpful and her list of restaurants were spot on. I would add the Hogfish bar and grill on Stock Island to her list and get the fish and chips. Don't bother with Louies backyard they were so **** rude they must not need the money.
We have already recommended this property to friends!

This property suited my needs very nicely. I brought my bike and cycling is the perfect way to navigate Key West. This property is not in Old Town but in a neighborhood mostly inhabited by locals and I like that. The house and yard are lovely, I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Both the front porch and pool areas are pleasant places to spend time. I’ve booked it again and am looking forward to revisiting.

This has been our second year at Barefoot Bungalow so that says alot in itself. The property is exactly what you see and the maintainence service is good. The property manager is great,there for you at any time and takes care of anything that might pop up.The property is in an area that makes you feel like a conch.Hope skip and a jump to anywhere on the island.Spent many a day just relaxing by the pool.This is where I come to decompress for a month after a 11 months of work.Definetly will be back next year! My home Key West home.

The minute we walked into the property and looked around; we knew we had made the correct decision for our month's stay in KW. The photos were on spot with what we saw upon check-in. The backyard area was very nice with plenty of room and different areas to enjoy. We truly enjoyed the outdoor shower, and we rarely used the inside showers even though they were extremely nice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to cook at home which we did quite frequently. Pool was lovely and Andrea the pool lady was very nice and friendly when she came to clean the pool weekly. Our property contact was Whitney and she responded to any needs we had almost immediately by text. The property is in New Town and as someone who lived in KW for 5 years, we knew the proximity to the Old Town area and some of our favorite places. However, even though we were aware of the location that would be the only downside. We had a car but parking in Old Town is difficult and can get a little pricey for a month. We still really enjoyed our stay. Our dog Teddy came with us, and he was right at home. It is a nice area, and it was easy to take a walk with our dog or to ride our electric bikes to the beach.
Overall, I thought the place was great and we would come back!

My wife and I had the best Key West vacation experience and Barefoot Bungalow was a major contributing factor. When I booked I was worried about the accommodations and location but both were great. We walked to the Shanna Key local bar about 5 blocks away for some local favor and the food was very good. Melanie was very helpful and her list of restaurants were spot on. I would add the Hogfish bar and grill on Stock Island to her list and get the fish and chips. Don't bother with Louies backyard they were so **** rude they must not need the money.
We have already recommended this property to friends!

This was the most incredible place we have ever stayed. It was decorated by a real professional. The pool is perfect and the home has great features all the way around. The lighting and landscaping are as good as it can get. The kitchen has more than enough for gourmet cooking. The outside grill and bar really make for a great experience. There is more space than you will ever need. The office is a great bonus. We will be back next year! Truman and Company/Zintmaster is top drawer. They answered every call within minutes, even on the weekends.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Barefoot Bungalow. It is so comfortable we felt right at home on the first day. Well equipped kitchen, both inside and outside grill area. The beds are very comfortable, although they really could fit queen size in the rooms rather than the very small full size. The pool is awesome and the outdoor shower is such a treat! Kudos to Wendy Zintsmaster and Team! Their attention to detail and guest services is stellar. Melanie was always available for whatever we needed - even searching for a dog sitter! We will happily book again!

We just booked for a third year. The house is very clean and bright. The pool is a nice size for key west. Everything works! Great location with a 1/2 Mike walk to the pier. We went through torrential rains and there were a few problems all over key west. Whitney was on top of it. She is a terrific manager.

We had a wonderful stay- any minor situation that could come up shana took care of instantly- the home was beyond clean and they left plenty of cleaning supplies plus the ones I brought to keep up with the cleaning.
We would have loved the option to rent again next October- we are sad to see we aren’t going to be able to build the home relationship with this property and are on the search for another property.

We come every year and if you’re interested in this home it’s fantastic! They are doing so many things to this home and you can tell they are invested in it- I love my little neighbor next door- Mr. Richard- he’s a super sweet man- be courteous to the locals who have lived there thru all the owners of these rental homes- take him a plate every now and again-
Really find a happy place here;) it’s nice and quiet which we love- take your party to duval and leave it there!
Nice park near by- same with the ice cream shop!! Definitely walk to sandy for a nice bite;) delicious ��

The property was very comfortable to stay in. We had the house for a month and had different groups of people in and out during our stay. We like the location away from all of the people that crowd the Duval Street area. Nice and close to the White Street Pier and the Sunday Artisan Market. An easy bike ride or golf cart ride anywhere (we did both!) and our 20+ year old kids had no problem walking where they wanted to go. Enough parking for 2 vehicles, but it would have been nice to have a bike rack in the parking area to lock bikes to. Entire property was clean and well kept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has to share a bathroom that would be through one of the other bedrooms, but easy enough to work around. Comfortably sleeps eight adults, ten if two couples don't mind sharing the converted attic space with the 2 double beds. All of the bathrooms were very nice and we liked the outside access to the first floor bathroom from the pool. The pool itself is very large by Key West standards and it is heated. We were able to enjoy it every day in November! Even though the house is on a busier street, noise was not an issue. Had a couple of small issues (kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off completely, smoke detector with a dying battery) that were addressed immediately. Very good communication from the property manager Shana. We would rent again if we were coming with a large group.

Lovely old key west house big enough for our family of 5 who visited while we stayed there. Very clean, nice pool. Whitney the property manager was great. Very helpful and attentive to a few requests.
All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Great spot to walk to the pier or through pretty tree lined streets. Sandy’s for coffee was a favorite walk as was sunrise on the pier.

We just booked for a third year. The house is very clean and bright. The pool is a nice size for key west. Everything works! Great location with a 1/2 Mike walk to the pier. We went through torrential rains and there were a few problems all over key west. Whitney was on top of it. She is a terrific manager.

Lovely old key west house big enough for our family of 5 who visited while we stayed there. Very clean, nice pool. Whitney the property manager was great. Very helpful and attentive to a few requests.
All bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Great spot to walk to the pier or through pretty tree lined streets. Sandy’s for coffee was a favorite walk as was sunrise on the pier.

The property was very comfortable to stay in. We had the house for a month and had different groups of people in and out during our stay. We like the location away from all of the people that crowd the Duval Street area. Nice and close to the White Street Pier and the Sunday Artisan Market. An easy bike ride or golf cart ride anywhere (we did both!) and our 20+ year old kids had no problem walking where they wanted to go. Enough parking for 2 vehicles, but it would have been nice to have a bike rack in the parking area to lock bikes to. Entire property was clean and well kept. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has to share a bathroom that would be through one of the other bedrooms, but easy enough to work around. Comfortably sleeps eight adults, ten if two couples don't mind sharing the converted attic space with the 2 double beds. All of the bathrooms were very nice and we liked the outside access to the first floor bathroom from the pool. The pool itself is very large by Key West standards and it is heated. We were able to enjoy it every day in November! Even though the house is on a busier street, noise was not an issue. Had a couple of small issues (kitchen faucet wouldn't shut off completely, smoke detector with a dying battery) that were addressed immediately. Very good communication from the property manager Shana. We would rent again if we were coming with a large group.

We had a wonderful stay- any minor situation that could come up shana took care of instantly- the home was beyond clean and they left plenty of cleaning supplies plus the ones I brought to keep up with the cleaning.
We would have loved the option to rent again next October- we are sad to see we aren’t going to be able to build the home relationship with this property and are on the search for another property.

We come every year and if you’re interested in this home it’s fantastic! They are doing so many things to this home and you can tell they are invested in it- I love my little neighbor next door- Mr. Richard- he’s a super sweet man- be courteous to the locals who have lived there thru all the owners of these rental homes- take him a plate every now and again-
Really find a happy place here;) it’s nice and quiet which we love- take your party to duval and leave it there!
Nice park near by- same with the ice cream shop!! Definitely walk to sandy for a nice bite;) delicious

The house is in the old area of Key West, close to Duval and the seaport. There is a parking spot which we loved having. The inside was clean, but very cozy with large pieces of furniture making maneuvering difficult when having guests. Our liaison host, Melanie, was extremely helpful. Sadly we were not able to use the upstairs master bedroom and bath. The railing to that area only went half way to the second floor and we needed a full railing. There were some issues with insects but that was quickly taken care of by Melanie. Overall the house is in a prime location , yard was very small but had a nice wading pool, and if one could access the upstairs that would provide more needed space.

We had a wonderful monthly stay. The place quickly became our home for the month. The upstairs master bedroom was cool and the house was well designed to use every inch of space. The backyard and pool were extremely relaxing and quiet. Great neighbors and a quiet one-way street. The backyard landscaping was well done and well maintained. The location is close enough to Duval but adequately separated. Our property manager was extremely helpful and super responsive which made for a seamless stay. What can I say, this property was everything I could have asked for and more. Clean and spacious with everything well organized and vacation ready. But the gem of the home is the backyard. A true oasis, completely private and the perfect size. I did not want to leave. From first cup of coffee in the morning to a glass of wine in the evening it is the perfect spot to begin and end your day. Cannot wait to go back. Location was on a quiet street and walking distance to EVERYTHING!

The house was very clean! It’s in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere we went. The beds were so comfortable!! I usually don’t rest well while on vacation. This was an exception!! We will definitely rent here again!

WOW!!! What a great location and loved the private pool. House was clean and as described with accurate pictures. Some previous guest complained about the carpet but we didn't mind it. Will be staying again!

Our stay at Mango Margarita was incredibly relaxing. It was our oasis in the middle of a sunny, beautiful week. We spent much time in the cool, calming, private pool which was devoid of crowds and steps away from the grill, our refrigerator and the comforts of the cottage! Then each evening, we hopped in our golf cart rental (highly recommend!) and were within minutes of great dinners and happy hours. We had the best of both worlds here. The layout was perfect for two couples because we had space and privacy yet the shared living space was perfect for what we needed. Wendy (property manager) was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We just loved every aspect of staying here and we would definitely come back!

We had a great time! The house was perfect. A block from Duval and a short golf cart ride to anywhere else on the island. The house was very clean and so cute. Except for food it had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and perfect for two couples. We used it a lot. Definitely better than staying in a hotel. We will rent again. We love Key West!

We loved everything about this house! We stayed here for our wedding week and had our toddler and 2 babysitters with us. We got ready here on the morning of our wedding and it was the perfect size for the bridesmaids. It was gorgeous from the pool to the house, and the pool is really warm. Everything was super clean and we have stayed in several places. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! The customer service is also very helpful because you can message them with any questions! We got so many compliments on the house from our friends! Definitely recommend!

Mango Margarita is in a great location, about 2 blocks from Duval St, so it was nice & quiet for us yet close to the "main street." The pool & home were very clean and in great condition. The homeowner was in touch with us in case we needed anything. The concierge staff was nice for reservations & tickets and we picked their brains on where the best food was & when to enjoy the restaurants with the timing of sunset; & what activities were the best & when was the best time to do them. The only complaint is that the carpet (on the stairs and upstairs) is worn & stained, mostly from bleach (we think). We paid quite a bit for this 4 night rental & for the price it would be nicer if the carpet was replaced.

What a wonderful home! The house was perfectly located, close to everything but yet very quiet! The Pool was amazing to come back to for a late afternoon swim or a nap in the pool chair. The house met all of our needs from the use of the kitchen to the cozy beds to rest up for our next adventure. Brian the house manager was a plus for the property as well. Super accommodating and always just a text away! One thing we noticed was a lot of the tiled flooring was loose and could stand to be replaced.
Overall our Christmas and New Years spent in this house and in Key West was all we could have imagined. This was our 12th visit to Key West but the first for our young adult Children, to say we all had a great time is an understatement! I highly recommend this home! Thank you!

This location delivered everything the pictures showed. It is always a little scary and this place had no hidden surprises. The pool was a BIG piece for us and the distance (all walking) to the restaurants and shops was another huge hit. The property rental and check in/out was very easy. The place would be perfect for two couple but could accommodate up to 6. THE GUEST bathroom needs a new shower head and some general updating. The pool area was very nice for escaping the crowds. We rented a scooter upon arrival and didn't start the car until we left The house is located within a few minutes to everything. Scooters get preferential parking spots most everywhere on the island and make the slow traffic enjoyable.

Plenty of room for two couples. The property manager, Brian, was very responsive. Covered patio and pool area was nice and well kept. Off the street parking was a plus! The house was clean and comfortable, however the house does need improvements/upgrades. There are several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area, cracked kitchen counter top, stained carpets upstairs, several cracked floor tiles in bathrooms, appliances are very outdated and the downstairs living room area had a urine odor. There was also a very loose toilet in the larger bedroom.

We absolutely loved this rental! It was clean and the pool area was outstanding! We were walking distance to Duval Street, and the area was quiet. It was perfect!!!!

We really liked the location. The back yard and pool were good. The housekeeping was well done. The condition of the house was not good. It was clear that the house has been rented a ton and things have not been kept up. The carpets were dirty! Really stained. The floors had soft spots. The kitchen counters were cracked. The cook top was old. The furniture was not great. Overall we paid way too much for a beat place!

Very cooperative rental company. Thankful they let us store our luggage before check in and after check in so we could still enjoy the island upon arrival and while waiting ringer to the airport. House was in fair condition and really just needs the carpet replaced and tile on the floor in the kitchen repaired. The pool was such a bonus and we really enjoyed it but perhaps some landscaping can be cleaned up in the backyard because the smell of the iguana feces was strong thru the bushes which made it hard to be in that side of the pool. Obviously they are native and we understand but maybe thinning out the shrubs could help.

The Mango Margarita property was a perfect fit for our vacation stay! It was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Key West. There were two couples sharing the space so having two king beds and each having access to a private bathroom was very nice. The pool was especially great for relaxing during the afternoon or an evening dip. We had one rainy day during our stay and took advantage of the outdoor covered area! The location was great! We rented bikes and walked everywhere, no need for a car. The house is just minutes from Duval street. Even walking at night we always felt safe but there are also ride share options available if needed. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again! There is so much to see and do in Key West we'll have to come back soon!

We have no complaints about the property’s location, cleanliness, and general condition. The sleep sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, but what can one expect? The management company was excellent! You never know what to expect but Paul from the management company could not have been more responsive or helpful. Yes, I would certainly recommend staying at this property.

Loved our stay in key west. The property management was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked except for sheet trays for the oven. There were stains on the upstairs carpet, but other than that, it was a wonderful 2 weeks. My kids were in the pool hours each day.

No regrets choosing this great house to rent for the hubby's 50th birthday. The house was in great condition and the location was excellent. There were 5 of us and plenty of room. I loved the privacy of the outdoor sitting area and loved the TWO designated parking spaces (we used one for our Jeep and one for our rented mopeds - which we rented 1 block from the house!). Beds were comfy (fold out sofa not so much) and air-con worked like a dream. Thanks for taking such good care of your property!

We stayed a week in Key West and loved every minute of it! The property Manager, before we arrived made sure that we had all the necessary information about the home and asked about our arrival time. He checked in on us, via text message, throughout our stay. The home was clean and inviting. We went Charter Fishing and were able to cook our fresh catch on the grill near our pool. Aside from fishing and snorkel trips, being only 2 blocks off of Duval street gave us easy access to all the night life. Caffeine Carl was our favorite musician we encountered. We would definitely recommend this property and Best of Key West Rentals to everyone. They will now be our go to when looking for a place in the keys!

After the previous visit to Key West I was a little skeptical that the home would be as advertised. Thankfully my experience here exceeded my expectations. The home was clean and neat and was like walking into your own home. The pool was warm and the attentiveness from the Management company was great. Brian went above and beyond dropping a package off that I had to have overnighted from home so that I didn't have to skip out on my daily excursion to make sure I was there in time. I will definitely be looking to rent from them again my next trip down.

This was a perfect house and location for our family. The pool was big enough for the 3 and 5 year old to play in for hours. The kitchen had great visibility to the pool and was well stocked allowing us to cook meals while they swam. It was a perfect area to walk to beaches, playground, stores (including a very close cvs) and restaurants. The furnishings were very comfortable, new, and clean. No complaints at all!

The location was perfect, so close to everything! The rental was just as described. The backyard area and pool was perfect for a trip during this time and we spent a ton of time there! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends. Maybe some coasters for the living room and a mat at the kitchen door for when you come in from the pool but overall great!

We had an amazing mini vacation at Mango Margarita. The house was very clean and very well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. The house was in a great location. You do not need an alarm clock, the roosters will make sure you are up to face the day. The location is wonderful! The house is very spacious and clean. The only thing that needs an update is the carpet on the stairs and upstairs.

1st time in Key West. We booked a home that was not the most expensive, but had a lot of promise. The pictures of the pool, patio, and back court yard must be at least 10 years old. This space needs a ton of updates and maintenance.

What can I say, this property was everything I could have asked for and more. Clean and spacious with everything well organized and vacation ready. But the gem of the home is the backyard. A true oasis, completely private and the perfect size. I did not want to leave. From first cup of coffee in the morning to a glass of wine in the evening it is the perfect spot to begin and end your day. Cannot wait to go back. Location was on a quiet street and walking distance to EVERYTHING!

Our stay at Mango Margarita was incredibly relaxing. It was our oasis in the middle of a sunny, beautiful week. We spent much time in the cool, calming, private pool which was devoid of crowds and steps away from the grill, our refrigerator and the comforts of the cottage! Then each evening, we hopped in our golf cart rental (highly recommend!) and were within minutes of great dinners and happy hours. We had the best of both worlds here. The layout was perfect for two couples because we had space and privacy yet the shared living space was perfect for what we needed. Wendy (property manager) was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay! We just loved every aspect of staying here and we would definitely come back!

WOW!!! What a great location and loved the private pool. House was clean and as described with accurate pictures. Some previous guest complained about the carpet but we didn't mind it. Will be staying again!

We loved everything about this house! We stayed here for our wedding week and had our toddler and 2 babysitters with us. We got ready here on the morning of our wedding and it was the perfect size for the bridesmaids. It was gorgeous from the pool to the house, and the pool is really warm. Everything was super clean and we have stayed in several places. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone! The customer service is also very helpful because you can message them with any questions! We got so many compliments on the house from our friends! Definitely recommend!

Mango Margarita is in a great location, about 2 blocks from Duval St, so it was nice & quiet for us yet close to the "main street." The pool & home were very clean and in great condition. The homeowner was in touch with us in case we needed anything. The concierge staff was nice for reservations & tickets and we picked their brains on where the best food was & when to enjoy the restaurants with the timing of sunset; & what activities were the best & when was the best time to do them. The only complaint is that the carpet (on the stairs and upstairs) is worn & stained, mostly from bleach (we think). We paid quite a bit for this 4 night rental & for the price it would be nicer if the carpet was replaced.

Property is is an excellent location to walk to Duval or really anywhere on the island. House was comfortable. Nice to have parking and enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was the upstairs carpet is very stained and grossed me out otherwise enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! The house was perfect. A block from Duval and a short golf cart ride to anywhere else on the island. The house was very clean and so cute. Except for food it had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and perfect for two couples. We used it a lot. Definitely better than staying in a hotel. We will rent again. We love Key West!

Very cooperative rental company. Thankful they let us store our luggage before check in and after check in so we could still enjoy the island upon arrival and while waiting ringer to the airport. House was in fair condition and really just needs the carpet replaced and tile on the floor in the kitchen repaired. The pool was such a bonus and we really enjoyed it but perhaps some landscaping can be cleaned up in the backyard because the smell of the iguana feces was strong thru the bushes which made it hard to be in that side of the pool. Obviously they are native and we understand but maybe thinning out the shrubs could help.

Plenty of room for two couples. The property manager, Brian, was very responsive. Covered patio and pool area was nice and well kept. Off the street parking was a plus! The house was clean and comfortable, however the house does need improvements/upgrades. There are several cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area, cracked kitchen counter top, stained carpets upstairs, several cracked floor tiles in bathrooms, appliances are very outdated and the downstairs living room area had a urine odor. There was also a very loose toilet in the larger bedroom.

What a wonderful home! The house was perfectly located, close to everything but yet very quiet! The Pool was amazing to come back to for a late afternoon swim or a nap in the pool chair. The house met all of our needs from the use of the kitchen to the cozy beds to rest up for our next adventure. Brian the house manager was a plus for the property as well. Super accommodating and always just a text away! One thing we noticed was a lot of the tiled flooring was loose and could stand to be replaced.
Overall our Christmas and New Years spent in this house and in Key West was all we could have imagined. This was our 12th visit to Key West but the first for our young adult Children, to say we all had a great time is an understatement! I highly recommend this home! Thank you!

This location delivered everything the pictures showed. It is always a little scary and this place had no hidden surprises. The pool was a BIG piece for us and the distance (all walking) to the restaurants and shops was another huge hit. The property rental and check in/out was very easy. The place would be perfect for two couple but could accommodate up to 6. THE GUEST bathroom needs a new shower head and some general updating. The pool area was very nice for escaping the crowds. We rented a scooter upon arrival and didn't start the car until we left The house is located within a few minutes to everything. Scooters get preferential parking spots most everywhere on the island and make the slow traffic enjoyable.

You do not need an alarm clock, the roosters will make sure you are up to face the day. The location is wonderful! The house is very spacious and clean. The only thing that needs an update is the carpet on the stairs and upstairs.

This was a perfect house and location for our family. The pool was big enough for the 3 and 5 year old to play in for hours. The kitchen had great visibility to the pool and was well stocked allowing us to cook meals while they swam. After the previous visit to Key West I was a little skeptical that the home would be as advertised. Thankfully my experience here exceeded my expectations. The home was clean and neat and was like walking into your own home. The pool was warm and the attentiveness from the Management company was great. Brian went above and beyond dropping a package off that I had to have overnighted from home so that I didn't have to skip out on my daily excursion to make sure I was there in time. This vacation rental is amazing! Location is fantastic, with parking on property. Cleanliness is clearly a priority. Being able to take a dip in our private pool, at the end of a long hot day, was a welcome treat. Do not hesitate to rent property!

We enjoyed our stay here, the home was beautiful! Great location and very private pool. Close to excellent restaurants and shops and a short drive from all attractions. Close to cycle rentals also. Very well appointmented home with everything you would need. Brian the property manager was fantastic very responsive and so nice.

Loved it! House was immaculate and Brian was very cooperative as for storing our luggage both before and after check-in/check-out. At first we were concerned about the distance from Mallory SQ; then we discovered the Duvall Loop bus. Thank you Brian; our trip was wonderful.

We stayed a week in Key West and loved every minute of it! The property Manager, before we arrived made sure that we had all the necessary information about the home and asked about our arrival time. He checked in on us, via text message, throughout our stay. The home was clean and inviting. We went Charter Fishing and were able to cook our fresh catch on the grill near our pool. Aside from fishing and snorkel trips, being only 2 blocks off of Duval street gave us easy access to all the night life. Caffeine Carl was our favorite musician we encountered. We would definitely recommend this property and Best of Key West Rentals to everyone. They will now be our go to when looking for a place in the keys!

No regrets choosing this great house to rent for the hubby's 50th birthday. The house was in great condition and the location was excellent. There were 5 of us and plenty of room. I loved the privacy of the outdoor sitting area and loved the TWO designated parking spaces (we used one for our Jeep and one for our rented mopeds - which we rented 1 block from the house!). Beds were comfy (fold out sofa not so much) and air-con worked like a dream. Thanks for taking such good care of your property!

The Mango Margarita property was a perfect fit for our vacation stay! It was spotless and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Key West. There were two couples sharing the space so having two king beds and each having access to a private bathroom was very nice. The pool was especially great for relaxing during the afternoon or an evening dip. We had one rainy day during our stay and took advantage of the outdoor covered area! The location was great! We rented bikes and walked everywhere, no need for a car. The house is just minutes from Duval street. Even walking at night we always felt safe but there are also ride share options available if needed. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again! There is so much to see and do in Key West we'll have to come back soon!

We have no complaints about the property’s location, cleanliness, and general condition. The sleep sofa wasn’t the most comfortable, but what can one expect? The management company was excellent! You never know what to expect but Paul from the management company could not have been more responsive or helpful. Yes, I would certainly recommend staying at this property.

From beginning to end our Key West vacation was outstanding. The reservation process was smooth, Wendy and Paul couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. The house was clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed the patio and pool. Just one block up from Duval with many convenient shops and restaurants. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the "Mango Margarita" property. It was walking distance to Duval St. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had adequate parking. We also really enjoyed our Key West ambassador, Rascal (a neighbourhood cat who hopped over the fence to hang out with us). We rented it because of the private outdoor space and we were not disappointed.

This was our second time staying and we have already booked another month in 2023. We LOVE this home. Brian and team always go above and beyond with any and all needs. The home is a one of a kind modern sanctuary with a great remote work space, large private oasis pool, beautiful kitchen to cook in, quiet neighborhood setting close to everything. All of this in a thoughtful Scandinavian modern design, with a minimal clean approach combining function and beauty. The layout is unique. If you appreciate this style of design and attention to craftsmanship you will fall in love.

If you appreciate art, modern design and simplicity you will love this open flowing modern oasis. The backyard with lush tropical landscaping, large pool and privacy is the perfect get away from it all, yet super close to walk to anything in key west. Wanderlust is a bright and airy home with all the amenities you can think of. Not listed extras like the Vitamix, juicer, Nespresso machine and more, were a treat in addition to all of the other things it had. There are a few little suggestions I made that the owner I’m told, already has in store! Some mention the location and at first I thought it might be too far out for my liking too, BUT I was wrong. There are endless places to walk, the neighborhood is excellent and when you want to sleep well, a quiet street is important! I’d stay here again without hesitation. The concierge is excellent as are all of the rest of the Zinstmaster team!

Our rental on Newton Street was comfortable and well appointed. We could park in front of the house and we were able to bike or drive to nearby shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable.The kitchen was well designed and nicely stocked. Kind neighbors were an added bonus. A very pleasant stay!

This home was a perfect place for us to spend a month. Clean and well decorated, it was cozy and inviting. If you plan to cook, you will find all the kitchen tools you need available here. We absolutely loved the house but it was a little bit further from the action than I would have liked. We rented bikes for the month and that provided an easy way to get around everywhere but would have liked to be within shorter walking distance to beach areas or restaurants. The property manager, Melanie, was wonderful! Super responsive, day or night.

We absolutely loved this house. It was nice to be in a quiet, residential area but still walkable to lots of restaurants and stores. The house had everything we needed and was set up perfectly. We had an issue with the main tv and it was replaced with a new one the next day. I would highly recommend this home.

A Quiet Retreat!

Wanderlust is a bright and airy home with all the amenities you can think of. Not listed extras like the Vitamix, juicer, Nespresso machine and more, were a treat in addition to all of the other things it had. There are a few little suggestions I made that the owner I’m told, already has in store! Some mention the location and at first I thought it might be too far out for my liking too, BUT I was wrong. There are endless places to walk, the neighborhood is excellent and when you want to sleep well, a quiet street is important! I’d stay here again without hesitation. The concierge is excellent as are all of the rest of the Zinstmaster team!

Our rental on Newton Street was comfortable and well appointed. We could park in front of the house and we were able to bike or drive to nearby shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms and baths were very clean and comfortable.The kitchen was well designed and nicely stocked. Kind neighbors were an added bonus. A very pleasant stay!

We absolutely loved this house. It was nice to be in a quiet, residential area but still walkable to lots of restaurants and stores. The house had everything we needed and was set up perfectly. We had an issue with the main tv and it was replaced with a new one the next day. I would highly recommend this home.

Pristine home with all the amenities an extended vacationer could possibly want along with the most responsive property manager ever experienced in a quiet & very friendly neighborhood setting within easy walking distance to restaurants, Duval, Library, beaches and parks.

This home was a perfect place for us to spend a month. Clean and well decorated, it was cozy and inviting. If you plan to cook, you will find all the kitchen tools you need available here. We absolutely loved the house but it was a little bit further from the action than I would have liked. We rented bikes for the month and that provided an easy way to get around everywhere but would have liked to be within shorter walking distance to beach areas or restaurants. The property manager, Melanie, was wonderful! Super responsive, day or night.
